I was nervous about the process of choosing a puppy online, but the people working for pawrade advocated for me to get every question answered! I got pictures of my puppy's parents and weekly photos, videos and updates while he grew. His transport was wonderful and texted me twice a day with pictures and updates. And the best part, the puppy is wonderful, smart, gorgeous and thriving. Thank you!

My personal experience started out to be very professional and sympathetic to my needs. As I moved forward and selected my Puppy, then chose a method of transportation. I was very hesitant about transporting my Boxer from Missouri to CA. Pawrade reassured me that there methods of transportation was very safe and professional. I selected to transport my Puppy by Van, only because they stop every two hours for the pups to stretch, and go to the bathroom. This is not true! That Van was going 24/7 with 15 other puppy's making deliveries from Missouri to CA. The two gentleman tried there best to accommodate all the puppies but the pressure to get them to you is very demanding. Now let me be clear, Pawrade warns you that all methods of transportation is stressful on animals, and you sign paperwork stating that you understand. After three days in a crate in the Van, my Boxer pup was delivered, very stressed, and sick with Pneumonia. Next time, I'll go to the Breeder!!!

Rudy, we are sorry to hear Lady was diagnosed with pneumonia! Please be sure to submit your health claim so we can process your reimbursement. Unfortunately because of heat restrictions at your destination airport, the only option we had was a shared transport via ground. We don't advertise this as a private transport as that simply isn't possible. So while there are other puppies on board, there are no shared spaces and each puppy has their own crate. Our drivers do indeed stop every 2 hours to tend to the puppies so your statement is incorrect. We wish you and Lady a lifetime of memories.

From first contacting Sara to choosing our pup with a FaceTime visit with him at the Breeder, to airport delivery by the loving and caring Kennel Manager Travis and bringing home this perfectly healthy and happy little guy, I can only rave about all the information end guidance and care Pawrade delivers to it's expectant parents!! What A quality Little Malti-Poo we are loving up!! Pawrade gets five stars from us!!! We couldn't be more thrilled!!!

This dog is not the dog described in the ad . This is the most abused dog I have ever seen . He does not trust , go near , or like humans . He stays in any corner he can find . We will try to give him all the love we can as humanly possible. Hope it works out

Josephine, your puppy came from a wonderful breeder and was definitely not abused. Please keep in mind your puppy was 24 weeks old when purchased. At around 12 weeks of age, they begin to bond with their breeder and of course their mother. When they are placed into a new home at this age, the adjustment is a little harder on them but with a little love Winston will adjust to his new home. The purchase and delivery of our new family member Camryn was stress free. I loved the security of knowing I wasn't wasting time and effort on a scam. My wife loved being able to track the status of delivery across the country in real time. I feel the pricing is a little steep, the vet found an issue with her elbow, it is not developed properly and her (kneecap) for a lack of the clinical word wound up dislocating four times in the first few days. She has gotten stronger, but it will never (fix itself). She has one pricked ear which is considered to her bread as a fault. In a nutshell, I personally feel if the breaders are going to ask such high prices for their puppies they should be close to flawless. I understand not every puppy will be perfect, but when there are flaws they should be priced as such. Camryn is a delightful new addition. She is energetic, loving, and smart, hopefully she won't need surgury for her kneecap and will be able to catch frisbees with no problems!

Never purchased/rescued a pooch without a first meet, so I was completely unsure how this process would work. But I fell in love with my little cutie at first sigh, and the Pawrade folks not only protected me from the puppy mills I wanted to avoid, but also guided and reassured me every step of the way. The customer service was superb and the breeder was wonderful! I love, love, LOVE my new little cutie! My first online romance! :) Pawrade was just great, and I highly recommend!

My puppy arrived and in the first 12 hours of having him he did not urinate even one time. He was listless and bloated, yet every time he crouched to pee nothing came out. Naturally I was very concerned after such a long time without peeing. I tried to get him to my regular vet but they were booked and told me it was absolutely an emergency and that I should take him to an animal ER hospital. I did that. They found his bladder was completely full and this was causing him pain. They did xrays, ultrasounds and bloodwork but could not diagnose the problem. Finally, to give him relief, they drained his bladder by catheterization. All of this cost me over $500. Within 12 hours of owning my new puppy. I did the right thing by taking him to the hospital. Your company did the wrong thing by not honoring your healthy puppy guarantee. I submitted a claim and have been constantly asked for more information to be provided, despite handing over the complete hospital notes.

Jeff, our health guarantee can only provide coverage for illnesses identified by a veterinarian. Since your veterinarian was not able to diagnose a problem, we could not move forward with processing a claim. Fortunately that means your puppy did not have any underlying medical issues and once his bladder was emptied he was happy & healthy.

I was worried about buying a puppy online & did a lot of research before using Pawrade. They let me ask any questions I had & got my answers for me. I was able to do a zoom call with the breeders. And they sent several current photos & videos upon request. The breeders met me at the airport to deliver our sweet puppy & we're so helpful. Our first Vet appt went well. Puppy was completely healthy & just had a minor yeast ear infection. We've had her for 12 days now & she's perfect. Happy, healthy & doing everything a puppy should. I got the exact puppy I saw online & everything matched up. I will update this as time passes in regards to the health guarantee & MetLife insurance. (Hopefully we don't need either one though) 😊
