We bought Stella as a surprise for our son for Christmas. Pawrade was absolutely wonderful. We were very skeptical and nervous about the whole process, someone was always there answering questions. There was constant communication through calling, texting or emailing while walking us through the whole process. Our precious baby was delivered with no issues and right on time. I would absolutely recommend Pawrade.

The service provided by Pawrade was outstanding - from the purchase to the delivery. Your communication was above our expectations. We were continually updated about our puppy, Opal. The photos and videos encouraged us, while we waited for her to arrive. We were immediately connected with team members who were caring for our puppy, as she was being prepared to make the long journey home. We were updated with her progress which was very helpful. The moment she began her two-day journey, from Missouri to New York, we were able to track her movement via the 360 app. This was totally awesome, and the excitement rose, as she was transported through each state. We even videoed the van, as it turned our corner! Thank you for all that your team does to make this process amazing! We highly recommend your company!

First I will say, we love our new puppy; healthy, playful, charming and bit of a goofball! Wellbeing for pup evident. Didn't love the process; on line information wasn't 100% accurate-age at purchase was correct, weight was not. Working w/ Pawrade is complicated. Dealt w/ 4 different people, lots of texts, phone messages, emails to get warranty/payment questions clarified. Some info inaccurate/contradicted what was on line--everyone polite, happy to help, but all the handoffs resulted in lots of duplication. We picked up pup-given an address, no phone number or breeder name. Told by breeder all medical records already uploaded to "our Pawrade account" yet no info from Pawrade or breeder on how to access/locate the account. More calls, messages left-its supposedly located thru payment acct, but Pawrade rep actually sent it. Persistence is key. Maybe impacted by holidays, be prepared to ask lots of questions vs assuming they will provide all the process information. Pup worth hassle:-)

I adorn my precious Frazier. He unfortunately came with a cough and is on his second round of antibiotic's. You wouldn't know he has it because he is a real pest to his sisters, 2 partie yorkies, one 4 lbs and the other 8. It's been nearly 2 weeks and my pack is finally beginning to mesh. He needed to start training on potty pads because we were snowed I. Completely and the yorkies are used to that way and he picked it right up. Maybe 50%success rate. Pawrade is pricey but know I have a quality pup. Grateful I pushed the button.

Experience overall was good. Couple suggestions to make it better. 1) make an app it will be a lot easier for the customer 2) provide links to all the instructions so the customer doesn't have to search through messages 3) better communication

I had been searching for a new fir baby and had almost been scammed which left me weary. I came across Pawrade and explained my concerns for being scammed and wanting validation that Pawrade was in fact legit. After speaking with someone and then the breeder and asked a ton of questions, my concerns were alleviated. Someone was in touch with me throughout the process of purchase to delivery. Thank you Pawrade for a great experience.

This process was so easy from Begining to end . The first rep we spoke to was Carlos and he was so incredibly helpful and patient. Then Shannon and the rest of the team continued to send messages and support till the moment we received our puppy. The puppy is amazing he's everything we could've ever asked for and more .
