I rated my transaction with a "5-STAR" because this is my second purchase through Pawrade and I find the process easy, efficient, caring and very professional. They put the health and wellbeing of the pet before anything else, to which it should be. Whatever questions I may have they answer immediately and with a lot of attention to details. I had a very kind and patient pet concierge at Pawrade, Carli. She answered all of my questions quickly and kindly. I began to suspect she worked 24/7. She was always available and if she wasn't going to be available she informed us of her time off. I was very pleased with my dealings with pawtrade. My only negative feedback-and it's not earth shattering-was the amount of paperwork involved and the fact that everything from my puppy to transport had to be paid up front before getting my puppy. That made me leary but it all worked out. The transportation of my baby was seamless. They called me with the estimated ETA at the beginning of their trip and then called me again close to arrival. They were right on target with both times. My puppy arrived smelling clean and in great shape!

There seemed to be too many cooks in the kitchen before I actually got to the kennel. It is confusing because so many people contacted me, like 5 or 6 before someone actually relieved me that I was getting my pup. The lady at the kennel was great & assured me I wasn't being scammed like so many friends kept telling us we were.
The process from being to end was smooth, and just like that we have our new puppy. He's the cutest thing! Thank you Pawrade.

Kelli and Peter were great. The Pawrade process is onerous and the contracts are so one sided it feels like dealing with the Chinese. If not for Kelli and Peter, we would have walked away. I am not a fan of the company but a few good people can make all the difference. Pawrade seems like a company held hostage by lawyers which is never a good characteristic for customers

My puppy arrived with a damage eye & requires surgery. The breeder most certainly was aware, per my vet. Extremely disappointing. Immediately called concierge for assistance & provided documentation from my vet. I NEED ASSISTANCE & GUIDANCE. Am again asking that someone assist me in a timely manner.

After a bad experience from adopting online in the past, I was a bit skittish to do it again. Everyone I spoke to was great. They were understanding, helpful and answered all my questions. There was never any pressure. From my first encounter with Cassidy, my contact person, to the transportation team to the delivery team, my experience was positive. I met the breeder online and felt comfortable and when the puppy came, she arrived happy and healthy. I'm impressed and would not hesitate to adopt again from Pawrade or to recommend them to others. Thank you for the great experience and for the wonderful addition to my family.

I am sorry to say that both me and my wife were not very happy with how this whole selling and buying process went. The only good thing I can say is that the puppies are adorable. We love our Shiloh but to say how disappointed in how this process went would be an understatement. From learning of his Grade 1 Bilateral Luxating Patella the very night before he was to leave his destination, for his delivery, was absolutely horrendous. Not to mention that we recently had taken him to the veterinarian only to find out that he has obtained Giardia, no doubt from when he was in the care back in Indiana. This condition is due to many things and stress is not one of them, we were told. The staff we had spoken to tried to be as helpful as they could but the fact remains, it did not make the outcome any better for us.

I am so in love with Bear. I changed his name from his pawrade name of Lewis. The whole process was very professional. All of the personnel kept me up to date on each step of his trip. From selecting our fur baby, through the 2.5 weeks to the delivery the team was in communication on expectations. This helped ease any concerns we had. The delivery team communicated from the time of pick up to drop off. We had a wonderful experience. I'd recommend this experience (and have already! ) to anyone looking for a heavy healthy fur baby to welcome to their home forever.

Excellent experience from the time I found the puppy , till puppy was delivered. Every step was explained of what was going to happen next. Very easy to make contact with someone and very fast response to all questions I had . Very friendly and courteous. Even sent pictures of puppy from time to time . A big thank you , to everyone .
