Our puppy concierge, Lilly, was very responsive to our questions and was a helpful negotiator with the breeder. Responses regarding transporting the puppy home took longer but likely due at least in part due to our rural location. It was still less stressful to have Pawrade take care of the flight bookings!

I had a great experience with this company. They are legitimate, professional, and communicative throughout the entire process. They kept me informed and answered all of my questions promptly, which gave me peace of mind. Most importantly, the pets are healthy, well cared for, and clearly raised in a loving environment. I am a very happy furry parent and would definitely recommend them to others!

Pirate the Sheltie He is a wonderful little puppy. Everything with Pawrade was great. Our only complaint was taking delivery at 3AM. Other than that everything is great.

Our puppy, Olive, arrived super clean and smelling good. All documentation of her health was in order and we received timely updates, tracking, as she was in transit. Overall, we are very satisfied with our purchase. Additionally, we thought our puppy would arrive lethargic from the shipper, but she arrived happy and energetic. In the World of scams, Pawrade gave us the white glove treatment.

From the moment we found our precious girl on pawrade's website, we knew we had found the one. The communication was fantastic, answering all of my nitty gritty questions timely and being so friendly. I love that the drivers sent me updates along the way, and dropped her off with party favors. I highly recommend parade for your next puppy.

This is the 2nd time we adopted our puppy through Pawrade. It is obvious to us that these puppies are well taken care of by the breeders because they both came healthy, happy and full of love to give. Our most recent puppy was a little bit older but she has not shown any fear of people or other dogs. My family and I couldn't be happier with our decision.

Working with the staff has been great.
I was hesitant with the process at first but all the girls at pawrade were extremely helpful. Samson is healthy, happy and it’s easy to see that the breeder had done some work with him already. He’s got a big jump start potty training and being on a leash. I’m very happy

I only give praise when its due, I'm telling you dealing with Pawrade was incredible. The most courteous professional staff, they explained everything you need to know and when to do it. The whole puppy buying experience was fun and easy, and we got our puppy fast. Thinking about a new puppy, give Pawrade a call.

The puppy is sweet as can be, but a recent DNA test came back as 70% Chihuahua. Buying from a breeder I assumed it would be 100%. I contacted Pawrade and did not receive a response.
I want to thank you so much for giving me the first wonderful experience. Barney is my first Fur baby and I’m so in love with him. Thank you for taking good care of him.
