8th pup in my lifetime. Trusted an AKC certified puppy to come home to me healthy. They pitch not supporting puppy mills yet exactly what you fear when getting a puppy from a mill happened. An amazing, emotional experience has turned into a nightmare. Everyone in the beginning was supportive & helpful. The emergency hospital I took my critically Ill puppy to doesn't work with IDEXX & the hospital they do not accept did, now refusing to submit my claim for selling me a nearly deceased pup. I did all I could to keep her alive euthanizing was not an option.After puppy cost + hospital stay of 6 days, feeding tubes & ivs I'm left with an almost $12k debt that the company is refusing to pay. They are not in business to give pups a healthy happy life, they are in the business to take your money & sell you a sick puppy. I had my puppy for a little over 24 hours before this near fatal infection (parvo) took over her fragile little body. Emotionally & financially this was the worst experience.

Jaqueline, we have been in contact with you regarding this unfortunate situation. We do have strict protocols for diagnosing Parvo as many rapid tests will result in a false positive if the puppy recently received the Parvo vaccine. The Parvo test from IDEXX labs is the only test we accept as it will not produce a false positive under these conditions. We'll continue to support you in whatever way possible but are delighted to know Nixa is recovering.
