We are thoroughly enjoying our little bundle of energy! You can tell she loves us as much as we love her. You can see it from the look in her eyes. Can't remember when we've laughed so much at her antics. After so much playing we can put her in her kennel and she goes right to sleep with no whimpers. She has indeed filled our hearts and family life.

We are ecstatic with our new family member who we have decided to call "Rascal" He's moving around getting the lay of the land. Not crazy about spending the night in the crate but he must be crate trained. He's doing his "business" on the piddle pads! How'd he know how to do that! Sassy our other Corgi is not quite sure what to make of her little bro. Right now she's having the hardest time adjusting to the new order of things but she'll get it. She's a wonderful creature herself. You guys have been great in this process making it smooth and providing us with all the necessary information. We look forward to many hours of great times with our two Corgis. Thanks for everything. Steve, Veronica , Victoria. 🐶

This puppy is adorable and sweet tempered. The breeder did a great job with him. It seemed like a long time until I finally got him home but we're happy with him. He is learning quickly and potties outside or goes to the door to let me know and it's only been 2 days. The long trip in the van did go a long way toward crate training him because he adapted easily. I forgot to give the drivers a tip so I'd like it if they could contact me so I can Zelle a gratuity to them. I still don't have the paperwork work on transfer of ownership but I did sign off when he came. I'd like a copy of them for my records. He had his vet check last Friday and our vet was impressed with him and looks forward to caring for him. Doing the paperwork was confusing, especially when the puppy arrived at night but generally I'm happy with Pawrade and will suggest them to friends.
My experience was awesome from beginning to the end. The agent (Aaron) was professional and courteous at all times. The transportation team was professional to say the least. I would recommend their service at any time.

I have to say the initial purchase process was not a great experience but the following interactions with Tom were great. I have to give special thanks to Lindsay W!!!!!! She made us feel like we were the only family getting a puppy. She took the time to correspond with us daily even if we hadn't sent a message needing answers to questions. She sent updated pictures from the breeder in answer to my concern regarding the actual size of the Saint Bernard puppy that would be with us within a couple days so we could make sure we had everything the puppy needed. She never left us wondering what was happening next or when.
This website is legit. There was a delay to make the delivery by ground; but I was constantly updated about the status of the estimate arrival time.

Really happy with this company and service. I first picked out a puppy and decided the breeder was a little shady so I wanted to back out. The service recovery here was phenomenal and everyone I spoke to were polite and customer oriented. I called them constantly impatient about my voucher, spoke to multiple people, and they all made sure to help me with whatever questions or concerns I had while being extremely patient with me. Once I had my voucher I chose a different breed of puppy, and just received him early this morning - He's seriously the most sweetest, cuddly puppy I have ever seen! He's already made friends with both my older, grumpy maltese, and my younger golden retriever. The wait was totally worth it.

Our family is so pleased with Dingo! (aka Cricket). I would definitely come back to Pawrade in the future, if we ever decide to get another dog. I also wanted to thank our concierge team, Dan, Kelly, and especially Destiny for going above and beyond for us! Cricket showed up pretty much potty trained, was so good with my 2 year old son, and loves her crate. Thanks again, Pawrade!

The process in getting our new dog was very easy and communication was great. My biggest concern was where was my dog bred, lack of information about parents (names, pictures, what is their history) How many puppies were in litter, did parents have genetic testing prior to breeding. What are the conditions that my dog lived for the first 3 months of life? The 72 hour vet check showed that the umbilical hernia that my dog has, in the opinion of the vet, is congenital. Susan and Levi ( who were so very nice!!)said that their vet said it was a fatty mass. My vet said that I have to really watch it because it's on the larger size. Does Pawrade actually meet with the breeders? It states "no puppymills" but what proof of that do you offer and how do you know? That was the reason for my 3 star rating. Nothing to do with the process but more the vetting of the breeders and the puppies.
Outstanding customer service! Constant communication, which helped me feel confident that they truly care about my puppy and my satisfaction as a customer. Quick responses to my many inquiries. They make it easy to communicate through texting or email. They answer the phone immediately and they truly care about customer satisfaction. I was very nervous about the transport because it takes 2 to 4 days and in my case it took four days and I was a nervous wreck, but my puppy arrived happy and well cared for. He was healthy and the gentlemen that transported him were nice and compassionate and truly cared about my puppy. You can also follow the GPS tracker for the entire time which I thought was fantastic as I was tracking every hour for four days until my puppy got here. I would highly recommend Pawrade if you're looking for a new puppy to love. I can't say enough about the outstanding customer service, and every need and every question was answered and addressed quickly 😊

We are so happy we found our sweet new puppy here on Pawrade! I was happy to see the high level of professionalism and care that the puppies receive before they find their new home. Our breeder had vaccine records, puppy food, toys, instructions of how to raise a puppy, and a guide for treats, shampoos and grooming supplies. I have been able to text the breeder and get advice as my new puppy adjusts to her new environment. I love that insurance is easy to get started and encouraged to continue. This is a great site!

Whole process was absolutely fabulous from start to finish. I live in NY and puppy was in Michigan, and I opted for Pampered Ground Delivery with all of flight delays and cancellations. Great choice - wonderful choice for me and for puppy Pippa. She arrived awake, alert, ready to move right in. Can't say enough about this whole experience with all contacts. Thank you all!

This by far was the easiest adoption experience ever. From start to finish when we found the puppy that we wanted and was available we literally got him within a week. The breeder was extremely nice and very helpful. I would totally recommend using Pawrade!

My puppy, Lambert-renamed by me to Stoney, is a beautiful puppy. He slept on the bed with daddy and me and my poodle, Paddy. He'll adjust to all the new smells in a day or two. Seeing the Vet Saturday. Dealing with Pawrade was fairly easy, however, I would prefer much more phone interaction than so much online transactions. Also, I had to ask 3 times to get a fax number for my Vet to fax Stoney's initial visit information as I can't seem to get the info you request to send. Destiny finally did get me the fax number for my Vet. I am still struggling to figure out how to activate the insurance. Once again, I'd prefer to speak to a person to accomplish all the requirements to adopt.

The people at Pawrade were very friendly and answered all of my questions. The only thing I would suggest is giving a detailed breakdown of how the process works once you choose a pet. I paid and shortly after recieved a lot of information about their requirements about my responsibilities as the owner, but nothing about when to expect my puppy's arrival, or how long things would take until I asked. It would have been comforting for the first thing I received after payment to be "here's exactly how our process works and how long it can take". Also if they would have checked in with me daily, instead of me checking in. Otherwise we're happy with our experience and love our puppy.
