Shannon at Pawrade was able to arrange alternate transportation for our puppy to bring her to us as quickly as possible. We could not be happier with everything they did. Thank you

My bernese mountain puppy, Eddie arrived happy and healthy. I have been scammed in the past and the pawrade team answered my questions and reassured me that they are a legitimate company. Before his arrival, he had a hernia and the pawrade team called to inform me. Eddie had his surgery before getting here and I did not have to pay an extra penny! I took him to the vet this morning and they said he is doing great. The only thing that could've been a little better was communication with travel. I had asked for my agent to make sure that my local airport transported animals via cargo service and she told me yes. American wasn't able to ship to my local airport, which was okay because I am flexible in making arrangements, but I wish that was looked into when I had asked. I was able to pick him up from an airport 2 hours away and I had no issues in doing so. Overall, I had a good experience with pawrade.

Thank you to the team at Pawrade for such a loving and wonderful pup. The background information provided about Robbie and his parents is what made us decide Robbie was the dog for our family. Pawrade has provided plenty of information regarding the Goldendoodle breed and Robbie's chip #, vaccinations, weight chart and vet visit booklet, which shows that Robbie was very well taken care of from birth. Robbie's flight nanny was the best. She provided us with videos of Robbie during his trip across the country. She had to fight holiday flight delays and more flight delay challenges due to bad storms and weather conditions, but Robbie arrived safely. Robbie is one of the most loving and easy-going pups we have ever had. There is no doubt we made the right choice when we chose Robbie. We even love the name Robbie. We won't be changing it.

The process of purchasing a pet overall was a good one. I am so happy that I called Pawrade. From the moment I called until my little guy came through my door, communication was great. The only thing that I would improved is instead of talking to three to four different people during the process, that once the customer has confirm they would like to purchase a pet, one person is assigned to the customer until the process is complete. A personal concierge so to speak. All the reps that I spoke to were excellent, but dealing with one person would eliminate the feeling of being juggled around. I would definitely refer friends, family and even strangers to Pawrade. The whole process is secured and thorough.

We love our puppy, and are so glad to have found him. The overall pawrade process is good, although we have some constructive criticism and want to share our experience for others. We had to choose ground delivery for our dog, a Boston terrier. We were told it would take 2-3 days, but it ended up taking 4 days. We were the 7th of 10 states where deliveries were occurring. When a puppy is only 8 weeks old, I think 4 days in a car is just too much. Our puppy was extremely stressed upon arrival, and it took several days for him to calm down. And I should mention, we believe he was incredibly well cared for by his transport team, they seems like very caring people and kept us well updated on the trips progress, although they could not commit to our puppy's arrival time or even day until about 3 hours before he was delivered. That's very difficult to plan for, especially the mandatory 72 hour wellness check. He also has some genetic disorders, in spite of assurances they'd be bred out.

We never want customers to have poor satisfaction and strive to make the experience a well-remembered one. While we are working on faster avenues for our transport of these little babies, some factors do limit our transport options for them. Unfortunately, snub-nosed breeds are very limited in how they can travel and your little guy, Diego, falls in that category. Our mandated 72 hour wellness visit can be difficult to arrange around these circumstances however our approach is to ensure the well-being of the puppy first. It's imperative that we ensure they are seen quickly as transitioning into their new home and environment can introduce them to different elements than where they came from. As for his disorders, we were not made aware of that it appears. so we are unclear on what this entails. We will reach out to you to further discuss this and determine the next steps. We appreciate that you took such good care of Diego upon arrival and that you love him so much. We are wishing you only the very best memories and adventures together.

From the very first interaction the staff at Pawrade were friendly, professional and supportive. We likely had more questions than most as we picked our pup and then the breeder kept him for two months as we were travelling. And we live half of the year in Canada which made it a bit more complicated. With all the vetting they do for breeders, vaccinations, health, etc. the process is quite stress free. They happily connected us with the breeder so we could ask questions to help confirm our decision. We felt like they had our best interests at heart at all times. Chico has been with us for just four days and he is already part of the family. Thanks, Pawrade for bringing us together!
