Love our puppy! The process was pretty easy and straightforward but…NO communication from the breeder and minimal communication from the transport?! Their website says they drive in 2 people teams for "24 hr" operation but there was only 1 driver. No welcome packet from the breeder with instructions? Weird. I don't fault Pawrade for the breeder and transport but wish there was more communication and transparency.

I am amazed how wonderful the entire process was from beginning to end. Everyone I worked with was very professional, a wealth of information, and made me feel very secure in the whole process. The constant contact was amazing and they literally assisted every step of the way, I am so glad I chose Pawrade for my new fur baby!

We picked up Sara as planned at the breeder's home. We were able to see how well he cared for his puppies. He was delightful. Our Sara could not be more perfect. She traveled well and has learned very quickly how to be a wonderful part of our family. We are very happy with her and PAWRADE!

In the time between reserving Cassie and her transport to my house - communication was difficult to navigate. No one central contact. Confusing as to charges. No printout of what theses charges were for just an email stating it was paid through my financing. Emails from you were lengthy and at times repetitive instead of clear and concise. The MetLife was misrepresented as a must. Not an option that was needed to be paid for and unclear what it really was and the coverage and cost I was stressed as to the food to buy for her was not told to me. I had to try to find out from the drivers. I was stressed that I could not get a vet appointment within 72 hours. It was even suggested that I try to get a different vet. Cassie arrived Friday night. Impossible to get an appointment in that time frame. Only to find out it was so I could BUY this MetLife insurance. This is an unnecessary burden to place on a new owner. Cassie has an appoint within a week with her regular vet whom I trust.

The 2 bad things are no communication to eta along route, 2nd they said between 2-5 days end up being 6.5 days she was super thirsty!

The best experience and cutest healthiest puppy that I recieved… pbreeder did excellent job and Pawrade very informative and great communication throughout the entire process… my shihpoo was delivered right to my front door!!!

You all have worked hard and made the best effort to get this smooth transition from the private breeder to different specialists from Pawrade to the nanny who is currently flying out to Tampa, where we will meet later today. This is an exciting time for us, especially our current Maggie (Chihuahua). Hope everything will go well after the arrival is done. Again, many thanks to all of you. Pawrade was great!!! Very friendly and informative. As a first time owner, I was really nervous and indecisive. I had a lot of questions. Carli responded to all of my questions in a timely manner. There were other staff members who helped me. They informed me of travel expectations and the driver Andrew kept me informed of where they were. It was nice to see in the app where my pet has travelled to get to me. Pawrade staff warned me that my pet might throw up or have diarrhea from the stress of travel but he was fine. Since they arrived around 11pm, the drivers even gave my pet a bath before arriving so I didn't have to do that. I'm very happy I found my pet through Pawrade. I highly recommend. Thank you Pawrade!!!

Carmin is now named Taylor She is a sweet little lady Not a great eater… we are very happy with her. The drivers for the delivery van were the nicest Couple. Watching their travels On line was very helpful to estimate their arrival. I would highly recommend Pawrade to Anyone searching for a puppy.

Pawrade introduced us to Eli, the world's sweetest bernedoodle that has settled in very nicely at his new home with us. My kids love him! The reps at pawrade were all friendly and matched my excitement for Eli. The process was pretty painless and the only reason I take away a star is because the delivery listed as "Pampered Delivery" is a bit inaccurate. Eli first went to the wrong address, and when he arrived he was in a small kennel covered in wood chips. "Pampered" is not what I would use to describe that, but nonetheless he made it here safe and sound and is an absolute delight for our family

I'm very pleased with how this worked out. In the beginning, I was against with the idea of committing to a dog I didn't have a chance to meet before committing to her. But the staff is very helpful, knowledgable, professional, responsive and made me feel comfortable with the process. The breeder held the dog for a couple of weeks of a scheduled vacation. The dog couldn't be flown because of her breed so she was driven to our home. I was a little nervous about the two day trip for a small dog but after about an hour she perked up. This is the second Shihpoo we've gotten and she is an absolutely wonderful dog. The whole family is so happy we got her.

Great Service, 100 % communication till you receive your puppy. Got zoon call to make sure and see the puppy before we bought. I would highly recommend to buy puppy for this website bcz its real people who work there and keep in touch with you all the time.
