Very pleased with my new fur baby. He reminds me so much of my previous Puggle. A little concerned he was itching and scratching his ears. They were dirty and needed cleaning. Had his first bath this morning. Will have his wellness check on Thursday as that is the earliest my vet could see him.

The liason they provided was so wonderful answering any questions tat came up. The ground transportation delivered our baby in 2 days and took great care of her along the way. We received our Shih Tzu puppy Saturday night and overall the experience was great!! The staff at Pawrade made the whole process seamless. Great communication, very helpful concierge (Cynthia to be exact), and a wonderful transportation team. I was apprehensive about buying a puppy online, but I couldn't be happier with Pawrade and more importantly, my new puppy!

I am someone that has been scammed $1,000 for a puppy on line. I was incredibly nervous to try to do this again online. Fate wouldn’t let me forget this little love that I have now. Against the advice of my family, I tired again. Every single person I worked with was incredibly helpful and assuring through this whole process. Everything happened exactly as they said it would. Tula, my cocker spaniel was delivered to my arms by two compassionate women who loved her all the way here. Tula is healthy and adjusting very well. I am nothing short of thrilled and extremely happy! Without a doubt, I will work with Pawrade again! Thank you all for all you’ve done and your promptness through the journey! Best wishes, Jen P.
