The process could not have been easier or gone more smoothly. The hardest part was waiting for our new puppy's arrival. Everyone was excellent with communication and the breeder supplied videos and pictures upon request. So glad I was told about pawrade, I would certainly use them again!
My puppy is adorable. He was transported from OK to NJ with many stops in between. The driver was excellent about updating me about his arrival time, especially when the schedule changed and he came a day later than originally anticipated. He was alert and happy when we revived our puppy. Unfortunately, he appears to have kennel cough and I have to take him to the vet today because of that. He had a coughing fit last night but it finally dissipated a bit with a humidifier next to him and he licked up some warm water with a bit of honey.
Excellent service… they were always in contact with us and gave us security. all the people were nice to us. We are happy!!

What a wonderful experience with Pawrade from start to finish. My husband and I after long consideration choice Pawrade for the integrity acknowledged in the companies reviews and how happy most were with the overall experience.From the layout of pictures to each puppy having wonderful description so you know exactly what you are purchasing. What impressed us the most is the recorded documentation between buyer and seller from emails to phone calls quick communication with follow ups each concierge knowing their job and position making sure to take into consideration both the buyer and seller making the transaction successful! We are extremely happy would do the process all over again and have let others know of our experience and how happy we are to have our Bella B. formally "Coco"part of our family for years to come. Charles is a very good puppy and we could not be more happy with him. He has brought great energy and excitement to our home. He is adjusting very well to his new home. Everything is new to him so he acts with caution, but he is learning every minute. The process was very easy with contacts via text or phone call. Uploading the vet information and pictures was also quite easy. Thank you for having the option to pick up the puppy from the breeder. I do have a couple of communication issues that did come up. Pawrade indicated that he was 19 weeks old (which is correct) and 12 pounds. Charles weights 23.6 pounds, not 12 pounds like the website suggests. I also then would question the validity of Charles's parent's weights noted at 14 and 15 pounds. We drove 1200 miles to get him and he was twice the size. This could be a problem for some people. Additionally, Pawrade told me he eats Puppy Chow. He eats Nutra per the breeder. Had to make a stop to get Nutra on the way home.

I am so in love with my Zuri(Jasmine) thank you so much Pawrade for such a smooth transaction no scams no headache expensive but worth it!
Pawrade helped us get our puppy Gage (now Zumy) and our experience was excellent from beginning to end. Everyone we spoke to was friendly and extremely helpful. Our vet even commented on how healthy he is and how through the vet checks were!

Absolutely satisfied with my experience with Pawrade. I was so nervous to be doing this online and everyone was so nice and reassuring. It was a quick and easy process and the puppy got here so quickly! Everyone was responsive and caring.
From the moment we learned of Pawrade from a recent happy customer of Pawrade, we have had a very positive experience. Those who helped us in this process along the way (Michelle and Lindsey) were very responsive and friendly. The emotional calming effect of the correspondence made us feel like we had made a good and trusting experience in using Pawrade. Lastly, Josh Goff if Sweetbriar was personable and very caring with the dog. He kept us well-informed his location and the ETA here at our home. The whole process met all of our expectations and was more than satisfactory. We thank you so much for enabling us to acquire this sweet fur baby!

We are beyond happy with our puppy! The puppy made it safe and just as described. The reason for the 4 stars instead of the 5 stars is that the communication back and fourth after the purchase was not as smooth as it was during the time of purchase but that had more to do with the representative that was handling our purchase than Pawrade in general, the time frame given at the time of purchase was not how long it really took we got the puppy 3 weeks after purchase date so please keep in mind that it will take time to have your new member shipped to you after it shipped he arrived the day after.

I was a little apprehensive about purchasing a puppy long distance but I'm so glad that I did. My little Stanley is such a doll! He is feisty and sweet…just as you'd want a little guy to be. :) The process was easy and secure with PetPay. The only glitch was the length of time it took for the pet nanny to deliver him to me - but I understand given the busyness of the pet nanny biz. Overall a very positive experience!

I really loved everything about my experience. Charlie is so sweet. The transport company was awesome. The staff is wonderful and very informative. The process was very easy. Highly recommended!
i was disappointed with the eta. First i was told that wando would arrive on Tuesday 3rd she never arrived then i was informed that her date of delivery was changed to Sunday morning between 1am and 5am. she arrived at 8am. Other than the delays i am very satisfied with wando.

The entire process of finding and acquiring my puppy has been nothing short of spectacular. Specifically, the overall customer service and response time has been tremendous, which includes answering all of my questions - even those that may be specific for the breeder. Communication wasn't always the best but Eddie did a fantastic job. Every time I called he answered and was always positive. When he didn't know the answer he would always follow up later with one. Travel company was amazing. Puppy came to us happy and healthy ready to play play play! He also has the best temperament and is a fast learner. Seems like he has been socialized quite a bit which is fantastic.
