Our new 16 week pug puppy arrived at our door last Sunday evening. She is fabulous, beautiful, smart, exceptional! She was clearly well bred and cared for and we couldn't be more pleased. My experience with Pawrade was mixed. It runs like a machine until there is a problem at which point all of my "puppy concierge" contacts went radio silent, absolutely no response. Thankfully, the transporter got in touch with Pawrade higher ups who did communicate with me immediately and ultimately satisfactorily addressed my concerns. It is highly nerve wracking (and expensive!) to buy a puppy this way, and the Pawrade support should be of a higher quality than it was.

From the moment I located Paige (Mini-Aussie) through delivery the staff from Pawrade were available and responsive. They helped guide me along the way with each step and made sure I understood what was needed. The process was quick and seem less overall. When my puppy arrived I was very happy to receive her. I elected to have her delivered to me and Pawrade assisted in that process as well. I cannot thank them enough for their assistance in adding a new family member to our household. As she grows her and Snickers will continue to bond.

I was a bit skeptical about purchasing a puppy online, but our puppy arrived energetic and adorable. The trip took about 4 days but it was worth it. My wife loves her and literally is now taking her wherever she goes. I love it!

The near daily follow-ups and texts we received went truly above and beyond.

Everyone involved with Pawrade was great and very responsive when messaging or phone calls! My only problem was paying for the flight nanny service with Pet jet pals and them booking the flights and connections via Standby?? Why risk travel with an 8 week puppy and person when paying $1100 and not having a confirmed seat/ticket?

Honestly, I was concerned that this site was not legit. I felt more comfortable after speaking with a Rep. I picked up my puppy today and everything was flawless from my initial conversation. I'm very impressed and my puppy is perfect.

I wasn't getting any emails on my phone and it became a big problem. I haven't used my computer for months to check my emails.Just my phone. I was so HAPPY when Dan who was on on vacation text me back and got everything. In order so I have a great dog today. He is just perfect. Again thank you Dan.

I purchased (2) Pembroke Welch Corgis from Pawrade and I am fully satisfied!! I bought my 1st one in April and the 2nd last week. The 1st was shipped through airplane (cargo) and the 2nd was transported by a company called Wags on Wheels. If I were to do this again, I would prefer my puppy be transported by Wags on Wheels. With cargo, the pups do not get the much needed attention they need when traveling and the flights can be long and/or delayed. Wags on Wheels really take care of the pups and they are much more relaxed when they are delivered to you. Pawrade was very helpful and informative when going through the purchase of my pups. The staff is friendly and answer all of your questions. There are not very many Pembroke Welch Corgi breeders in my area and the ones that are close did not have any puppies for sale. They were also very expensive compared to the prices on Pawrade (delivery fees included still were much less than those in my area)

I love my new puppy Maggie! Here's what I found difficult in the Pawrade process: 1. From date of purchase to delivery day was 12 days...I think Pawrade should let you know how long the driving method of delivery will take BEFORE having to choose car transport vs air transport vs pick up. I would have chosen differently. Also - she was picked up at 10 pm and delivered at 1:30 am two days later (27.5 hrs and no food was given to her according to transporters). Does not seem appropriate. In regard to my questions being answered - either the breeder didn't get asked my questions or the breeder didn't care enough to answer. I never received a 2nd video or answers to whether she was being crate trained, using potty pads or living in a barn outside. Any new owner would want to know what was being taught up until that point. We took her to vet, but I don't see where to upload this vet visit info. MetLife doesn't cover SC - does this mean I don't have to upload?

We had a wonderful experience acquiring our puppy through Pawrade. I'm not sure how it could have been better. Everyone was a dog person. They were knowledgeable, competent, and proactive. The on-line presence was seamless and well thought out. We would not hesitate to use them again.

Wonderful experience! Team is very responsive. The messaging system keeps correspondence organized and it's easy to use. Puppy delivery group was awesome too - sent me an app invitation so I could track them on the road. Definitely will recommend Pawrade to friends!

Our dog is absolutely wonderful and the most perfect fit for our family and we have pawrade to thank for that. Communication prior to getting the pup was great but the minute we got the pup the communication was poor at best. We have had a few questions about our dog and have wanted all the papers that should come with our dog only to be sent pictures of them laying on a desk. I have emailed and called many times to try and have these documents sent to us some how and have fallen short of this every time which has been frustrating. I feel all of the proper documentation is something that each owner should be able to have, physically, and it should not be a challenge to do so. Aside from that, if you are looking for an amazing fur companion, you will most likely find it here
