Though getting the puppy was an easy process, it felt as if replies slowed down after payments went through.

It was a very difficult decision to purchase a puppy from long distance, from a broker, however Pawrade made it a bit less uncomfortable. They setup a Zoom meeting with myself, the puppy, amd the breeder, and once I decided to move forward they provided ALOT of information and updates along the process. I received a beautiful, healthy, happy spunky puppy.

I had to give a four, because one Rep. was slow and incomplete in communicating my concerns- particularly when the breeder's vet check revealed a congenital anomaly (Class III Occlusion [Underbite.} I was able to reach out to Lois, who was fabulous (5 Star PLUS!), she gave the breeder my list of questions, which were answered by the vet through the breeder (in writing, of course) and Lois then arranged a three way call with the breeder, which made me much more comfortable with my decision to accept my puppy.

Thank you so much for your assistance in getting my new puppy. Could not have asked for anything better. Everyone I spoke to at Pawrade was extremely helpful. Delivery (Dakota) was excellent. Speaking with MetLife Pet and getting that set up very easy. Again, thanks for a very nice experience.

The staff at Pawrade was very helpful, until I paid for the puppy. I planned to drive from my home in Austin to pick up the puppy and I needed information about the seller's location in order to plan my trip and make hotel reservations. I called several staff members who acted as liaison to the seller prior to my final purchase, but was unable to reach any of them. I finally received the information about the puppy's location, which was quite some distance beyond where I had been told she was. That resulted in a last-minute scramble on my part and the part of the seller to find a place to meet for the puppy exchange. Your policy of not informing the buyer until two or three days before the scheduled pick-up day of the seller's and puppy's location is a very bad policy and resulted in much aggravation on my part. I hesitate to recommend you to anyone because of that policy!

Puppy was 6 months but not potty trained. Peeing all over the house and doesn't know what a leash is. I do not know why the owner would have not worked on that on a 6 month dog. Very hard to train now since he is used to pee in the house. The 1.30 am delivery was very unpleasant given that I didn't sleep waiting for him and couldn't sleep after he got there. Could have been timed better given that I was first stop could have left at a different time.

Ionela, as you can imagine when a puppy leaves it's only known enviroment there will likely be an adjustment period. Even a fully potty trained puppy will have accidents until they are used to the new enviroment. We wish you and Ricky the best!

The whole team at Pawrade was super friendly and helpful. Each member kept me in the loop through the whole process of adoption and until Ripp was safely at home with me. Communication was super efficient and I never felt like I had to chase down anyone for information. They provided great resources as well. Pawrade, PetPay, and the outstanding staff, Morgan, Lara and Edward, who helped me through the adoption process are EXCELLENT. I am so impressed by their professionalism, their level of communication, their instructions, and their follow-up. I have never dealt with a group, in any field, as wonderful as these people and the organization they work for. Normally I don't respond to surveys, but I have to say on a scale of 1-10, these folks are a 20! Their #1 concern is the puppy. Their follow-up at every stage of the process gave me the reassurance I was dealing with the right company. OUTSTANDING!!

Delivery guys were really nice people. It must be some job, transporting so many puppies. Poor little girl was really filthy with her own pee etc, so first thing this morning we washed her with Dawn. as you recommended, and she's fine. Has great personality and she's even pretty good about pee pads. She's very happy with all her new toys and home. Lots of land for her to run around. I do notice she has a somewhat large hemorrhoid and loose mushy stools, so we'll ask the vet when we take her on Thursday. Pawrade was very helpful all during the sales process and I liked that life360 app to track where the guys were before our delivery. Pawrade couldn't have been more friendly, user friendly, and very reassuring. Every gal I spoke with was terrific and went out of their way to help. I NEED THE INSURANCE AND ANY OTHER PAPERS AS I AM SUPPOSED TO SEND IN TODAY. PLEASE SEND TO ME NOW. My husband's last name is Eisler, so she is now Daisy Doodle Eisler.
