My experience with Pawrade was great. I was worried at first since communication with the breeder was not direct and somewhat delayed, but the reps assured me they would get the answers I needed and they delivered. Lona is a beautiful healthy puppy and arrived with no health issues. OTransfer of ownership and activating the insurance were quick and easy. Also, the driver that delivered her had great communication with me and took good personal care of her on the way here. I really appreciate everyone who took the time to help me with this process of getting my puppy. If this is the standard service given to all of your customers, then I can fully recommend Pawrade to anyone. Thank you!

Dan, Renee #1 and Renee #2 could have not been more accommodating and knowledgeable. It was my first time using a service such as this (I normally prefer to get to know the breeder myself) but they answered any and all questions I had, explained how everything would work, and really gave me and my family a great piece of mind. All three would answer questions well in to the late hours of the night and on weekends, making sure I was never more than 30 minutes away from an answer. Truly an incredible team you've built and whatever you're paying them, I can tell you it's not enough. These people love what they do and that love spills over into the adoption process. My thanks to them for helping me bring Beaumont (now Ansem or Handsome Ansem as my daughter calls him) into our home. He's been doing incredible and has already made fast friends with our other dogs. Thank you again Dan, Renee, and Renee! You all made this happen!!

We just received our new puppy today! Pawrade staff always answered my questions. They were on top of everything. She arrived safe and sound and I was able to see her travel status through an app. Driver was very kind and kept me up to date on her exact delivery time.

We bought a puppy from pawrade in December 2021. First of all, he's adorable and we love him. However, we were told he's purebred shih tzu, which is not true. He's a mix of shih tzu/poodle or shih tzu/maltese/bichon or shih tzu with another breed. Also, I see how pawrade shows they don't support puppy mills but i have a doubt Mozart (our puppy) might be from a breeder who's doing just that. His vet told us his vaccines (specifically Rabies) were administered too early so we needed to redo some vaccines (which is not an issue). The vet told us a lot of puppy mills do that since they're around lots of other dogs. The breeder doesn't have a business name, all papers just have the owner's name. I am not sure if they're legit breeders, or how I can find that out? I was given a name and phone number, which I couldn't find online that is related to a business. The breeder never sent his rabies vaccine chip (we got the new one from his current vet), his microchip info and his registration.

Kanchan, your puppy is registered as a purebred Shih Tzu and we have provided the registration papers to you. A puppy cannot be registered as a purebred if the parents are not in fact 100% Shih Tzu. He is not a mix of any other breed. Your puppy came from a wonderful small breeder that we work closely with and is by no means a puppy mill. Not all breeders have kennel names and websites and simply have a few litters a year. Thank you for putting your trust in Pawrade and we are glad to know your puppy is happy & healthy.

First experience was a good one but this second one has been horrible. I messaged pawrade a few days ago and have yet to hear from them. Have been waiting on my akc puppy ID so I can register my puppy to my name and have yet to receive it. The "vaccination" records sent with the puppy don't seem legit, and aren't even signed by a vet, well not signed at all, pretty much just filled in on some informational brochure that looks like anyone could have made it on their own. And when my puppy arrived, we found that it seemed like he hadn't been fed at all by his food plate being completely empty, and he traveled by 2 air flights for an all day travel. On my puppy's 72 hr check up I found my puppy to have tested positive for giardia...which can also be caused by drinking water that has been contaminated with feces, not just stress. So of course I broke the contract by giving my puppy vaccines on the 72 hour check up because I do care for his well being and want him to be healthy.

Sandra, the USDA allows breeders to self vaccinate their puppies in the comfort of their home. This is actually much safer for the puppies as traveling to a vet office prior to having vaccinations could expose them to potentially life threatening diseases. The vaccination records are not required to be signed off by a vet. The breeder has already mailed the AKC registration papers to you and you should be receiving them any day now, we apologize they did not travel with your puppy. We wish you and Hans the best!

Ill start with the positive that I had which was the people I spoke with on the phone that communicated between myself and the breeder were helpful. Outside of that I was livid to find out that the moment after I purchased my pup I was informed that she had surgery to repair a hernia TWO WEEKS prior that was not disclosed to me and the way that I was informed was by sending me a "Pre-Existing Condition Form". The blame was immediately passed to the breeder, which in reality it doesn't matter. When I spoke to the liaison on the phone, they noted that a manager was informed about the situation although I never heard from any supervisor or management. Talking to travel department was not ideal, I never heard from them when trying to work out the travel details, I had to ask for them to reach out to me as I have to take time off of work to pick up the pup and needed time to do so. After I received my pup I never received the "Transfer of Ownership" document that was supposed to be sent

When we learned the puppy had a small hernia repaired, we called you to inform you and gave you the option to choose another puppy or keep Isla. You requested a photo of the hernia repair which was provided and after seeing the small incision, you were happy to move forward with Isla. We pride ourselves on being honest and disclosing all prior medical conditions. We wish you and Isla the best and we are delighted to know she is happy & healthy!

I have to admit I was a little cautious initially. That said, every step of the way the representatives were friendly, reassuring, and happy to answer most all the questions that I had. It was definitely a new and different experience and we received our puppy Shine (now Maribelle) just before 2 AM in the morning so you do have to prepare yourself for a bit of flexibility. We love our new sassy spunky blue eyed girl and are so happy even if we are a bit sleep deprived.

Our new family member arrived by a puppy nanny (great service wonderful nanny person) and she was happy healthy and a joy. She arrived later in the evening after a very long day of ground and air travel and has fit in so well (and trained us to her wants and needs) that our transition to a new member of the family was easy and enjoyable. We love our new puppy (Libby as renamed) and look forward to many years of fun and affection with her.

Process was smooth and the calls and Emails from the support staff were all very helpful. The only slight glitch was the actual pick up at the airport and the fault of the carrier. I arrived to a closed American Airlines at Burbank Airport. After paging them for 45 minutes someone finally arrived. All ended well.

The whole process was smooth, at the beginning we were nervous because we never used Pawrade but it was easy and simple. Our puppy is healthy, beautiful, and full of energy. Everyone was in constant communication with us and give us support when needed. Pawrade has earned our trust.

Pawrade was very easy to work with....quite frankly, I was worried this might be a fraud. It wasn't. I was able to pay via petpay using a credit card for my peace of mind. They do hand you over to several different service people as you go through the process. Once you make your payment, you are working almost entirely with petpay. The 30 day free health insurance was easy to activate, the microchip was easy to activate, and the pet nanny (who was a young man) was very caring and professional. He kept me updated on arrival times and how my puppy was doing. My pup Lark (Lilly), was happy and except for an ear infection, healthy. She is plucky and stoic for such a small dog! Very affectionate, and I see no trama in her past in her behavior. Thank you.

Extremely disappointed. Dog is Extremely undersized and not as described. I conveyed my displeasure both via email.and phone call. Was promised a supervisor would call. Never got a call. The description says the dog will be big..He arrived at 13lbs and should be ateast 22lbs at this age. The vet wasn't even sure he was a dane. No one addressed the deceptive ad for the dog. We love him and he's now part of the family, but we were deceived and abandoned by paw rade..

Since your puppy was delivered, we have spoken to you and provided proof of pedigree of both parents showing they are full blood Great Dane. Additionally, both parents are 180 and 140 pounds, so we fully expect your puppy to grow and be a full sized Great Dane. We wish you and Neeko the best.

The process for payment is kind of a pain if you don't have a high daily use limit on your debit or credit card. Had to use 2 different notaries before my I.D. was accepted and that just barely. The process is concealed until your money is committed. It could be easier and still meet their requirement of protecting the pups. The delivery process was fantastic and Toph is all you could want in caring for your pup during travel!
