Great experience everything went smooth the puppy arrives having just had a bath that was nice he seems to be in great shape he'll have his check up tomorrow he's a happy boy my him and my other Bichon are having a great time playing outside just an overall great experience. Had great communication all the way until we were contacted by the delivery services. Their communications weren’t very clear. They really didn’t introduce themselves as the delivery services and. It’s my husband and I felt the same way about just not understanding and thier communication could have been better.

Majority of my interactions with Pawrade was exceptional! My only complaint is that upon dropping off my pup he was sprayed with a heavy cologne that after bathing him each of the three days he’s been with me I still can’t remove. This aside this service was excellent, my pup came as expected and the representatives along the way were helpful and got back to me quickly.

I would highly recommend! They went far and above to get my puppy to me. He is my little man… even though he got on time they went above and beyond. As far as my little squirt… he is a handful but I wouldn’t trade him for anything On another note… I wouldn’t trade him for anything.
