Great experience overall. Our puppy is happy, energetic and has settled into our family beautifully! Communication was good throughout. Only thing that could be improved upon is that I wish we had gotten copies (emailed or otherwise) of the four pieces of paperwork we had to sign upon delivery.
Wolf(Cal) is settling in nicely. He's a smart dog. He figured out the dog door & steps by the end of the 1st day. Working on potty training. He goes out when our 12 yrs old Golden goes out , so he's getting better at it. Delivery went smoothly! Thank you!

Beware! Asher arrived SICK! Vet claims there are MANY puppy mills in this location! We supposedly bought a miniature poodle --- Vet does not believe it to be that!!! SO upset we cannot tell you. Plus, paid A LOT of money -- EXORBITANT. Stupid us / grieving us from previous loss of our pet furbaby.
Buying process was simple…the shipping part was a mess. Puppy was supposed to arrive in 2-4 days. Instead, puppy spent 8 days in a transport vehicle. Not ideal for a puppy. Was able to talk to drivers and they assured us puppy was treated with love and had time to run inside van. Pawrade did step up and refund a good chunk of the transport fee. Be diligent when working with Pawrade on puppy delivery process.
My sales rep answered all my questions in a timely manner and we now have a cutie! Ty for your help!

Already posted to petpay. Here again : Dave Rosen here.. Just wanted to say thaks for all your effort. Below is the review i submitted. Thanks again I went to pawrade after getting scammed out of 800$ by going directly to a "breeders website". I've worked in IT for a 30 years - i should know better. But I let my emotions overrule my logic. Plenty of red flags including the low price. Came to my senses 30 min after sending the money.. Did a domain registration check and saw it was registered in Iceland.. Never again. So off to Pawrade I go. Found the most wonderful beagle from a breeder in Missouri. Carlos at pawrade was my initial contact and he WAS VERY competent, professional and always had prompt replies to my questions. He setup a zoom meeting with the breeder AND INCLUDED HIMSELF in the zoom. Saw the puppy and where it slept etc. Asked all my questions and received the right answers. Pawrade arranged the flight to Nevada. Flight and transport and pickup went excellent.

I am so pleased with the entire Pawrade process. From the time I saw my pup on the website, I knew it was meant to be. I was able to talk to someone that day, they made prompt contact with the breeder and answered my questions. Payment process was easy and secure. I was able to discuss the day I would receive my little girl to fit my schedule and the breeders schedule. All of my questions were answered along the way, and updates were relayed to me via a phone call. When the travel started, it was easy to estimate the time of arrival (although it was in the middle of the night but this is made clear in the travel directions before hand). I was hesitant about getting a puppy this way but it was a smooth process and I would come to pawrade again. I have had my girl for 1 week now and we are thriving.

I love Greta (Creek). Greta arrived via the van. The two drivers were lovely young men. They had washed her and handed her to me with a smile. She has fallen in love with my 17 year old chi and follows her everywhere when she is not following me around the house. She can go in and out the doggy door, but we are still working on potty training. She has a sweet, lovely disposition. The team at Pewrade was excellent and walked/texted me throughout the entire process. If I should ever be in want of another puppy, I would definitely go through them again.

I got Leela my new Bloodhound puppy and she is adorable. She is a love bug starving for attention and love. The whole process took a little over 2 weeks but now that I have her it was worth the wait. The driver stayed in contact with me the trip so I knew exactly how far out they were. We love our new puppy and she fits right in… Thank you so much Pawparade!!! 😀😀
The process was very fast my new puppy is beautiful I did local pick up in Indiana it was a long drive but worth it I like the fact she came with all her vaccines, papers and guide it was way better than the previous pet store where I purchased my other dog from.
The transfer of ownership was very smooth.

The process of adopting my adorable Harper was thorough but clear and simple. The delivery process went very smoothly, and I appreciate all that all of you did.
My overall experience was wonderful. In the beginning I was hesitant and thinking I might get scammed but when we received Parker, everything was a success and we couldn't be more happier that he's here with us. Pawrade is awesome and I'll get my second dog here again (in two years or so lol). Thanks Pawrade!!

Pawrade was a wonderful company to work with. The team was pleasant, responsive and a great help. They were able to seemingly re-direct delivery of my puppy during Hurricane Ian! My corgi puppy is adorable, and a great addition to my new house...making it feel like a home!
