Puppy arrived with bilateral ear infections (so filthy and gross looking ears) and should have been seen by their vet days before seeing my vet. I was shocked when my vet showed me the condition of ears!!Also giardia parasite antigen positive.

A great experience from start to finish! Very quick to respond to inquires and questions and zero heavy sales pressure. Once I decided on my puppy the process to get him to me was very clear with lots of follow up and communication throughout the entire process. Very focused on the animals health as their top priority. Would use again and recommended to others!

Smooth process from beginning to end. Pawrade was very thorough about the process and the puppy's needs. Any communications were answered very promptly and honestly. This is our second puppy through Pawrade (different breeders) and both have been very healthy, loving pups that obviously came from responsible breeders. Adoption is best, but I would absolutely recommend this service to anyone looking for a specific breed to meet their needs. As a first time dog owner this site has been so helpful.

I wanted to give you a 5 but I couldn't. The blame game of who dropped the ball will never be okay. I went a whole day with no reply from any of the 4 members that were working with me. At one point I was truly concerned I had been scammed. Not fun to go through that emotion. It was not a holiday, so there was no excuse. When the gal finally answered her phone she casually said, oh, I had the day off, "Travel should have reached out to you." Travel was on the conversation string but no one felt the need to get back to me including the gal that I had to keep calling. I did get my beautiful puppy from a lovely Amish family in Indiana, I would give them a 5-star review.

The puppy is awesome. The paperwork is horrendous!!!
I am so pleased obviously with my puppy but also the continuous communication that took place. I was aware of each step that would take place and efficiencies and friendliness of the staff members. It made me feel that my interests and concerns were their responsibility. I would highly recommend this company.

I stumbled upon your website and the reviews were raving!! After seeing the variety of animals and learning of your service, my expectations were set high. However, I was very disappointed in the process of the purchase. The process felt very rushed with little explanation of the contract before executing the purchase. After I reserved the puppy, i began receiving several emails containing threatening language of executing the contract within 2 days or my purchase or it would be canceled. I received messages via text of lengthy instructions with no timè to process the legality of the information. Not once in the contract, did i find disclosure of the consumers rights, but agreement to arbitration should a incidence occur if the process did not go as planned. I've had longer periods of time to decide on a purchase of buying furniture. My puppy arrived irritable with a skin infection found via vet exam 2 days later of transfer of ownership. Im out $$$ hoping pet policy will reimburse
