Pawrade made the whole experience pleasant and fairly easy. It is reassuring knowing the breeders have been pre-screened. I appreciated the ability to also schedule a travel-panion to deliver my new family member which saved me time. I would recommend Pawrade to anyone who is seeking a new puppy.

Excellent experience from beginning to delivery. Everyone very professional and entire process very organized- lots of communication throughout and everyone very responsive. Delivery was on time and my guy Jaccob was wonderful. Highly recommend your entire organization!! 👍

My puppy arrived safe and happy! I'm very happy he arrived hours before the schedule time. I will definitely recommend Pawrade to all my friends and family. Yes also sent plenty of food and his favorite blanket with him. I really appreciated that!

We are very happy with our bouncy puppy. She has taken control of HER house and everyone who comes in to see her. She has completely stolen our hearts.
Everything went very smoothly. The young men that delivered her seemed to enjoy their job. She has been fine since she got here. No negative effects from the trip. Today is the first day that she has had a real interest in eating. The vet saw her on Friday. She has a few minor issues that we will work on. She loves her big brother and he is very gentle with her. They have a big backyard to run around in. She has bonded very well with me. and her new name is Bobby McGee.

Process was painless ,very happy with our new puppy! Good communication throughout the purchase as well as the delivery process !
I do like the fact that yall do security check and ask the questions that y'all ask on getting to know the people that are trying to adopt. It made me feel that y'all really care and I know that the puppy I was getting came from someone who care and took good care of him it wasn't all about the money and they have a big heart like me. My dogs are my kids and I treat them like I gave birth to them. They are my world. The only thing that drove me crazy is how long it took but that okay because it's all about the puppies. Thank you again for my baby 🥰

The two guys that delivered her couldn't have been better. A little more information on our puppy would have been appreciated. We have bought other family members where we got photos of the parents, siblings and puppy. Would have loved more information on how much to feed and how often to feed. We truly couldn't be any happier than we are with our new baby. Just constructive criticism.
It has been one month since Carson came to live with us. We love him so. I want to thank Kelly Wicoff, Kelly Hall, and more connected with Pawrade. And thanks to Scarlet Bouchard with Wags on Wheels. And fantastic thanks to Jason & Garrhett for delivering Carson to us. I am so grateful for Pawrade.
All ressponses to any questions were fast, and courteous. Great service from start to finish.

Your system for delivery and turn over of the puppies works well. I was kept apprised if my puppy's progress throughout the day. The delivery personnel were helpful and knowledgeable. I am happy with the entire process. Thank you for the safe delivery of my new fur baby.
The team at Pawrade was great to work with. When my assigned person was off, another stepped in and answered all my questions. The transaction was seamless.
Earlier notification regarding the needs of having nutri-cal on had for the puppy.
