We are extremely pleased with the communication effort and attention paid to all of our questions as we went through the process of choosing a new family member who was chosen by and a gift for our daughter and son in law. Pawrade prides themselves in advertising only from reputable breeders. No puppy mills. Since our puppy was coming from another state, Pawrade offers transportation. This too was easily arranged and provided by 2 drivers, one who is a guaranteed Vet Tech. They take extraordinary care with their passengers and the transition from breeder to new home. I was worried that the puppy would be disheveled and nervous after such a long drive, but she was perfect! Happy, playful running around and greeting her new Mom, Dad and human siblings. I am thoroughly impressed by this company and cannot thank them enough for the smoothness, care, and all around wonderful process.

Very smooth process from beginning to end. Customer service was great. The delivery drivers were great and my puppy is amazing. The breeder even provided me with about 10lbs of my pups favorite food along his favorite toys and blankets. Awesome all around!

An Absolutely Wonderful Experience with Pawrade! We recently welcomed our beautiful Cavalier King Charles Spaniel, Willow, into our family thanks to Pawrade, and the entire experience was nothing short of spectacular! From the very beginning, their team was incredibly professional, kind, and responsive—guiding us through every step of the process with care and attention to detail. Communication was excellent throughout, and we always felt confident that Willow was being well cared for before she arrived. The transition to her forever home was smooth and stress-free, and it was clear how much Pawrade truly cares about the health and happiness of their puppies. I do love the dog but they said she was micro chipped and she wasn’t. She had a leg disformity called Giardia. Also ear infections, worms, a stomach bacteria and one other thing I can’t recall. A good breeder wouldn’t do these things or deliver a dog in this condition. They also said they would deliver her on a Friday and she didn’t arrive until 3 days later. Besides her being cute and alive, this was not a great experience. I’ve filled a claim.

This was my second time buying a puppy from Pawrade, and my first experience was flawless – healthy pup, smooth process, no issues. I thought I was set for round two. Wrong. This time will probably be my LAST time dealing with Pawrade – ever. The puppy arrived, and within minutes of bringing him home, he started coughing nonstop. Rushed him straight to the ER, where vets diagnosed him with kennel cough – a totally preventable disease from poor breeding/shipping conditions. Worse? My older dog caught it too. It’s been TWO WEEKS, and he’s still not recovered – constant vet visits, meds, stress on our whole family. Unacceptable. I contacted Pawrade’s “Health Guarantee Manager” Joey Walsh for help. Absolute zero assistance. His ignorance and helplessness were unbelievable – like talking to a brick wall. I just needed someone to acknowledge the negligence and step up. Instead, this guy kept repeating to contact MetLife like a broken record. Pawrade, your “guarantee” is a joke.

Great experience dealing with Pawrade right from browsing the available puppies to delivery. Pawrade answered all my questions and concerns promptly. Besides great communication, Pawrade followed up with necessary paperwork to protect breeder and me, the end purchaser. The ground delivery company was also professional and prompt with constant communication. I highly recommend Pawrade for your next canine fur baby.

My early conversations with Donna were fantastic—she was kind, engaged, and knowledgeable. Unfortunately, our puppy arrived with a strong odor and a cough that persists. When I called on October 14th before the vet visit, I couldn’t reach Donna, and the representative I spoke with seemed dismissive. I was told the Travel Manager would contact me, but I haven’t heard back. I understand travel conditions can be messy, but the smell suggested the issue began before transport. For a $3,000 puppy, the experience fell short of expectations—especially since our other Mini Goldendoodle arrived in a much better condition. I share this feedback as a fellow business owner who values customer experience and continuous improvement. My intent is not to complain, but to help strengthen trust and satisfaction for future Pawrade customers.
