Really pleased with the puppy itself and all the instruction given, however, really disappointed in the process an workibg with me and setting expectations. I was told it takes at minimum 2 weeks from when I purchase the puppy to receive her and it took a total of 5 days which resulted in me having pay huge fees to overnight food, toys, crate, dog supplies, etc which was very stressful as someone who's used this service for the first time. No one was willing to work with me to push out the date a week.

Finally after a long awaited wait we received Kekoa (nee: Bear). My husband and I are very pleased with our new little one (and I mean little). Our older dog, 13 year old male Akita passed in February. So we decided to down sizing. 100+ lb. dog to a 4.13 lb. Shiba Inu. Thank you again. PAWRADE is one of the best. No scams!

I will not give a Positive review. You did great keeping in touch while I was waiting for Chloe (aka Anne) to arrive. As soon as she was delivered I get no response back. I took her to vet per instructions and she had a issue, which I did let you know and I feel it has gotten ignored. I paid good money for this beauty and she she was to come in good health and did not. So her wellness check up was a sick visit. I would greatly appreciate a response

Editing my original negative review. Our experience was in the end very positive. We got our healthy puppy very quickly. There is a lot of staf working hard to make it a great experience. My original negative review was due to a glitch in the process, in which we didn't receive the transfer of ownership and couldn't contact anyone at pawrade, and couldn't subscribe to the health insurance they advertise. In the end if all worked out and they reached out and make a lot of effort to have everything sorted out. I guess that's when thing go sideways that you really appreciate the quality of a customer service.

We couldn't be happier with our Pawrade experience! Everything from first reaching out, to having Zoom sessions setup with different breeders in order to "meet" the puppies, to finally receiving our little guy was amazing. We're so excited to see our kids grow up with the newest addition to the family!

Delivery was smooth, drivers were nice; app was helpful in tracking. However my puppy had a large Scab that was on the inside of his right ear. Per vet it was acquired prior and was already in the healing process - but this was not mentioned to me, so I had to get ointment from the veterinarian to place on the wound.

Purchasing a puppy through Pawrade was great! Ended up choosing a puppy from Missouri and they facilitated shipping him to Colorado. They made all of the arrangements and the puppy arrived at Denver International Airport clean and healthy and as happy as a puppy could be after all that travel. We were a bit nervous that he would arrive really stressed out, scared, etc. but he seemed fine. His crate was clean and he had food & water. He passed his initial vet check with flying colors and is settling in well at his new home. The Pawrade representatives were responsive in getting all of our questions answered as we were deciding whether or not to purchase the puppy....they got extra pictures & videos for us. They handled all of the travel arrangements, all we had to do was show up to pick him up. They provided lots of information so that we were totally ready for his arrival. Would definitely buy with Pawrade again!

I was incredibly skeptical of this site. I had just got scammed from a different site but after reading ALL the reviews and doing research, I went with this company. Last night at 11 pm my sweet Great Dane boy, Halo (was Emerald on the listing which is still there if you want to see how PERFECT he is) was DELIVERED to my house. He took about 2 days to get to me. The company, the breeder, and the driver kept me updated from the moment I purchased him to the moment he arrived at my door. He's super cute and snuggly. I am so happy. If you are looking at these puppies and thinking what I thought 1. Is this real ? 2. Is the price worth it? Yes. Yes it is. Halo is a BEAUTIFUL dog and I would do this again. Thank you Pawrade💙

Excellent experience getting my puppy, quick responses, friendly and I got my puppy in 5 days including the afternoon I completed the purchase, even the airline cargo guys were great to deal with. They were waiting at the plane to pick up the pup and I was in and out of a major airport in 20 minutes.
