From my first contact to receiving my puppy, this has been a painless and transparent process. I have young children and wanted a dog that is used to/growing up around some chaos & noise, and Pawrade made sure I had my questions and answers from the breeders before I made a choice. Our customer service rep team never pressured us to make decisions, and just aimed to make sure we had all the information we needed to make that decision for ourselves. Upon reservation/payment, the team kept me up to date on the progress every step of the way, and continued to answer emerging questions very promptly (usually within a few hours). The puppy transport company they utilized was amazing too, keeping us informed on progress and provided us with a very accurate delivery window. The puppy arrived lively, fed, and ready to play, and clearly loved the transport caretakers. I am so glad I found Pawrade!
Our experience was great, with the exception of some minor follow thru items. We loved being able to feel secure about our transaction, being able to talk with your reps and questions answered. The breeder was amazing, and we would definitely purchase thru your company again.
Everything was wonderful and we are so happy to have our new best friend at home

I am frustrated, Daziee showed up this morning at 4am! She is not eating! I called veterinary and I told them, getting seen on Wednesday at 11:30am.
Everything was made easy. Great service. Thank you. Wicket aka Farrah is so perfect in every way.

The staff with whom I interacted were fantastic. Professional and answered all questions. My only issue is my puppy has an underbite and I was not made aware of it. I most likely would have chosen another puppy if I knew.

Pawrade did more than meet my expectations. They were friendly, personal, and so accommodating. My little Havanese was so well taken care of as a puppy, with accolades to the breeder. This little creature is calm and so lovable. The process of getting a puppy was easily executed and the whole process went very smoothly. You can tell that everyone involved has deep respect for these little creatures. I'm happy and fully satisfied.

There was always someone happy to assist from selection of my puppy to his arrival at his new forever home. You guys removed all my stress and aprehension. My puppy is a healthy and joyful. We are so excited for our new addition to our family! We were hesitant at first but the whole process has been fantastic. The communication has been wonderful and we can't say enough about the transportation team! The updates along her travel to home was awesome! We are so happy with our entire experience with Pawrade.
I had my puppy transported by ground travel. She was delivered full of energy, happy, and she is eating very well. We had a great experience.
The process was almost seamless as we needed to work around certain lenders to be able to get our pup. She had an accident at the breeder which is nobody's fault it only delayed her being able to be shipped to us. Other than that everything was as advertised. We love our new Giant Schnauzer and are excited for the years of love and enjoyment to come.
Everything was smooth as possible! We couldn't be more delighted!

Everything went really well. I read all the reviews and the transportation was the thing most people complained about. I have no such complaints. Wags on Wheels did a fantastic job! They kept in touch with me the whole way. They even bathed the puppy before they brought her home! The only problem I had was that every thing I had to do during the adoption process required a smartphone which I did not have. This made my life difficult but I managed to come through it anyway. Violet's name is now Zip and she's doing great. She has some diarrhea but I'm sure that is just stress. Thank you Pawrade for giving me my best friend.
What an amazing experience. From start to delivery Pawrade is hands down one of the best organizations I've encountered. Complete professionalism since our first phone conversation. I brought my Tiny Morkie pup home on 2/22/22 at 9 weeks of age. I am a first time dog owner and let me tell you my experience with Pawrade and the breeder they connected me with could not have gone any better. I received amazing support from the pawrade team with all my questions and got to skype with the breeder and see my puppy in real time. My puppy arrived within a week accompanied by a travel nanny and I used PetPay to finance the whole thing. Pawrade made sure that I had all the things I needed before the puppy arrived. I have had my puppy for almost 2 months now and he is perfect!!! Thank you Pawrade!
