We had a great experience with Pawrade and PetPay. Everyone was so helpful and when things didn't go exactly to plan (travel), they were fantastic to deal with. I received everything promised to me and more. We love this new pup.

The flight arrived a few minutes early. The nanny (Doug) was great. He sat down and explained everything while my daughter cuddled our new puppy. The puppy is very sweet and is adjusting quite nicely to her new home.

The transaction went smoothly for the most part. Would have appreciated having the contact information for the breeder sooner than a couple of days before we were to meet. Liked the security of using a third party that accepted credit cards for payment because it gave us the assurance that we could get refunded if anything happened.

Puppy arrived Friday around 9 AM. She is a female puppy. Light tan in color with a marvelous disposition: sweet and calm, sleeps well all night. She understands commands, and is a delightful little companion.

Just didn't like the 2 am delivery
I couldn't be more pleased! I had been looking for a companion for my 2 yr old male Aussiedoodle (Bobo) for months. I needed a very small female puppy and just couldn't find one young enough. I came across Pawrade last week and found a 14-week-old female Aussiedoodle (Betsy). There was a profile on the parents and she was estimated to be around 10 lbs full grown. She's only 4 lbs currently and beautiful. They delivered her a little after 4:00 a.m. this morning. The entire process was seamless, efficient, and professional. They contacted me daily with updates and instructions and kept me informed on her progress with final vet check and transport schedule. I trust Pawrade implicitley and highly recommend this service.

Rip- who I have renamed to "Benji the ripper" is a wonderful, sweet dog. Our family loves him and he is bonding well with them and our other dog.The communication through this process from Pawrade was excellent. The only reason I am giving this 4 stars instead of 5 was that he arrived at 2 am in the morning after a 3 day drive from Missouri. The driver was excellent and took very good care of him. Nonetheless after being crated 3 days in a moving van, he won't go in a crate (can't say I blame him). When I tried driving him to puppy kindergarten this morning, he was so scared that he managed to get out of his harness and pooped all over the back seat. Poor little guy. This is minor stuff and I honestly don't know how it could have been handled differently. Again, his driver was great- it's just the logistics that we're not. We love him and are so happy to have him!

This is just a money making scheme to take advantage of people that have never bought a dog before. I get its a business and you should make money , but when you pay the price we did you should have one point of contact and they should handle cradle to grave. This has nothing to do with the dog or making people happy just greed. Once they get your money they don't really care.
Pawrade made finding our new baby simple and the transaction even easier. We are in love!
