Our dog is absolutely wonderful and the most perfect fit for our family and we have pawrade to thank for that. Communication prior to getting the pup was great but the minute we got the pup the communication was poor at best. We have had a few questions about our dog and have wanted all the papers that should come with our dog only to be sent pictures of them laying on a desk. I have emailed and called many times to try and have these documents sent to us some how and have fallen short of this every time which has been frustrating. I feel all of the proper documentation is something that each owner should be able to have, physically, and it should not be a challenge to do so. Aside from that, if you are looking for an amazing fur companion, you will most likely find it here
We are so grateful for the opportunity to have Igloo in our home. The whole process from start to finish was professional and done in a timely manner. Igloo is adjusting well, having fun playing with siblings.

I had been ripped off before trying to buy a puppy online. With this website I was guaranteed a puppy I got my puppy it was a very good experience and the security that they take is amazing.

My puppy arrived with an eye infection which I am still treating daily and intestinal bacteria and parasites which I am treating. I think it is important to expect your breeders to stick to standards you ask of them. You certainly make and expect demands of your buyers who pay thousands of dollars for your pets. Putting my puppy through having ointment put in her eyes twice a day and being forced to take two meds so she won't have constant diarrhea kind of puts a damper on the joy of having a new puppy.
My husband and I are so happy to have our Mini Goldendoodle in our lives. We purchased Francisca (renamed her Kasia) and the process was fairly smooth. She is a wonderfully sweet and playful puppy, and we look forward to having her part of my family for many years to come. I am still confused as to the breed her and dad are. It says Golden Retriever and mom Poodle on her description but vet vaccination records provided to me show mom and dad are both Mini Goldendoodles. In the end, I love her so but would love clarification and pics of both dog parents.

I initially had many reservations about going online to get a puppy, but Pawrade was flawless in the whole operation, as well as the breeder they used. I was very nervous about buying a puppy online. I finally saw the most adorable German Shepherd. I decided to give a call first before I pressed any buttons. I spoke with Paul the finance manager. He was so extremely helpful and kind. He made all my worries about buying a puppy online go away. After that the whole process was so easy with Renee Smith the customer service liaison. She reached out to me many times through messaging and by telephone. She was great and had so many good tips for new puppies. Renee R. the travel concierge helped to make travel arrangements for my new puppy. Harlee was transferred to us from Arkansas to Connecticut with no problems at all. She actually got here a little early. I highly recommend Pawrade. I would encourage anybody who wants to add a new puppy into their lives to use them. 🥰🐶

Pawrade made the entire process seamless. From Joseph Hess who helped me chose Phil and answered all my questions through Lindsey and Corbin who made the delivery and follow up a breeze. It was a great experience. There was also Renee who was super patient when we were coordinating having my son and daughter-in-law take delivery because the breeder was in their area. I would HIGHLY recommend Pawrade for choosing your new best friend!!

If you are comfortable sharing all the information on your driver's license (DL numb.) then this company is the one to go to for your new friend. I first didnt have my DL, then submitted other documentation and didnt work for "validation" (even though I was told it would). The phone number listed is never answered. Besides these incidents the process is very simple, you select your friend, pay, submit your ID, and they walk through the whole process reminding you of what is needed. I felt I knew what to do every step of the way. The delivery ground service is always "on"; they send you a link for the 360 app and you know exactly where they are. Whenever I am ready for another friend I know Pawrade will be on my top list of places to look.

After they receive payment customer service is terrible. Getting responses to important travel arrangements became a nightmare. The "travel concierge" stopped responding. I was told the breeder would send me updated pictures and I never got them. The payment service they force you to use charges fees, pawrade charges fees and then they don't tell you they will charge you sales tax until after you've paid. The total price jumps up with no itemization or explanation. Arranging for economical travel options is near impossible. I was told it would cost near the price of the puppy (additional) for a travel nanny and that their other (cargo) flight option wasn't available in weather over 85 degrees. So I had to fly and get the puppy myself and then pay an extra 225 charge for breeder to bring the puppy to the nearest airport. The portal again collects money on the breeders delivery charge and adds sales tax onto that fee also! 2 stars for broad selection of puppies and "no scam" guarantee.

Everything went great from start to finish and everyone was very helpful and available to ask any questions! The transporter's were also very good about staying in touch along the way and letting us know exactly when they would arrive. We are so excited to add Binx to our family and we love him so much already!
The company is very personable and organized. They also send a ton of helpful information throughout the process.

At first the process seemed very overwhelming but after speaking with Tara she put all my worries at ease. This is the way to go for finding your new family member. JoJo is more then I could have ever imagined. We are in love . The breeder was so helpful when we received JoJo with all the questions I had to make sure JoJo feels at home.

This is our 2nd puppy through Pawrade. Both times have been wonderful experiences or we would not have done it twice. We highly recommend Pawrade anytime anyone we know is looking for a puppy. Such great customer service, great follow through all over, no matter what stage of the process you are in, and best of all...healthy puppies. Everyone with Pawrade is always so kind, so helpful, and so sincere. Just truly some of the best people out there work for Pawrade. We are so happy with our entire experience both times and we have two of the best, most wonderful puppies. They are so loved and adored and it is very obvious that they came from breeders who loved them just like we do. This is so very important. Just like children, if puppies are loved from the beginning, they are sweet, kind, and loving when they arrive at their furever home, not to mention how healthy they are when they arrive.
The process was really easy and had help with every step of the way. Would recommend this team any time. Thank you so much.
