Absolutely the worst experience I have ever had. They delivered me a sick dog with Bordetella and parasites and it cost me over $1200 just to get him seen and put on medication. This company does not require them to have them vaccinated on Bordetella and other vaccines that are similar only the main ones. Careful you may receive a sick dog like I did. I would spend an extra money and go to a breeder that is close to you. Too much stress on the puppy when they deliver them and drive them across the United States, if you're gonna do that have them delivered on airpinion
Travel went well ,,her vet visit went great , she goes back on the first of Nov ,, she is adjusting well , We are Blessed to have Diamond (Melina ) in our family ,, thank you for this great journey

The process was straight forward and easy.after you purchase you pet and awaiting delivery communication drops and it's scares you especially with so many scams in today's time. But other than that the process is easy as 123

I could not open any texts they sent to me. They never fixed it. I would open them and get the script behind the text. As far as the puppy goes she is adorable and so smart. After 3 days she can get up and down the stairs. Very happy with my new baby girl. Love her so much. Thank-you for helping me get her. So precious.
Now that Paige is with us, she is so adorable! My dealings with pawrade, went very smoothly. Everyone that I talked to was very helpful and the transaction went very well, and explained along the way. It is wonderful as to the job you are doing to help us out here not to get scammed. Thank you, for the job you are doing, and providing "us" with healthy pets.
Excellent customer service from the first phone call to the drivers that delivered my puppy. Harley (Becca) is a beautiful baby and fits right into our family. Shout out to the amazing drivers Andrew and Gahrett that drove our puppy out to us. She was well taken care of and even bathed during the trip. Don't forget to tip your drivers!
All went smoothly. I'm very pleased with my puppy and all the information so nicely organized from reading about the process writing my application to receiving useful information to being introduced to the puppy by the people who delivered him and took my photo with him.
Lots of delays, two hernia surgeries and the Vet told me Hernia is still there.

My Old English Sheepdog puppy is fantastic. My local Vet provided him with a clean bill of health and was pleased to see all of the previous vaccination paperwork prepared and easy to follow. The entire process with Pawrade was excellent. Communications were great and door to door delivery by the nicest transporters made the entire transaction a joy. Thank you for my healthy, happy puppy.

Just got my puppy and I couldn't be happier! I was pleasantly surprised, She arrived a day earlier than I expected. And everyone I spoke to was really nice and answered every question I had. I would definitely recommend pawrade!!!

Where do I start...From the moment I saw my fur baby, a Shorkie, Bandit, on the Pawrade website through the delivery to his forever home with us, the entire experience was simply awesome!! Beginning with Tony, the Puppy Concierge and first point of contact, Renee, the Travel Concierge, Lindsay, the Health Concierge, and Silas and Karen, the drivers from Wags on Wheels delivery service, the entire team was a seamless coordination, of loving care and professionalism, devoted to assuring the well-being of Bandit. I definitely have to give props to the breeder for such a good this little guy, he arrived healthy, a cuteness overload!! I can't say enough good things, give enough accoloades on my experience with Pawrade, which, by-the-way, this is the second puppy that I've purchase from the organization this year, a Cavapoo, Atlas, in May. I would highly recommend Pawrade to anyone looking to purchase a puppy for all the reasons I stated. 5 Stars x's two!! 😊😊😊😊😊
