I ha e to say I'm 50/50 on how this all went, I feel that you have to many departments during the process, such as as soon as the sales rep is done it goes to ownership, transport, health. Once the sales done and starts to go to the next process I feel the sales person should be checking on all other departments to make sure all is done as told to the customer cause in my case the transport company failed to pick up the puppy but the ownership department didn't even k ow this then the transport department didn't check with transport or the breeder to make sure that the puppy was picked up. So after the missed pick up I was told a date while waiting the breeder didn't agree with pick up times and then was kicked off the program my money was reimbursed to me then later that day was told I can repurchase the dog and get a sooner date of pick up when that day came no pick up happened again I found myself making all the calls and doing Paerades job after the amount of money I was spending.
