Khloe is amazing. My kids are in puppy heaven. I actually was the least excited about getting a dog with three children under 7 years old but i think i am the happiest! She is potty training nicely. She does well in the crate and you can tell she was socialized by the breeder. The first night in our home she did not hold back. You could tell she felt at home with our family and we could imagine our lives (8 days in) without her.

The communication from everyone was excellent. Our questions were answered quickly. There are so many sham deals on line and Pawrade is not one of them. Delivery to a parking lot raises red flags and possibly indicates puppy mills, but it all worked out.

The puppy we drove 450 miles for, Griffin, has been abused by the breeder. The vet saw it immediately. He had urine on him, feet, stomach, ears etc. He had been lying in his own urine! The breeder told me when Carlos arranged a call about him that Griffin was shy but in great shape. Shy is one thing, but Griffin has been living in FEAR! It now dawns on us that the breeder carried Griffin to us, some 50 yards. We thought that unusual, but we did not think further about it. However, Griffin 3 days later, still runs from us, will not move when we place a leash on him and try to walk. He only fights to run away. We are having to carry him outside for potty and it is only when we let him use our porch will he potty. The vet saw many other signs of abuse. It is obvious Pawrade does NOT represent a dogs best interest otherwise you would never have a breeder like Javon in Ft. Wayne. It is extremely, extremely disappointing are in touch with enforcement agencies in Ft Wayne.

Pawrade forces you to activate a 30 day "free" policy with Metlife, which once activated, excludes you from fully insuring the pup for a full 30 days. This means you will have to pay 100% out of pocket for all visits, vaccinations, exams, and medications for the first month. Additionally, their messaging system is clunky and slow.

The time line is hard to keep up with. Picking my puppy up on a Friday & having to have a vet check within 72 hrs is hard. I'm not able to get her to the vet until Mon. I want to enjoy my puppy & we both are tired & I need to do the post arrival checklist. As soon as I sat down at home I fell asleep. I fell stress because of this.

Our Puppy Concierge, Britney, was very helpful from beginning to end with "Rae" now known as "Piper". Customer service and communication was superb! Purchasing process was smooth and easy! Pawrade provided exceptional guidance and more than ample information in regard to care for our new puppy. I love the fact that you all provided our puppy's current food, recommended shampoo/conditioner, and Nutri-Cal to assist in any possible stress due to travel. Our only area of concern was communication between us and ground transportation (Sweetbriar). There was limited communication, most communication was initiated by us. I'd like to suggest that the ground transportation provided more communication and perhaps an occasional photo during transport. Otherwise, a huge "Thank you!" to those to assisted through this process. Thank you Emma, Morgan, Jade, and most of all Britney! You have made this experience a pleasant one!
