This was a very easy process. Everyone I spoke with was very kind and understanding-and I am a neurotic worry wart. Ziggy arrived yesterday evening and is now resting by my side. If anyone is looking for a particular type of puppy, I would 100% recommend Pawrade.

Bounced within 3 agents 24 hours follow up or more after repeated messages and calls. Pushy tactics to sign release of Linley for precondition. This experience reinforced to me Pawrade is masking as a puppy mill pusher.

My delivery went perfect. My Shih Tzu puppy came home safe and sound nice and clean. What a sweet little girl. Your delivery drivers were very nice and professional went through all the paperwork signed my delivery form and they were back on their way. I would definitely use their services again.

Pepper (changed his name from Elijah) arrived at 4:00 am. I can’t thank Express puppies for his safe delivery. He was very timid at first, but I can see he is adapting to his forever home. He ate & drank this morning and finally came out of his kennel. He is actually sleeping with his head on my lap. Please let the Breeder known I thank her for him. I love him and thank you to Emily Wood for keeping me posted as to what I need to prepare for his arrival If the Breeder would like to send me an email,I would love to send her photos and keep her posted Thank you agsin

Initially when we were getting ready to adopt our puppy communications were good. The issue I didn't like and lost sleep over was not getting a good idea of when our puppy was coming. When we finally got the Transporters phone # we were relieved as they were great keeping us in the loop. Sorry to be so critical, but you need to hear how we felt. We love our puppy. He is perfect as advertised. The breeder did an excellent job with him.

I am fairly certain when I received him he had Giardia. i took a stoop sample to the vet 4 days after receiving him because he had diarrhea since i got him. turns out he had giardia and i am unable to put him into any sort of day care until he clears it. this is a huge problem for me.
