Great experience . Hardest part was the wait time from purchase to delivery ! Puppy arrived as promised and no issues ! I was apprehensive of buying on line site unseen but it was a great experience overall ! People I spoke with were friendly and helpful and returned calls promptly .. the delivery was on time and pup was presented clean and happy ! thank you to all!
Great communication, phone call and texting, answering all my questions. And once we decided on a puppy, the process was easy. Delivery was great too. Lots of good info. and smooth transition:)
We waited for a couple of months for our delivery, because of hookworms, but aside from that, everyone we dealt with was willing and able to answer all of our questions. Response time was always within a day. Delivery went without a hitch (she was driven here). It was well worth the wait, she is a great puppy and we are very happy with our experience with Pawrade.

Great experience. Breeder interviewed us and we interviewed them through ZOOM. As an attorney I had concerns but all was on the up and up. Saturn arrived via plane and was alert , friendly, and 8 hrs later settled into our house and adjusting to our other dog Colin.

I’ll start by saying our puppy is smart and beautiful and healthy and we love him very much, BUT the whole experience was a bit disappointing. When I found Luca on line at Pawrade I requested information and the next thing you know I’m buying him without really knowing a lot about the dog. It was fast. Just check all the boxes and put in your payment kind of thing and once I did find out all I wanted to know and more I wanted to change dogs and with a pay tag of 3,600 out the door you would think that would be no problem, but NO they told me I could only choose from the same litter. With only a couple of puppies left. They put me in a corner. Told me I would loose all my money if I didnt take him. And he has an under bite and they said it didnt matter. Our puppy is much much smaller than I wanted. I have titanium hips knees and spine and I cant reach the ground and this dog is soooo much smalller…We love him, but its going to be tuff on me.

After my family and I lost our 4 month old Cavalier King Charles Spaniel puppy, Frankie Valli, to a horrible accident, we thought we would never recover. Later on after watching a couple videos of Shiba Inu dogs being typical Shibas with their indifferent attitudes and Shiba screams, and I fell in LOVE! I started researching the breed while also looking into the cost and where to find reputable breeders when an ad for Pawrade popped up. I looked at quite a few different Shiba Inu puppies while remarking on how easy it was to navigate the website and the wide variety of dogs that were listed, when I stumbled across a puppy named Perdita. The photos drew me in, but it was the video of her tiny self running through the grass and stumbling just to get right back up and keep on going, that captured my heart. Within a few days of finding Perdita and contacting Pawrade, I was able to take care of the payment and secure transport for our new little angel, whom we lovingly named Ellie Mei. <3
Skeptical of the whole process in the beginning, but went ahead and made the purchase. Pawrade made all the arrangement to get my new puppy to my door and I couldn’t be happier with her. She’s been a great addition to my home and I would recommend giving them a try.

Great overall experience. This puppy misses her family, yet she is loving on me and wants to play. She will play with a variety of toys. And cuddle on my lap. She's one gentle smart pup. I can tell the utmost care was taken from birth till she came into my care.
