At first I was afraid to buy from pawrade because of all the scammers out there and I was always told never to buy a dog online. I am really glad I didn't listen to them. Charlie was delivered yesterday evening happy and healthy. This place is definitely not a scam! They held my puppy for me so I could get a loan, everyone was super helpful, nice, and actually cared unlike a lot of other businesses that treat you like a number on a spread sheet reading. Thank you so much for all your help!

Max, now named Gill, is THE BEST. We were very hesitant to purchase a dog online since scams are real and super hard to identify sometimes, but this is no scam. My angel pup is in my arms, healthy & PERFECT. The negative reviews stating that something was wrong with their dog, well that risk comes when you get a dog from anywhere. I am so thankful for the constant follow up & communication from all of the Pawrade team members to help me get all of the info I requested to make sure my Gill was the perfect pup for me. The only thing is I wish they would tell me who the breeder is so I can send pictures to her! Highly recommend Pawrade! :)

Stormy arrived safe and sound. The whole family loves her. She is so playful with tons of energy. She did have a double ear infection and giardia when she arrived but that is being treated and all is well. Pawrade was very easy to deal with. This was my first time ordering a pet online and it was a very positive experience.

Happy to have our puppy, however, we were upset when the pet delivery was later than expected. I had to change the vet appointment 2 times to accommodate and my daughter missed the arrival because of the later delivery date. I had tried calling Lois but call did not go through or vm. I was also concerned about my puppy being in the courier van for 6 days driving, that seems like a very long time for an 11 week old puppy, I wished flight service was an option.

We had an opportunity to talk to the breeder who is superb. We adopted an Aussie doodle and he is healthy, already potty trained, very smart and A wonderful family friend.

I thought the entire process was great. I did research on what company to go with and what drove me to Pawrade was the 3 year Health Guarantee, free 30 day Metlife insurance and the customer service. I interacted with a few people throughout my process - my Puppy concierge Regina, travel concierge Shannon, and customer service liaison Lois. All of them were great - they answered all my questions in a reasonably quick fashion, they were very respectful and professional, and they seemed knowledgeable about the process, next steps for me, and about all of my different questions. They made me feel comfortable throughout the process. I would recommend Pawrade to anyone looking for a new puppy from a breeder. I also liked that they provided a "quick starter guide" on things to know, what to expect, and a checklist on need to do things - very helpful.

Excellent...excellent service. Our puppy Scarlet arrived clean, happy and well adjusted. Everything was wonderful from beginning to end. Everyone we spoke to was considerate, knowledgeable, friendly and very eager to help in any way. We were so impressed we got a second puppy for Scarlet to grow up with. What a great company.
