Absolutely the worst experience I have ever had. They delivered me a sick dog with Bordetella and parasites and it cost me over $1200 just to get him seen and put on medication. This company does not require them to have them vaccinated on Bordetella and other vaccines that are similar only the main ones. Careful you may receive a sick dog like I did. I would spend an extra money and go to a breeder that is close to you. Too much stress on the puppy when they deliver them and drive them across the United States, if you're gonna do that have them delivered on airpinion

I could not open any texts they sent to me. They never fixed it. I would open them and get the script behind the text. As far as the puppy goes she is adorable and so smart. After 3 days she can get up and down the stairs. Very happy with my new baby girl. Love her so much. Thank-you for helping me get her. So precious.

Now that Paige is with us, she is so adorable! My dealings with pawrade, went very smoothly. Excellent customer service from the first phone call to the drivers that delivered my puppy. Harley (Becca) is a beautiful baby and fits right into our family. Shout out to the amazing drivers Andrew and Gahrett that drove our puppy out to us. She was well taken care of and even bathed during the trip. Don't forget to tip your drivers!

Very impressed with the service. He came to us in great shap. Pooped all over the house! (thank God for floors) He is bonding with us as well as our 12 year old Lab. Starting to use the doggy door. The entire process with Pawrade was excellent. Communications were great and door to door delivery by the nicest transporters made the entire transaction a joy. Thank you for my healthy, happy puppy.

Where do I start...From the moment I saw my fur baby, a Shorkie, Bandit, on the Pawrade website through the delivery to his forever home with us, the entire experience was simply awesome!! Beginning with Tony, the Puppy Concierge and first point of contact, Renee, the Travel Concierge, Lindsay, the Health Concierge, and Silas and Karen, the drivers from Wags on Wheels delivery service, the entire team was a seamless coordination, of loving care and professionalism, devoted to assuring the well-being of Bandit. I definitely have to give props to the breeder for such a good this little guy, he arrived healthy, a cuteness overload!! I can't say enough good things, give enough accoloades on my experience with Pawrade, which, by-the-way, this is the second puppy that I've purchase from the organization this year, a Cavapoo, Atlas, in May. I would highly recommend Pawrade to anyone looking to purchase a puppy for all the reasons I stated. 5 Stars x's two!! 😊😊😊😊😊
