“I am largely impressed by how Pawrade facilitated the purchase and transport of our puppy Kassidy. Pawrade met all our expectations. I cannot say that about the process, or relation to the breeder, with whom Pawrade might have a vetting relationship with. Prior to pickup for transport, the breeder obtained a veterinary certificate of health for our puppy. Per the contract, we have had the puppy examined by our local veterinary service within 72 hours, as required. We just completed that inspection, and were both pleased and disgruntled with the results. Pleased that the inspection revealed the cause of the foul order from the puppy, and dismayed to learn she has a bad case of ear mites. causing the odor. So, now have the additional cost of treating the mite infestation. Additionally we were instructed to purchase a specific brand of kibble to the dog. The sample provided by the pet transport upon delivery did NOT match what we were told to buy, which they said she had been eating.”
