I was skeptical, a little worried this wasn't real. I've now had my little "dood" for 2 weeks and I am so in love with him, Leroy, renamed Benji. We will definitely be using this process if/when we decide to add to the family again.

Couldn't be happier! The assistance we received was always helpful with quick turnaround and answers. I have NEVER had such attentive service ANYWHERE! Plus the transportation service was amazing! Pawrade is a classy and honest company for sure.

I was so excited when I got my pup he so handsome I couldn't pick any other dog he's one of a kind!! I thank you all at Pawrade for doing a wonderfully job getting him home to me!!❤️
We love our new puppy. He came in perfect shape (not stressed from travel) and was ready to play.
We were so anxious about this purchase as it was an expensive purchase and we couldn't be happier with the end result. I was nervous at first and all the customer service support to the delivery driver communication put me at ease. Our boy left on a Monday and was in our arms by Thursday happy as can be. Thank you so much for making this process really pain free. We will be back for our second.

It was a pleasure working with Pawrade. I want to thank you so much for working with me. I received a beautiful, energetic, playful and loveable little girl. Working with the nanny was fantastic as he made her feel stress free. Working with Pawrade was the best way for me to get my new little girl. Parade knows what is needed to receive a beautiful Pet and I would recommend them to anyone looking for a pet to work with them. If I could give Pawrade 10 or 20 stars instead of 5, I would! This company and it's caring people are truly amazing! From the immediate response to my initial inquiry all the way through to the delivery of my puppy was incredibly easy and very professional. The in-depth instruction of the step by step process was spot on. But, the most impressive part was how very important it was to them that the pup was healthy and happy and honestly represented. The specific instructions as to my responsibility after receiving my new puppy were another sign of their ongoing care for the pup's well-being, including a free 30 day health insurance policy. I cannot recommend them enough! Thank you, thank you, Pawrade!

We are very pleased with our new puppy. They kept us updated during the entire process once we picker our newest family member. The care team was great in getting any info we requested about our puppy. The travel process was new to us, but we were well informed when her travel plans had to change. We were also impressed with the follow up calls and support once we picked up our new addition.
