What a great experience this was! From the beginning, the middle and end!! Even when I wasn't certain in the middle and change the gender of the pup; it was a dream come true that it wasn't a major issue!! All the staff members involved were professional, personable snd kind in all aspects during this wonderful process! I would highly recommend it to all!! Even the pricing was fabulous but more importantly the quality of the pups were superb! I can't say enough positive things about it all!!

Pawrade was a great company to get our puppy from! We were a little nervous to buy a puppy online but after reading the other reviews and completely falling in love with the pictures of Mason (we have renamed him Pickle) we decided to take the plunge! After seeing how thorough the identity checks were we pretty confident it was all going to work out and we were so appreciative of the thorough communication at all stages, including the furry freight and puppy guide we received. Pickle has settled in really well, is completely adorable and very clever, as we are seeing how quickly he learns!

Pawrade was a very simple and easy process bringing my pup home to me. One of the easiest experiences of my life. The only complaint I have is the communication is not the best in terms of when the puppy is being shipped etc. if I did not call I'm not sure I would have known the puppy was being delivered to me the next day. It's useful to make sure I'm prepared and have everything. Other than that pawrade was great. The driver Tom, delivered my fur baby in a timely manner and safe.

The entire process with Pawrade was fabulous, with the help received with all our questions, the extra photos & videos to the actual delivery of our baby Lola. The two gentleman that transported Lola from Missouri to our home in New Jersey were absolutely great. They kept me appraised every step of the way. Again, thank you Pawrade very much for all tye thoughtfulness in responding to all our questions and concerns. I would highly recommend anyone desiring a quality puppy 🐶 to utilize this company the service was outstanding. It's one circumstance purchasing a puppy visiting a kennel, observing all the pups; but it's very different purchasing a puppy sight unseen; only observing photographs, verbal information and videos. Overall, my experience with Pawrade was very good. The communication was great, everything that was communicated and promised was delivered on time. I would definitely recommend them and would personally use them again.
Everyone was great that I worked with, from finding the right puppy all the way to delivery. I was skeptical but they put all my concerns at ease and even called to answer any and all questions that I had. I would absolutely buy another puppy through them.

I absolutely LOVE my puppy from Pawrade. I liked working with a company that I could look up, knowing it wasn't a scam. When my little guy arrived he was even CUTER than I expected. I've never had a puppy before so I had a lot of questions. My only minor peeve is that the company and the breeder gave some conflicting information about how to care for my puppy. My real annoyance, which still bothers me and that you don't see in the small print until you have reserved (payed) for your puppy, and for me I had already shown my kids, was that the contract states you are not allowed to breed your dog later. Well I wasn't sure I wanted to, but I wanted the option. Also minor, the 'only' food my puppy could eat was a type of fancy and expensive food that the breeder earns a commission from, but that is more a problem with the breeder. The staff at Pawrade were super kind and knowledgeable and even the drivers were so kind. Overall very good experience.
