This was a great experience! Everyone was super nice super helpful! They respond to your calls and messages!! and answered all of my questions! Some people think this is a scam but it's not! I am living proof!! This is the best way to purchase a dog if you have to purchase one!! this is the best thing I ever did! I love my puppy and I love the whole experience!

They Puppy was cuter than we thought upon arrival. We opted for Nanny flight travel in hopes he would get her quicker yet it still took two weeks. We offered to pick up the puppy ourselves and that response was never addressed. That would be the only downside. The travel Nanny was great and the puppy is perfect for our family. Since it took an additional two weeks I would have thought there would have been some potty training that had taken place but given the change of environment possibly it went out the window. He is perfect and healthy. If you purchase expect a two week window before your pet arrives. That two weeks feels like forever but once in your arms you will be very happy.

I was impressed with the process, along with those who help you navigate the details. Most of the people were friendly and courteous. There was a bit of a snag with picking up my puppy. However, I believe it was miscommunication on both parts. The breeder was kind and thoughtful. I love my new fur baby Fawnie.

To be honest I thought it wasn't going to be legit at first but after receiving my puppy upon arrival she was perfect and looked well taken care of. If you are looking for a new fur baby I definitely do recommend buying through pawrade.

I've read tons of reviews on other websites about people being ghosted after they purchase their puppy. Thankfully, that was not the case with Pawrade! Every time I reach out someone was there to answer my questions. Starting with Janell who found servals puppies within the range I was willing to travel. Morgan who setup my travel arrangements and Rachel who answered all my follow up questions even after I received my puppies! Yes, I bought two and the breeders delivered them freshly bathed with bows wrapped around them covered in receiving blankets. They also gave us a baggie full of food for the long ride home! I couldn't have asked for a better experience and I've already referred a few people! Thank you Pawrade for the new additions to our family! Yolanda

A bit confusing on how to activate MetLife insurance policy. Puppy arrived 10:30 pm & nanny was unfamiliar w/ this policy. Signed transfer of ownership doc & he took our picture. Have an email to sign transfer doc & pic requested. Will do this later today. Puppy seems healthy & playful. BTW she is beautiful!

Overall I had a wonderful experience with adopting my Jackson via Pawrade. I was extremely skeptical about going through an on-line broker, but in my research found more positive than negative commentary, so I took a big leap of faith. The company was responsive, the breeder was quality, and the delivery service, Wags On Wheels was wonderful. I could tell that they took good care of my puppy on his long journey home! My Jackson is everything I hoped for - healthy, happy & a complete love! I can honestly say that Pawrade is a company that lives up to its promises.

The process was easy and painless! There was always someone to answer our questions, and even spoke to my 13 year old daughter when she had questions. Our pup is absolutely amazing, and we have even kept contact with the breeder! This has been a fantastic experience for us!!

Destiny Freeman was excellent. She followup with me on many questions. Kuma/Lochlan looked nothing like his photo. As agreed on the contract I made a 72 hr walkin appt to have the pup seen by a Vet. At the examination, Kuma had an ear infection in both ears, after a fecal examination he was diagnosed with Coccidiois and Giardiasis. All three have to be treated with medications, all before his first vacinations,I've known this vet for 11 years. The transporters were very nice young men. Regards

I would not recommend Pawrade to anyone. Despite the fact that we love our new pug puppy, the entire adoption process is rushed, customer service is essentially absent, and you're better off buying from a puppy mill than this service. We spent almost $5,000 on our puppy including the air fare nanny. The day that our puppy is flying out to us we receive a phone call from Pawrade stating that our pug has a preexisting condition, patella luxation, but that it's not a big issue and that we should ask our vet if we want confirmation. We call our vet who does not recommend proceeding forward with the process since the puppy is likely to have issues. We call Pawrade back and no one answers. We were put in a situation where we felt obligated to pick the puppy up at the airport because we couldn't cancel the sale since the dog was already flying to us in an airplane the same day they notified us that she had a preexisting health condition. Absolute sham and will take your money in a heartbeat.

Dominic, we're sorry if you feel a puppy mill puppy would be better than the healthy puppy you received from Pawrade. The luxating patella is grade 1 and is very minimal and will not cause issues in the future. You would have to worry if the puppy had a higher grade luxating patella, grades 3 and higher. Your puppy traveled to you on 9/20, however we attempted to reach you via phone and through our message center on 9/19. After no response to either attempt, we called and sent another response on 9/20 the day of your puppy's travel where we did finally make contact with you and you stated you understood and appreciated us calling to inform you. We do wish you and Petunia a lifetime of happiness and apologize you felt we put your in a difficult situation.
