This is was a very special purchase. As this puppy is meant to grow with my soon to be newborn. This was my husband's plan, but he passed in January from Covid. Needless to say, I'm still honoring his wishes and Pawrade made it a seemingly happy transaction. I am very pleased with the level of communication and answered all my questions! The price was a little steep! It was hard to gather that much out of savings when we were trying to pay off other bills first but when my hubby's wants come first and I'm really worried as the gentleman that brought him to us told us he had gotten sick and we are having trouble getting him into the vet with in 72 hrs something about insurance! But I am stubborn I got him at around 2:3/3:00 and I haven't stopped yet! We have named this guy Oliver Cody Russ! We will fill out the paperwork and get it out!
Pawrade was very quick on getting my info for my choice of a snuggle buddy. They asked all the right questions to assure me of a healthy and happy puppy! I love that this went great for me and would definitely recommend pawrade to others! Luna and myself are very HAPPY!!!🐕

Little nervous about using an online website to get a puppy. Lots of scams out there, however Kiki arrived on time and as expected and we are overwhelmed with joy and love!

Although the initial service was fairly prompt and attentive, there was a complete breakdown of communication regarding the final pickup of my puppy and his related health status in the weeks leading up to the pickup. I would have a hard time recommending this service in the future.

I was a little hesitant to purchase a puppy from an online company. After researching Pawrade, I purchased a sweet Beagle puppy. WOW was I shocked at how well organized this company really is. Everything is well documented and the staff is with you every step of the process. Thank you to all of you who helped bring Lacee into my life. It has been love at first sight. Also thank you to the breeder for choosing Pawrade. Lacee will be loved and cared for and is already a part of the family. When Lacee is a bit older, can't wait to get a little sister or brother!! Keep doing what you do because you have it covered 💯!

Overall we were very happy with the Pawrade service and experience. For the most part the team was very responsive to questions and updates throughout the process. It was slightly frustrating how many forms and proof of address papers were needed to secure the dog as well as the lack of information regarding when the puppy would be delivered by flight consistently stating likely in the next week with no details as to what was the contributing factors in time delay. This led us to decide to drive the 15+ hours instead to pick the puppy up ourselves as honestly we just couldn't wait to welcome her into the family as soon as possible. Overall we love Lady and she makes our family complete again after sadly losing our beloved 15yo Pomeranian recently. Thank you!

This is the firs time I purchase a puppy on line and I was skeptical since here was no way to know if puppy mills are involved. The staff at pawrade was very informative and helpful with everything. My initial conversation with Carlos who was so patient and good to talk with made me chose pawrade. Sandra at pawrade was very helpful and I appreciate her prompt responses. On a negative note I requested to speak to the breeder which Sandra facilitated and the breeder was not communicated and seem reluctant to talk. To be honest I was distressed over the knowledge of him travelling in a car for so long but he arrived safely. However, shortly after receiving him an hour later he was coughing. I took him to the vet and is now an antibiotic for kennel cough which he may have developed traveling We love our puppy who is now Simba. Simba is getting well and loves to play and already understand the potty training process.
We love Rocky so much. The breeder and pawrade were amazing. Our only issue was the company that was providing the flight nanny. They rescheduled twice, and they were very unprofessional and ultimately canceled on us altogether. My husband flew halfway across the country to get our pup. If it wasn't for that, it would be 5 stars all the way.
