Everything was good over all and not to hard. You do have to do some work so if you want to buy the pup and have it delivered and do nothing else then you're going to need to go somewhere else.

I will say this , puppy buying is a scary thing these days this is why I chose Pawrade. I didn't have to worry about someone taking 1000's of my hard earned money and never receiving a puppy ! This company is petty fast to respond, if you want fast response just call there customer service is so far above the rest. They only deal with reputable breeders and highest quality. My lil puppy came well socialized and ready to give all the puppy kisses in the world . She even is ok with my cat :) . She is so perfect in every way . I give actually a 10/10. !! Go here to get your next pup! Ps don't use Terrence financing. Find your own there customer service was the worst . But this is no way of any doing of Pawrade .

Awesome from start to finish. He is a wonderful puppy and the breeder should be commended for her standards!
The process was long and envolved. I think I understand why. Transportation took a while. But, to have delivery door to door was a pluss. except for it being at 2:00 am!
Parade was easy to work with, responsive and helpful. We couldn't be happier with our new puppy!

We had a pleasant transaction for our beautiful pups. From the very beginning before purchase to the end we had all our questions answered. I enjoyed the tracking ap for when they were on the road so we could see where they were at in their journey. Once they were here few days we got a call from pawrade checking in to see how our girls were. We will totally recommend to all our friends.
Pawrade delivered our new puppy home safe and sound. We knew she got bathed when she arrived .. we're super happy and delighted having having her. . She came with her veterinary health report :) Thank you 😊 Lexi gonna change our life

I was very apprehensive about finding a healthy and non-puppy-mill-pup on the internet. Pawrade was excellent: From the the first Concierge Contact named Joseph Hess, I felt secure. He was always accessible, and helped get more information about our different pup options from different litters, including getting videos. I always felt he loved all pups, but also wanted to match us with the human/dog/cat pack we already have at home. He did an an excellent job! All procedures after choosing our pup were also stress-free and successful: payment, insurance, and most importantly, safe and successful transportation to our home! Very happy with Pawrade!!

The whole transition from start to finish was amazing, they reach out to you constantly and they really put the puppy's health first! There's a lot of bad reviews about this site out there, I even checked sites liked Reddit and they weren't fans. But after my experience, I am a big fan and will recommend this site to anyone looking for a dog

Great customer service.
The Pawrade people were all so friendly and helpful. Information was sent regularly and questions were answered promptly. I felt like they really do care about the puppy first. I would definitely buy a puppy through Pawrade again.

I want to thank you for the coordination of getting the puppy safely to our destination - it was a harrowing experience because of the timing of the travel during the Dec holidays and the airline delays and cancellations but the constant communication was wonderful- The Nanny went above and beyond- can I suggest Pawrade give the Nanny an additional $ for her efforts of enduring all of those bumps in travel here. Thank you!

Everything went off perfectly
I am absolutely trilled to have my new fur baby! From start to finish this has been a great experience. Communication was great with all parties! Everything was handled with great care and my adorable cavapoo was delivered happy and healthy.
Getting our puppy from Pawrade was such a smooth experience. They were super professional, efficient and great at communication. They have different contact/conceirege assigned to every step from sales, puppy care and transport. Every contact was always available to answer questions and help out. Kenneth, our sales contact, went out of the way to get us a promo discount even after the sale was completed. Shannon and Brittney were always there to guide us. And the puppy was delivered to us very swiftly. I very highly recommend Pawrade if you are looking to get a new puppy.

We are so HAPPY with our new fur baby Ean (now called Rocket)!!! The experience was EXCELLENT. Pawrade kept in touch with us from start to finish. From congratulations on extending our family to his arrival in his forever home with me and my son. The ground transport service for him was amazing !!!! Wags on Wheels used the Life360 app to allow my family to watch our puppy's travels and get ready for arrival. They had my little Jordan in their arms walking up to my home for delivery and all his paperwork. Super easy and professional and you can tell with love and care. We even got a few text updates throughout their ride.

Quick and easy! Got my puppy a few days sooner than I expected but I'm not complaining. Everything went super smooth and I'd definitely recommend to a friend!
