Absolutely the smoothest and easiest way to get two sweet puppies. From Tom to Jade to Destiny to Reagan and of course Hammond's (aka Alfie now) breeder, the experience was so wonderful and exciting. Alfie is the cutest, most lovable, smart, happy, tail waggin little boy. He seems very at home here. He and Astrid (aka Honey) are best buddies. They play, then when tired, they pile up on each other. They both have made this house such a happier place. Thank you just isn't enough to tell you how wonderful you all are. Kathy K

Overall I had a great experience with Pawrade! It was a lot of fun to talk to my "Puppy Concierge" and learn about prospective puppies. I had spent a lot of time on my own trying to determine exactly what I was looking for, which did help narrow things down quickly. Everyone was really nice and extremely friendly like they are cheering you on along the way! I think for my next puppy I would go pick them up myself but arranging transport was generally smooth as well. There was a hiccup or so along the way which happens, but Tania reached out and helped answer my questions and sort out any issues. My puppy and I are settling in to our new home and she has been having a great time meeting people. Thank you to Pawrade I am having a blast with my little bundle of energy.

I will have to say that I was quite hesitant to engage Pawrade, at first. But I just closed my eyes and clicked. My husband and I saw a beautiful puppy, Blossom! Her pictures were awesome and she looked to be such a happy puppy. I was excited, when the process began. I was contacted immediately about each steps as it happened. The process was easier than I thought it would be. With each step and each of the requested pieces of information, I knew they only had Blossom's best interest at heart; as did I. When they informed me that she was ready to travel, I couldn't wait to get my plane ticket to go get her (this was my decision). They have Nanny's for the puppies flying :) . Blossom was a surprise for my husband. He did not know where we were going or why until that evening when we met with the transportation team. Of course, we all fell in love at that moment. If you are looking to add to your family, don't hesitate to use Pawrade. They are AWESOME!!!

Pawrade did a great job on getting me information and following up. I received the puppy very soon after purchasing. He is a healthy adorable goldendoodle. I would recommend them to anyone wanting a puppy. The only reason I didn't give it 5 stars was the puppy transport. I was told he would be leaving on a certain day and should expect him in 2 -4 days from then. Got a message the day he was to leave that he would be arriving that night. Had to scramble as they require a vet check within 72 hours of receiving. My vet had to really make accommodations for that as usually there is a 6 week lead time for wellness visits. Then had to cancel the appointment as it needed to be sooner. Vet could not fit me in. Ended up getting vet I had previously used to fit him in. Just would have preferred better communication on that. Otherwise, everything went very well.

I couldn't be happier with Wren. She is an incredible pup and her breeder took the time to answer all of my questions and concerns. I am so grateful for pawrade getting me in touch with her breeder so I could find a truly amazing pup. I would have given 5/5 however there was some logistical issues around payment and cancelation of travel fee. Once I discovered travel time was more like 2+ weeks instead of 10 or so days, I canceled transport so I could pick her up myself, definitely not an easy task traveling out there and bringing her home, however I was excited to welcome her into my home and didn't want to miss any more precious puppy time as they grow SO fast in those few weeks. despite canceling travel in less than 24 hours, I was charged a cancelation fee of $100, which turned into $187 and I had to contact pet pay myself as the cancellation was never communicated to them and I was being charged for it. Besides that, it was a positive experience. So grateful for my pup and breeder

Early discussions with Pawrade on whether to raise a Lab puppy and the steps to purchase and transport her were very pleasant and helpful. The many Emails prior to puppy arrival we're very detailed about her immediate care and long term health. The young couple who delivered our puppy nonstop were really amazing. They established communication by phone and message and further provided a tracking app so we could follow their progress to our door. Our puppy arrived clean and well.
