All was good. I didn’t know that they were gonna give me a crate with the dog to keep because I went out and bought one other than that. Everything was perfect.

We are so pleased with our puppy, Montana. She has so much energy and loves to run through the house and yard. Our experience was flawless. They updated us with every step and she was delivered about 24 hours earlier than we expected her. The delivery drivers were friendly and so kind with her.

I think some of their requirements and restrictions are a bit extreme. I have been a dedicated dog mom for almost 20 years. We would do anything for our dogs and being told exactly the steps we have to take is a bit extreme as we trust our vet family explicitly. That all being said, the process itself was incredibly smooth. Our puppy is perfect, the handoff went extremely well. I have been staying in contact with the breeder and sending updates on my own because I can't imagine handing off a puppy and not knowing what happened to her. I was very skeptical of using a service like this. As mentioned, I think some of the practices required are outdated and could use some re-working and a look at. I can understand why some of them are in place, especially when it comes to first time pet owners. But for those of us who are experienced, a lot of this is overbearing and things that I don't, nor does my vet, agree with so I don't know that I would use this site again based on that.

You all have been SO helpful through the entire process. With the age of computer and cell phone technology and me not knowing how to navigate these very well, you were so patient and guided me through it all. The pup had a long transport and came through it with flying colors. Updates were spot on and very much appreciated. Thank you for a wonderful experience and now the new beginning with a Super PUP!

Very pleased with the way Pawrade handled my purchase of Lavender (new name Daisy), a yellow Labrador. I was advised what I would need to have on hand (i.e. name of food currently eating) and the date she would arrive. Pawrade also uses excellent transporters to get Daisy to my home. She arrived clean, well fed, and healthy. If you’re looking for a new pup, go to Pawrade’s website and take a look. They have excellent pictures and information about each pup listed to help you decide which one to bring home.

Wonderful experience. The Pawrade staff are awesome guiding me through the process. The process was somewhat complicated, but I know it was in the best interest of the puppy. My puppy, Coco is a Cavashon. We just got back from seeing our vet and she is in perfect health. The delivery service was great...they stayed in contact through texting so I knew when she would arrive. I would recommend Pawrade.

We seemed to get off to a rocky start. I dealt with at least 3 different women - my emails and phone calls went unanswered. (a puppy scam was always in the back of my mind). Eventually it all worked put well enough. The delivery was just weird - not much communication on route. No note/call to say the trip had begun and then to be told that she was arriving late Tuesday or the wee hours of Wednesday. She did arrive at midnight which I guess was the best outcome. but definitely odd

Sweet, very friendly. Picky eater but I am sure he will come around. Loves to sleep on my lap and sleep. Follows me wherever I go.
The process was smooth, extremely organized, my questions were answered within 24 hours.The breeder did an amazing job raising my puppy. She is so sweet, very comfortable with new faces that come to visit her. I would purchase from them again. I also used the concierge service they recommend. They were in contact with me the whole time, updating me on their ETA as well as my puppies status.
We LOVE our little yorkie-poo. We call her Charlee, and she is a very good girl. Our experience with Pawrade was very good. Lois Krahling was our main contact for assistance and communication regarding any questions that we had about our puppy. Lois was excellent in every way in keeping us informed about the process, and she also sent us photos of our puppy along the way. The breeder, Michelle, was very nice and it was quite obvious that Michelle took very good care of our puppy while we waited for Charlee to be old enough to adopt her. I would not hesitate to recommend Pawrade to anyone looking to adopt a new puppy. So far we are very happy!

My experience with Pawrade was very positive. Although there was a minor mix-up, which was not Pawrade's fault, the overall process resulted in my adoption of a wonderful puppy who is loving, energetic, and delightful. The people at Pawrade made this a very exciting experience. From the day I reserved my puppy until the time he arrived they were very easy to get in contact with. If I had a question I could call, and they would help me. They were very helpful during the entire process. I would highly recommend them if you are looking for your best friend. The shippers were great and kept in constant contact through the entire trip. They arrived right on tine and the puppy was bathed and fed at the time of arrival. Poor communications once the pup was paid for, do not respond to emails or voicemails. Violated the contract which was supposed provide a trial pet insurance. I will make sure I communicate on Facebook. You are a major rip off company that sets the buyer for failure with your ridiculous requirements. You will not post this as you post only what positively affects you.

Lawrence (Sherlock) if beautiful. Pawrade was great for the purchase. Communication could have been better. Too many disconnected areas (ie finance, sales, support). Also, I had wanted to pay for travel with Affirm but could not get assistance with that (no returned messages). Transport was ok but communication there wasn’t great and poor baby hadn’t peed. I would not go this route again for transport. Drivers were nice though.

The day after Donovan arrived he was take to our Vet. and was found to have parasites for which he's is still being treated for. We'll contact when this is completed.
