Communication was spotty, we always had to make the calls. People said they would call back and never did. They had our dog and another mixed up. We are looking for another one a female for Beau to breed. We are looking at other sites.

Our puppy has constant diarrhea since she has arrived, to the point she has to wear a diaper because it just flows out of her. I have an appointment with the vet tomorrow. I would have an appointment sooner but yesterday was a holiday. Since we have received her, it has been miserable for me and the dog. If she was healthy before she left, as you state, to need to find another delivery service.

I recently purchased a Cavalier King Charles Spaniel from Pawrade. This is not my first purchase from them, Danny is my sixteenth Cavalier. I am retired and love being surrounded by these sweet pups. Each time I purchased one, the transaction went very smoothly. If I had questions, they were promptly answered. What is extremely important to me, is all the pups came to me well socialized. They had been exposed to other dogs and to children. The breeders provided health records which helped when I brought the pups to my vet for the first time. Also, the web site is easy to use and is supplied with great pictures of all the available pups. Definitely, try Pawrade if you are looking for a new canine friend.

The puppy came to us weak and distressed and could barely walk. It was questionable as to what kind of conditions the pet transport service maintained. And still, the puppy will barely eat. I pray his situation improves. He definitely is not exhibiting normal puppy behavior and it is disappointing.

Pawrade made my puppy’s transition to our home a wonderful experience. They called & e-mailed me to keep me up-to-date on what was happening with my puppy. They made sure my puppy was going to a loving home. They told me everything I would need before & after my puppy’s arrival. When she arrived she was the perfect little dog.
