I had an amazing experience! I had been scammed 2 times before I found pawrade. There was always someone available to talk to me about the puppy. I asked for new pics and I got them. All my questions were answered and everyone was so nice! I will recommend parade to anyone looking for a new family member!

Pawrade was great and the customer service is amazing! I am only rating it three stars because I was sold a puppy with a birth defect and was only told after I paid for her and my son had fallen in love with her and had already named her. Pawride offered somewhat of discount after the issue was discovered by a vet but this was a very expensive dog and this should never have happened. The breeder should not have been able to get away with this. That said, we love our fur baby and are already spoiling herl!
Excellent all around, very helpful, good communication, good transportation, contact with breeder after baby got home to check up on baby. Baby is gorgeous and healthy! All perfect!

Outstanding experience. Especially considering puppy stores are banned in New York and I didn't want to support a puppy-mill from another state. From start to finish this was an excellent experience. I found the perfect puppy! They even sent me extra pictures from the breeder until he arrives. I would highly recommend Communication was excellent throughout the entire process. Really outstanding. So happy with my puppy and extremely satisfied with Pawrade.

We've used Pawrade twice now for both our cavaliers and each time has been a fast and easy process. The first time was 2 years ago and the second was just now with our newest puppy. Pawrade provided excellent customer support (both times) for any inquiries during the process. We had the same Puzzle Piece carrier personnel, Christien, who took very good care of them during their trips to us. We highly recommend Pawrade if you are looking!
Highly recommend you guys! Poppy is doing great day one. Very playful, loves being around people.

Pawrade the company was very good in responding to all my questions. My only complaint is that your breeders need to be vetted a little more. My Doxie arrived on Wednesday morning 2:30 AM. I think they need to plan their trips a little better because getting a puppy at 2:30 am was a fiasco. Also, he keep scratching his ears, when I checked them they were supper dirty. I cannot believe that this puppy was supposably checked by a vet the day before. I took him to my vet of 20 years and he cleaned his ears and told me he had an ear infection in both ears. Overall the puppy is doing good and he is very playful and we are already in love with his little personality

We were so excited to get her. We paid for her on Wednesday and she is here with us on Saturday!! She is amazing little dog and just what we wanted.pawrade is great!!
My puppy is absolutely perfect! The adoption process went smoothly. I really appreciated that the breeders were evaluated by Pawrade to be professionals and not puppy mills or backyard breeders. I used the transport option and while my puppy arrived sooner than expected, it was still a very vague window of time (several days) for when she would arrive, making plans difficult, but the transporters did contact me with frequent updates. My only complaint is all the junk mail and the requirement to accept cookies to use these sites!
