I was not impressed with the communication process with Pawrade at all, I would never use them again. I would go direct to the breeder cut out the middleman because it got really confusing and unnecessarily aggravating. They waited unit the very last night 7pm to give me the OK and location to pick up the puppy, I had to pay a lot more in hotel fees on top of the stress of not knowing if I'm going or not, I had a 8hr drive both days. They already had my money, so there was very little care or communication for their client, which I don't think they think of you as the client, even though you're paying for a service. I loved the breeder and the puppy, which has absolutely nothing to do with PawRade.

From the very beginning, Pawrade was dishonest and unprofessional. They told me the breeder was lowering the price, but I later discovered they had simply used a promo code and lied about it. When I asked for the same code to be applied, they claimed discounts were “up to the breeder,” which clearly wasn’t true. Then came the delivery nightmare. I specifically arranged for my puppy to be delivered by car, and Pawrade confirmed it. At the last minute, they changed it to by airplane. When I told them I couldn’t drive an hour to the airport at the exact day and time they chose, they were extremely rude even telling me I’d have to pay over $1,000 extra if I wanted to change it. When my puppy finally arrived, she was in awful condition. Her ears were filthy and yeasty, her fur was stained yellow from urine, and she was covered in fleas. For the amount of money they charge and the way they present themselves online, this experience was unacceptable. I would never recommend Pawrade to anyone.

We decided to add a new puppy after 6 years without a dog. Our 3 month old toy Mini Aussie arrived 5 days ago and she blended in instantly. She ran up to my son who is deaf and disabled and proceeded to love on him. We are very pleased with Octavia and her disposition. She does need to be potty trained (that was not done by Pawrade which we wish they had as we have had lots of accidents), crate trained, etc.

The delivery for Knox was great .and on time. Are you going to send me paperwork for insurance? that I paid for on him . I took him to the vet within 72 hours after I received Knox. He had a parasite in his stomach diarrhea and parasites.In his ear, and they gave me medication for both ear and stomach

First off, let me say that my wife and I appreciate the work you do and the thoughtfulness you put into connecting people like us who are looking for puppies, with legitimate breeders. That is becoming more difficult to do on our own. That being said, however, your communication with us, once we put our deposit down, was terrible. What little communication there was, turned out to be incomplete and misleading. We reached out on multiple occasions, only to hear nothing in return. As it got closer to the time to pick up our puppy, we received some standardized communication, but did not get anything clear until we were able to speak with the breeder directly. Your lack of communication was unnecessary, a waste of our time, and it caused us to waste additional funds making plans that didn’t come to fruition. You need to rethink how you communicate with your customers. They’re here because they want a good experience and a good pet. Try not to be a hindrance to that!

the wntire procedure went well
When the driver pulled up in front of my home, he was holding Piper in his arms. I almost began to cry. She is so pretty. I did not expect her to be as adorable as she is turned out to be. Of course, she thinks my older dog, Noel, is her mama and she’s not very happy about it. But I think they will eventually get along! She is everything I have was expecting and more.
