We were hesitant at first but pawrade made things very smooth and easy for us. They know what they are doing. We received our puppy and she was very happy and healthy. She started eating right away and was very comfortable with us. We couldn't be happier. I would recommend pawrade to anyone who wants a puppy. Great experience for us for sure. Thank you for taking the time to answer all our questions during the process.

We are thrilled with our new puppy. She's adorable, healthy, and very smart. The breeders have been most helpful and encouraging. The only hang-up was in the flying Abby from Missouri to West Palm Beach. That became challenging, but the service worked it out and we received her on the day expected, though late. Thank you. We love her.

Overall, we had a great experience with Pawrade. We were skeptic about buying online site unseen and had a couple hiccups along the way- health clearance delays etc and waiting on info/video back from the breeder. We spoke with multiple associates who were all very friendly and understanding. Everyone we spoke with reassured us and provided great customer service. Not being able to speak to the breeder directly was a concern of ours, and we didn't like dealing with multiple customer reps (which we learned there were different teams that handle different tasks) but our puppy finally arrived and he was happy, healthy, and exactly as we pictured him. We got all the vet and vaccine reports along with other helpful info and a nice note from the breeder. Despite a couple things making us worry about the legitimacy of the process, Pawrade pulled through and we LOVE our new puppy!! I would trust this company and use them again.

The purchasing and travel of our new fur baby was almost seamless. We had some concerns that the pictures and video of the puppy were not the same dog. Pawrade got in touch with the breeder and they sent us updated photos. We couldn't be happier.

Bella arrived as scheduled and adjusted easily after her flight. Within a few hours she acted like part of the family and made friends with our 1yr old Pomeranian. You'd never know we just got her by looking at her. It was love at first sight.

The communication was often, but too may uncertain questions. We were suppose to receive a packet of good information and we were told they would have to contact the breeder. Pawrade should know what the breeder should be doing. We still need our package of information. We do not have information on the chip the puppies have so we can change their names. I took the puppies to the Vet today and had to call to find out their shot records. However, the pups are in excellent health we are enjoying both puppies very much. Please send me the packet of information I was to receive. Thank You

Nolan is the second puppy I bought using Pawrade. Ten months ago the process from reserve to receive Nikki (breeder's "Lavon") went so smoothly I worked with Pawrade again. And again, Pawrade is organized; the entire process went smoothly. I had a few questions along the way which were answered quickly and completely. Pawrade has my full recommendation!
Amazing experience with Pawrade, they kept our family updated through out the whole process. They also provided advice on our new puppy to help us better understand how to care for it.

Everything was great. The puppy I wanted was everything and more than I expected. When I received him he was in great shape. The only thing I had trouble with was I don't have a driver license but I do have an I.D. card and I had to get it notarized. Everyone was very helpful also if I had any questions.
