I purchased a beautiful golden retriever puppy through Pawrade. When he finally got here, he was exhausted and in shock. I did the van transport. If I were to do this again, I think I would choose the flight option instead. My parents also got a puppy and they got to travel together. They did arrive with some kennel cough, but they're doing just fine after getting some meds from their new vet.

We were nervous whether this was a scam but decided to take the chance. After reading many of the negative experiences primarily about having the puppy delivered, we decided to fly and pick our puppy up ourselves. We are so happy we did. We met the breeder and our little Boston Terrier is so happy and has such a great personality. Overall great experience from start to finish. Pawrade clearly communicated with us about what to expect and when. They answered all questions quickly and offered several methods to communicate. Highly recommend. They even give you a pet insurance policy.

August is now Charles Alexader Craggs, aka Charlie. I am madly in love with Charlie. He is beautiful, full of energy and a wonderful addition to my family. I can't imagine spending one single minute without him. After I recieved Charlie I had him at the vet the very next day and unfortunately he had giardia and is currently on meds to resolve it. It hasn't slowed him done one bit. I will wait a year and then I will return to get a brother for Charlie.

At first everyone at pawrade seemed eager to help and get me connected to get my frenchbulldog puppy. The process was rather painful after I paid my deposit. I had to keep an eye on their website because no one returned my phone calls. I almost canceled getting the puppy. My initial contact Sarah vanished after I paid my pet deposit. I ended up having to talk and communicate with many people to.get my puppy. This entire process was almost a huge waste of time.
