My puppy is currently slated for his second night in the hospital. I cannot get a response from Pawrade about Why they transitioned my dog to an 80+ Hour crate, ground shipping experience as the "less stressful" alternative to the air companion travel I booked and paid for. I was receiving generic emails about feeding my dog watermelon on the Fourth of July instead of the much more relevant communications on how exactly he was going to be transported . Huge dropped ball and I'm pissed that I failed to protect this puppy by trusting your team to responsibly transfer him to my home.

Ashley, as communicated previously, we could not fly Toby because of heat restrictions at your airport. We did communicate this to you in a recorded phone call. We have been in touch with you regarding Toby's health and reibursement for your health claims. We are sorry to hear Toby spent the night at the ER because of Giardia. We will be here to support you and ensure Toby is happy & healthy.
