It was an agonizing wait but worth it. My new companion is all I hoped for. Everyone wants him but that's a no no. My pup came extremely active and he rules the nest. Pawrade you gave me an excellent friend whom I will love for life. 💕

The buying process was very slow, lack of responses and I received the Puppy perfect but without information regarding Vaccins and Dog certificate. Not a formal process, to much friction. Not happy at all.

The process was so incredibly easy! From inquiring about pets we were interested in the beginning all the way to the delivery of our puppy, the concierges were all so helpful, answering questions very quickly, sharing photos from the breeder. We are extremely pleased with Pawrade! Thank you for helping us find our sweet puppy!

I wanted to thank Pawrade, for making the process so easy and convenient. Our Australian Shepard was the best decision for our family and we couldn't be happier with her. I thank you for answering all our questions and concerns quickly and taking time to contact the breeder to send us updated photographs of our pup, since we were so eager to meet her. The whole process has been warm and helpful at every stage. Our pup came with all the vaccination records and the chip registration. Our puppy is healthy and it's obvious that she was in great hands. We are truly satisfied with everything and have recommended your service to our family and friends in case they are interested in getting a fur baby and want a reliable way of getting one. I will absolutely be working with your company again in the future whenever we are ready for a sibling for our puppy. Thank you again for you service.

We were kept apprised of Teddy's (née Anders) progress along his way to his new home. Transfer was quick and easy. We were given his health records so we know which vaccines he's had. All in all, a good experience with a fantastic outcome, our new puppy.

Everyone was very professional. The communication was timely and comprehensive and there was always someone available to answer my questions. My puppy was delivered to my door in great shape, by clearly a very loving team. The communication app allowed me to have the history of all conversations and instructions.
My full review is on Trustpilot. They have hardly any communication whether phone or email. They charged $749 for pampered ground which turned out to be my pup in a cage with hamster shavings in a minivan with another cage with cats. The "pampered ground" also took her from Colorado, to Texas, Georgia, Florida, Ohio and then to Massachusetts. So after 5 days in a cage she wouldn't walk when she was delivered. Also, delivery came at 10 pm on a Thursday that I had asked them not to do and when the minivan showed, they didn't check ID. They handed me my pup, paperwork, took a picture and left. The vaccines were also not up to date. Anyone who'd keep a puppy in a cage for 5 days doesn't care about animals. Find a more reputable company.

Everyone I talked to along the way for this process was extremely helpful. I was really nervous since we were scammed previously with a breeder completely separate. Our girl made it to us safely. One item I would provide feedback is getting a vet appointment within 72 hours when we don't know her exact arrival in advanced. In our area Vet appointments you have to make weeks out to get one and if we already have a doctor we trust why would we want to go to any Vet. This should be flexible unless you don't have a Vet already. All in all, it was a smooth process and I am thankful for all those who helped along the way, and answered my MANY questions! Thank you.

Everything was great from start to finish until I had to pick up at airport. I was told to go to cargo pickup but it was 10pm and it was closed. Rushed to the terminal in the knick of time. Was a tough night but got through it. Everything else was a great experience

Shout out to Lois and Peter at Pawrade for all of the hard work they put into getting "Kevin"-now known as Hank to us. Hank is the most darling, healthy, loving little Peekapoo on this planet. Hank was given a A++ with our local vet-he's now ready to be a puppy and live a very good life with his new family. My only suggestion to Pawrade is better communication with the transport folks on date of arrival. There was a minor glitch concerning the date. Also had to wait for the transfer of ownership papers as well as signing up for the MetLife program. All has been resolved! It's quite clear that the breeders gave Hank the best start in life he could have. He's very well socialized and healthy. I would recommend Pawrade-at least give them a call! Thanks to all that made this possible.

Vet pronounced my puppy as perfectly healthy. Pawrade reps were very responsive during the process Especially Rachel and Carli Suggestion When the Puppy is out of state, please advise the required travel arrangements in advance. In my case I had to fly to Ohio and drive 80 miles round trip from airport to get Coco because the $1100 Nanny was not available in her location

Thank you pawrade for connecting my family with our adorable furbaby. Pawrade made it easy process with assigning a dog nanny to fly my puppy out to me, they were wonderful and transparent with communication. I recommend Pawrade for a third party services for anyone looking to search for a pet.
The process was easy and thorough the dogs arrived clean and happy. I would recommend these guys. Have no doubt the puppies are treated well.

We are so sad. He has been in the ER and has been suffering from giardia. He has been sick since hours after delivery. He has had anti nausea meds thru IV. IV fluids and lots of meds and special dog food. Not good at all. He also has a lump on his back right hip. It looks like a growth. We are so sad he is so sick and so so worried about the lump! He is under veterinary care. We will do everything we can for him!
Such a great experience! They keep you updated constantly.. they respond very quickly to any questions!
