I absolutely adore my new puppy, although she did come with quite a few illnesses which included 2 different types of worms, giardia, and kennel cough. Nonetheless, she is still the best decision I have ever made, and she has seemed to be healing well. Communication with the pawrade team was decent, and the flight nanny was incredible. We love our new addition more than we ever could have imagined.

We received Melody today and she is the sweetest, cutest puppy. We are so happy to have her join our family. Pawrade was outstanding from the beginning up until we received her. I will definitely get another puppy from them. Thank you!
Everyone was great. Process runs very smooth and efficient. Regina, Lindsey, Morgan were all amazing. They were all very courteous and they all took the time to explain the process and answered many questions politely and thoroughly. If they didn't know the answer they took the time to find out and followed up with me in a timely manner. If one person on the team was out, another jumped in to help without hesitation. We had a flight delay thru no fault of Pawrade, it was an Airline glitch, but it did put a kink into the arrival of the puppy. Everyone on my assigned team, even if they were not assigned to the travel responsibilities, jumped in to help and get accurate information on the delayed and new flights and and got back to me immediately with the information.
The communication level between the owner and Pawrade was to be commended. I always knew what step was next in this process. I would highly recommend Pawrade for your next puppy.
I am upset that I got a puppy took her to vet for first visit and was informed the puppy had surgery. This should have been disclosed before hand to me so I could make a informed purchase was shocked to learn....

Ashley NEVER SENT ME AKC PAPERS FOR BUZZ...I WON'T RECOMMEND THIS BREEDER 2 ANYONE. PLUS HER TEENAGE DAUGHTER HANDED THE DOG 🐕 TO ME WHICH I CONSIDER THE WHOLE PRACTICE WITH ASHLEY AS UNPROFESSIONAL AND UNETHICAL PRACTICE. TONY STRAY EXTREMELY PROFESSIONAL.
We are in love with our new family member. We renamed him Boone. Thanks so much for all the help in getting him and with every crazy question I had lol y'all made it so easy in getting us our family dog…thanks again!!!

Delivery needs to be explained better. I would have picked up my puppy if I would have known the 4 hour distance would be 8 hours. Not the drivers fault! Just the way it works. Otherwise, very happy with everything else.

It was really easy to adopt our little Shiba Inu. Bo is healthy, lovable, and beautiful! I was really worried about Bo being in car for 3 days but he was brought home by two great guys who really took care of him. I'm also really happy with financing. If it wasn't for that, we probably wouldn't be able to afford having such a beautiful breed. Thank you so much to everyone who helped with the adoption process, including the breeders!

Pawrade could not have made the adoption process any easier! Someone was always available to take my calls, answer emails and even text. The different payment methods also gave me peace of mind. Overall, I had a very positive experience and would highly recommend to anyone cosidering bringing home a new fur baby!
