I am absolutely over the moon with my new puppy, who we named Jerry. He's absolutely adorable and he arrived at my house perfectly healthy! Everyone at pawrade was amazing, communication was great, and they really do their best to make the experience as easy as possible for their customer. Thank you so much! I've never been so in love!!
The service was mostly great! The people were very friendly however there were just a few bumps with communication. Eventually it worked out though!
As far as I'm concerned this is the only way to find a pet. Incredibly responsive and very pleasant to work with. The level of peace of mind provided was unmatched. I'm telling everyone I know who's interested in finding their future pet!

Absolutely enjoyed working with your team and conseioir Carli. She was absolutely fantastic to work with. They only problem I had was my breeder. We had to continue to ask for videos of our puppy. I was expecting a more family vibe since I was purchasing one of their Babies.
Outstanding service and very thorough HIGHLY recommend
Pawrade was very good and helping us working better breeders. Realize one needs to trust Pawrade to stand behind their core values and standards. While everything did go smoothly the one drawback was the lack of transparency to the breeder. So many questions we had that we will need to find out on our own. I am told I'd be able to speak to the breeder after delivery, which was just today so we'll see. My suggestion to improve service is to allow communication with the breeder PRIOR to your puppies delivery.
So easy, very responsive, everything clearly laid out with the best interests of the puppy always at the forefront.
All of you ladies involved have been kind and prompt and considerate. The process, although extensive, went well for me. I so appreciate each one of you. Now, I will ask you all to highly consider the transportation part. The ground transporter was great. But, long distances for a little puppy with eight other animals and a parrot. NOT A GOOD IDEA. Boo was fine at arrival. Same day he was checking coughing and not eating. I do understand the trauma of travel. He has seen the vet. He has a upper responsibility infection. He is still not eating and it is Tuesday. Plus a one and one half weight loss. I believe that he got this cold from one or more of the animals. Glad I got the pet insurance because I have spent alot of money. So, just saying ,you may want to fly new pets to their new home if it is out of your state. I won't be recommending ground delivery to anyone. No blame to anyone. Consider adjusting your travel for our tiny babies. Could I here back from you please.
Was a pleasure to work with Pawrade in securing our new puppy! They were easy to communicate with and kept us informed on the progress. They were able to alleviate my fears of a scam... Pawrade is definitely not!! The transportation to our door was really an awesome benefit!
I was very impressed with the promptness and friendliness of service, I had someone answer a lot of my questions and the set up for me to go pick up my baby was really easy! I am so excited to start this new adventure with my little buddy :)

I have to say that I won't be using again or recommending Pawrade. To be fair, our Beagle puppy arrived well, but that was due to the breeder's good diligence. I didn't receive any emails or texts from Pawrade asking if my puppy arrived safe the day of her flight. The only communication was three days later and it was the request to rate them. Additionally, Pawrade advertised our puppy as champion bloodlines, but no paperwork arrived with the puppy. I asked and all they did was giving me the breeder's phone number. I texted him and he said he will send the paperwork. Besides being the middle - man in the transaction, I felt I bought a piece of furniture and not a live little animal. The staff was nice on the phone, but that was pretty much it.

Pawrade had the most amazing experience purchasing a furrbaby. They never missed a beat between finding the right puppy and making sure the puppy is safe the entire time until they arrive to you. The staff is knowledgeable and caring. If I were to do it all over again, I would choose Pawrade. Thank you for making our families' dreams come true.

I liked the overall experience, Demi's breeder was very attentive all the time, and Pawrade representatives were quick to respond before the adoption was completed. After we signed all the documents and paid the fees, there were some complications, as Demi was bitten by a fire ant and had to be treated for a couple of weeks. During this process, communication was really slow with Pawrade, it took days to get a reply to my messages (when they should have been on top of it, given my pup was sick), and I even had to reach out to the personal phone of our initial representative to get some answers (Thanks Larry for your help!)

We've had such a great experience with our new cavapoo puppy. He was quickly transported to us via car, he came with a nice goodie bag of food, blanket, toys and the Breeder reached out to check on him and answer any questions we have. He was clearly well cared for by the breeder family and has fit right in with our family. We love him so much already.

Every concierge was outstanding pleasant and helpful. We were misinformed about the transport company. We were told that it would be 2-4 dogs in the van and they stop every few hours. Our puppy was never let out of the van for almost 4 days!!!!! Puppies need sunshine. We believe this was abusive. The gentleman, Aaron said it was against FDA laws to take them out. We should have been advised. I would have flown to get him or hired a private transporter. We were sick knowing our dog had to poop and pee in his crate!!!! Against all housebreaking practices. You should be ashamed to misinform and show cruelty to animals. I paid $800 for my dog to be abused!!! I would appreciate a call from a supervisor or manager from Pawrade please. Thank you, Marci

Now that we've made it through the whole process, and have had our pup for a few days, I can honestly say the transaction with Pawrade couldn't have gone better. They are very transparent the whole time, and were even nice enough to book a zoom call with the actual breeder so we could chat with them, ask questions, as well as virtually meet the puppy to get to know his personality before committing. I will admit, I was a little hesitant about buying a puppy online. However, this is what sites like Pawrade are for. They do a good job of vetting the breeders, offering secure payment methods, and staying in contact through the whole process. The last thing I'll mention are the flight nannies, who handle flying with the pups to their destinations. This is one of a few delivery options available. It costs a bit more but is well worth it. It was an amazing experience seeing our puppy arrive with no stress. They have some great people doing this job. I highly recommend it!
