Things went really smooth. Paperwork and emails were a little overwhelming at first, but I understand why it is all needed.
I cannot say enough about how much I appreciate Pawrade. I have a wonderfully healthy, and absolutely beautiful puppy. I had no problem getting any questions answered every step of the way. They are very informative and helpful. They usually answered my questions before I could even think to ask them. From the beautiful puppies online, to the health guarantee, the delivery, you name it, every step was easy and wonderful. I could not have asked for a better experience. When we decide we need to add another puppy to our family, we are coming right back to Pawrade first and foremost. Not even a second thought. I will also be telling everyone looking for a puppy to go to Pawrade. Fantastic experience. Very personal, all staff were amazing. Thank you so very much for my amazing puppy. She is perfect.

Excellent communication and seamless delivery of my puppy.
The team was great from the first message we sent just asking questions. Regina, Lara, and Renee were so amazing and helpful through the whole process. They were always so nice and always happy to answer our questions and help us in any way they could. The purchase and delivery process was easy, the communication was great, our puppy is as healthy and happy as ever, and the price was so much better than other breeder network websites. We're praying that the Lord continues to bless this business and continue matching loving owners with great puppies. We couldn't be happier.

To say, we are in love with our puppy, is an understatement. The collaborative team at Pawrade did an outstanding job from start to finish. Their costumer service was there to answer all questions, there contracts were clearly stated as to what we were paying and what we were getting. So much thought went into the welfare of our pup. Our puppy flew to us and he was well taken care of. We are forever grateful. Thank you.

The first night was little funny, but its ok, she needed to move and play, mostly on top of my face!!!! Eating good, drinking water, pooping beautiful!!!!! Omg they so awesome. At first I was reading the reviews and some of them was bad customer service but not did they say they didn't receive there puppy. So I went with pawrade and from my experience they walk me through process. They kept a professional great customer service experience to me. My puppy came early. The delivery drivers were also awesome as well. You will hear from multiple concierge because they have different departments and stages you go through. But the are wonderful.
I was disappointed with this process. After paying for the puppy, we were informed of another huge fee for transporting. Then the only time they would contact me it was for requesting items needed (like verification of identity or monies) which was fine, but I kept posting questions and asking when I had them on the line. They kept saying they would check with someone to get back to me and/ or they would find out and call me back. I asked several questions surrounding the transportation and they were supposed to get back to me several times. I was not contacted until the day after they were supposed to pick up the puppy. Also I noticed there was a discrepancy with the mother's weight and asked. I was told 28 lbs was the correct and not the 37 lbs that was listed elsewhere. Then I noticed it was changed on the website to the 37 lbs. This whole process and the communication was horrible and I would not recommend this experience to any one -especially with how much I spent.
From beginning to end it was a great experience everyone was very helpful, would definitely recommend 👌

Everyone on the Pawrade team is knowledgeable, kind, and very helpful. The whole process from getting Fernly (renamed Kiki) to our home was super smooth and very simple process. I thought it would be much more challenging but it was surprisingly very straight forward.

I was afraid of being scammed (again). Apparently it is big business to fake a puppy for sale, take the money, and run. Not these guys. They operate like a well-oiled machine with every consideration to make sure that both you and the puppy are safe. thanks y'all

Took 'Lily' to Vet, all good. Waiting for fecal tests results. All good thus far…
