All the way through the process I was guided and helped. I needed financing and they made that happen as well. All questions were answered in a timely manner. He arrived in good health and cute as ever. Thank you for making my family so happy.
Was a pretty smooth operation.
We got to aquire Kaya and we had a great time with the transaction. I was a little nervous at first. But after the first call from customer service it was all smooth sailing.
The whole thing was easy and when the puppy arrived it was the puppy we wanted and we were very pleased.
It's was a long process but it was worth it

We just adore our little Tally (now Poppy). We were worried how she would be after such a long trip, but she showed up in perfect heath with a wonderful personality. She is well socialized and playful, couldn't ask for a better pup!

My Pawrade experience was excellent. I was interested in a puppy, I just called to get more info. The pawrade person I spoke to was amazing, she got me in touch with the breeder. My fiance and I had a great conversation with the breeder and we purchased our puppy. Our puppy was under the weight limit for transportation so we waited a bit before getting him. During this waiting period pawrade and our breeder were amazing at keeping us in touch with our puppy by sending us videos and pictures of him and his siblings. We chose ground transportation and it was a great experience with that also, the folks transporting our puppy kept us in the loop and gave us a rough estimate of when our puppy would arrive. We also received a care package from our breeder so that we can transition our puppy into our home. Our breeder gave us a snuggle buddy for our puppy and our first night was uninterrupted! I definitely recommend pawrade to anyone looking for a new family member!
We found the website by chance and it was such a blessing! Pawrade took out all the guess work and really paid attention and answered all our questions incredibly quickly. We welcome home our puppy last week and are loving every minute!
Delivery crew kept me posted about their ETA; very much appreciated. My husband & I do want to express some concerns. **Hansie arrived in good conditions, very alert and energetic. However, we noticed all 4 of her legs/hair were very very yellow, with lots of residues like mixed dirt-soiled. The smell of urine was very strong; we showered her, used a lot of pet shampoo but the smell is still there as well as the yellow stain. Not sure exactly what was the cause. **We ordered her name tag Hansie beforenher arrival; But then, noticed her name on the paperwork was changed from Hansie to Hannah. We were not aware of the new name given to her. We submitted her wellness checkup documents from the veterinarian alread; waiting for a response and information how to activate Met Life Insurance. We were so nervous about this process – choosing a long distance breeder, not meeting our pup, a carrier transportation system – but from regular health reports, to great customer service, to a trustworthy & transparent courier experience, we could not be more thrilled to have welcomed Matt (now Milo) to our home last night. He is great with people, our mom's pup, and is already following us around and falling asleep in our laps. Thank you Pawrade, it felt like a pretty bold leap, but we couldn't be more grateful for helping connect us with our perfect little man.

Had to wait a while for puppy due to health issues which was fine worth the wait but pictures sure make him look bigger he was very small and skinny, he would not eat dry food but took wet for good Only concern is paws are pink and swallowen going to Vet today will find out why also think he has fleas

I got a puppy with alot of help from pawrade. Her name is Willow she is so sweet she is American bully xl . I love her so much. She is my forever furbaby. Thanks Regina for all your help couldn't have done it with out you❤

Everything was above my expectations, I would highly recommend you to everyone looking for a fur-ever friend.
Pawrade made the whole process of choosing, paying for and transporting my Eskipoo puppy as breeze! I had been overwhelmed researching different breeds and was VERY frustrated finding local breeders to return my calls. When they did communicate, I was often told the waiting lists for puppies was 6 to 12 months! I kept going back to the Pawrade website and realized that was the solution. Once I chose Maxton from a breeder in Indiana, I paid for him through their site and arranged for his transport to me. The couple that drove him out to me was AMAZING and very communicative throughout the long drive. He arrive well taken care of and I cannot say enough good things about the people at Pawrade and their services. And the fact that they screen their breeders to ensure moral, ethical breeding practices was a huge relief in my search. Thank you Pawrade!
I love my new puppy! He is healthy, happy, and smart! From the time I reserved him until he was delivered Pawrade was in contact with me with information with each step. When to expect him, his delivery, how to care for him on arrival, and his care afterwards. I received the veterinarian"s paperwork for his physical and vaccinations. One month of pet insurance is included. I had a few questions and someone called me right away. If you"re wanting a specific breed of dog I would recommend Pawrade. Della
