I was apprehensive about finding a puppy online, but the Pawrade communication and transparency helped me ease my fears and brought me in to contact with our beloved puppy. I'm very thankful, and would come back~
The process was much easier than I made it. But with a little help, and a lot of patience from the staff at Pawrade, I was able to get the exact puppy my family wanted and quickly. The financing that included a 90 day same as cash meant that we could get the puppy sooner than we would have and it won't cost us any extra, plus the puppy was less than the prices close by. He's healthy and now, after two days, he's happy and playful.

We had a great experience with Pawrade! We love our puppy, Sophie (now named Sperry). Everyone we spoke with was beyond helpful and kind. The process is a bit confusing between using the Pawrade messaging, getting texts, and dealing with PetPay, but overall we were very happy with the whole interaction!

Although I love my new puppy I was a bit confused when she arrived their was a different name on my paperwork the van broke down and there was a two day delay with delivery other than that we love our new daughter

Front the start I received excellent service. And they kept me informed all along the way. Until my puppy was in my arms. I loved my puppy. Thank you for the excellent service.
The whole process was seamless. Pawrade was available and eager to answer any questions that I had along the way. They stay with you through the whole process to make sure the puppy gets delivered and in great health. I would highly recommend making a purchase with Pawrade.

Who knew the companion finding process could go so smoothly?! Having a contact between the breeders and I with financing and travel support puppy nanny to meet me at the airport made it convenient even from across the country.
Eliza- now Roxy and her new sister Remmie are both incredibly cute and both little ladies. They were both potty trained and were clearly well loved prior to arriving ! We live are new arrivals!

Pawrade made it easy from initial purchase to point of delivery, nothing was left to chance and any grey area questions were answered in less than 24 hours. I would definitely use Pawrade again and recommend them to others.
We are very happy with our puppy. The process was a bit scary because you request a lot of personal data. The puppy transport was very good. The Met life insurance I personally do not find its helpful or needed. We took our puppy to the vet the same day we received her. And the insurance doesn't pay for routine care or vaccinations. Just emergencies and then only a percentage. Your staff members were very good with me even when I was difficult with them over some of the personal requirements. So kudos to them. Joseph Ness really took his time with me and helped a lot. If it wasn't for him we probably would have given up. It was most helpful to Skype with the breeder and actually see our puppy for real. Paige is settling in working on potty training. She has a lot of spunk. But is so darn cute. We are so happy with her. Thank You!

The whole experience was amazing. I didn't think I would be buying a puppy that fast. I called to inquire about the puppy and next thing I'm making plans to pick her up from the airport. The service was awesome, the people where very helpful and quick to respond. I have to say, I was a bit skeptical about the whole process but everything worked out at the end and we now have our bundle of joy with us. Would definitely recommend the service of pawrade to family and friends. Actually, I have already given the information to a friend that's looking to buy a puppy.
