Dan was excellent. Transfer of ownership doc wasn't emailed until 5/16. We obtained the puppy on 5/14 and had to activate MetLife insurance without that doc. Actual physical transaction and pick up was great.

Process was complete and thorough. Although sometimes I would get confused about who was responsible for what? So, sometimes I would be handed off to someone else to deal with my query. Also, the PetPay guarantee process was a little unclear and was looking for a "final stamp of approval" but I guess I got it? Love the puppy, he seems very healthy. My Vet questioned the delay in his vaccinations for 10 days but I stuck to the procedure.
I absolutely love him! He's very healthy and happy and I can't imagine my life without him. Pawrade gave me plenty of tips to get started and everything happened smoothly. Recommended!

The process for finding and adopting our new puppies was extremely smooth and easy. The two little guys are cute, playful, and everything we could have hoped for. The communication from pawrade was excellent with very quick response times (never more than 24 hours). We were sent a lot of information for how to best care for our new puppies, which was greatly appreciated.

I have my precious little puppy. Process with Pawrade went smoothly and quickly. She is registered now and goes with me wherever I go. She went to church this morning, and of course every child had to hold, pet, or both with the puppy. She never made a sound during the service. Then she went to the restaurant with me. She hadn't had any people food before today. She really loved the fresh buttered mashed potatoes and the green beans. She wolfed down the pork tenderloin. The food didn't seem to upset her tummy. Pawrade is wonderful to work with.
Really happy with my puppy. I just would have liked better communication during the process.

I'm so incredibly happy with Billy and the rest of everyone (Corbin, Lara, Rene) for keeping up to date and answering all of my questions. I just got back home today and Billy is just as his description said. He is so incredibly cuddly and refuses to leave my side ❤️ Thank yall again so much and thank you to the breeders as well, yall made this quick and fun. He really is a special puppy.

The puppy was larger than what we were led to believe and not completely pad trained as reported. A little frustrated with these things however, the experience with pawrade and delivery of the puppy was seamless. Would have liked to have had conversation with owner prior to delivery.
He arrived in a timely manner the driver kept us informed as to when he would be dropped off. He's such a happy playful puppy couldn't ask for a better puppy thank you!
I have had an excellent experience with Pawrade. Everything was handled in a very professional and courteous manner. My dog was a local pickup and it was a timely transfer. Thanks Pawrade for the happy experience
We had to best experience with Joseph in dealing with Pawrade and getting our puppy Kimberly. We have renamed her Gracie after God's grace. Joe answered all of our questions and any concerns that we may have had. He was completely professional and a great help throughout the whole process. We also wanted to say that Leslie, who delivered our puppy via ground transportation was awesome as well. She kept us updated on her eta. We definitely recommend Pawrade to anyone who is looking to get a puppy. They are legit and well worth it. We just wanted to say thanks again for everything.

The contractual purchase of my puppy was great, and I already love and adore my new puppy! Would be a five-star rating but for the gruff delivery service. He rushed through the hand-off without giving us time to examine the dog, nor did he offer any information on how well the puppy tolerated the travel. As soon as he snapped a photo and I got the transfer of ownership signed, he was off before the ink dried. I realize he had other dogs to deliver, but I was disappointed that he showed no care or gentleness towards the puppy. Pampered delivery?

The process could not have been easier or gone more smoothly. The hardest part was waiting for our new puppy's arrival. Everyone was excellent with communication and the breeder supplied videos and pictures upon request. So glad I was told about pawrade, I would certainly use them again!
