Paul is a beautiful dog. He appears healthy - going to the vet today for an overall wellness check. He has warmed up and loves to play with other dogs. Not sure the glucose is really a requirement for transporting a dog 2 1/2 hours. Paul was fine.

Everyone was helpful and kept us informed during every step of the process! The transport drove all night to get our puppy home and was correct on their arrival time. They were so sweet and congratulated me. Were I to ever want another puppy, I wouldn't hesitate to call Pawrade!! Thank you all!!

Being of an age where technology has somewhat "left me behind," I was a little skeptical about purchasing a puppy online. My search for a specific breed took me to Pawrade and, after much deliberation, I decided to hit the BUY button. To my delight, the journey was guided by knowledgeable people whose expertise in their field made all the difference. Purchasing, insurance, travel -- everything -- was handled professionally. I can't say enough about the staff at Pawrade, and when my local veterinarian examined my pup she was *very impressed* by the lengths taken to ensure a healthy puppy. My last step, travel delivery, was not quite as smooth as other areas (time of delivery was changed 3 times) but I finally held her at 5:15AM this morning! Five stars and five thumbs up to Pawrade.

I am excited to finally meet Kobe in that he is an older puppy. What I am not excited about is the lies told to me by your company and the breeder. I was told he was house broke and knew the doggy door. Kobe is not house trained, far from it. My vet and I thought he might have a UTI but that came back normal. He will look right at you and drop his rear-end to either to pee or poop, many times a day. At times within 15 minutes apart. I spend my day cleaning up his messes. He has already destroyed 2 very expensive throw rugs. He is highly afraid of the doggy door, won't even get close to it. Not even coached with numerous treats. I got an older puppy and read every description carefully to insure that I was getting a older puppy only needing reminders after adjusting to a new home. Kobe, is fighting potty traing or flat out ignoring it. As you can see, I am very unhappy with your company and will not use you again.

Can't say enough about how professional this process was. I never used a service before when purchasing a puppy, and I was a bit reluctant; however, Pawrade did not disappoint. The communication was effortless. Every one of my texts and calls was returned and addressed very quickly. The pick-up process was seamless, and the breeder was kind and welcoming. We love love love our little pup!!!!

Fleury (Zelda) arrived safe and happy and adorable! We just love her ❤️❤️❤️. She is so full of energy and loves to play. We named her Fleury because she’s white like snow and Las Vegas and Minnesota had a goalie named Fleury, which was my Grandsons favorite. He also plays hockey so it all made sense. 🐾 🥅 🏒 🐾. luther and i had a connection from the moment i saw his post on pawrade. he is the love of my life, and saved me in ways only a puppy parent can understand. its been a year since the universe brought us together. my review comes long overdue, in attempt to avoid leaving any critiques or negative feedback. i found myself frustrated during the process of getting luther home to me. all i recall now, without pawrade i’d be still looking for my baby boy. i am so grateful for their assistance. my heart knows that Luther & my family were meant to be. I cannot fathom my life without him!

My experience has been outstanding. Such a wonderful loving establishment that had me adopt Nigel into our home with simplicity and ease. The staff is communicative and helpful and explained every step so I understood what to expect. Would recommend Pawrade to anyone looking for a quality pet!

All of the people I dealt with at Pawrade did a great job. I had some confusion about the food and the baggie I received is not the same as the puppy food I bought for her. The transport went well. The gentleman who brought her was very nice. I have one constructive criticism though. She came to my home without a collar or leash, no little blanket from her old home so she could be comforted by the scent, no toy or chew toy that she would have been used to when she came. I spent $1,500 more on her than my last pup and he came with all those things to help his transition. It would have been nice for the breeder to include those inexpensive items with her.

The transport driver was very friendly. He kept us apprised on his journey. He even gave us some stories of his play time during transport. I would definitely use them again. The whole process was easy and transparent.
