I never imagined buying a puppy online. However, my experience with Pawrade was wonderful from the introduction to picking up my puppy at the airport. I was explained what to do and how the process works, all my questions were answered and in a prompt manner. I have had my puppy for four days and I am so happy with her. A huge thank you to Pawrade for everything!

We love our new Aussiedoodle! Ace arrived in good health with a decent appetite. We've had him a week and Ace already walks on a leash and is crate and potty trained. The process of selecting, purchasing, and receiving Ace was great. We were sent lots of information and Pawrade members responded quickly when we had a question. Ace is a happy, well adjusted puppy - Thank You!

This was the best experience. Everyone was super helpful and friendly every step of the way. I had been dealing with a lot of scammers prior to finding pawrade so I was skeptical. But I would 100% go through them again for another puppy.

Everything was very smooth. I do wish I could have know more about her breeder before the purchase. I only knew the location. All breeder information however was supplied snd a nice letter from the breeder to keep in touch regarding the puppy was encouraged. Pawrade staff all wonderful to deal with. Except that I was told her ground travel would be accompanied by two adults. I'm not sure if Pawrade was aware of that. The company was Pet Tasker. Wonderful driver. Traveling for two full days and night arriving at midnight. Tiring for us, but not terrible. Driver was very nice but he was alone. He stayed and I made him coffee while we got acquainted with the puppy and looked her over. I'd use Pawrade again, but I'd have to know the breeder first so I could research myself. I like that they are dedicated to not working with puppy mills. My puppy has her vet check today. More to come…… I'm sure she's fine.

We are so happy we got Nala (Sara old name) from Pawrade. We're so worried about buying puppies because of the puppy mill. Dan is very helpful answering all my inquiries with regards to the whole process. I asked for a video of the puppy which is only 4 weeks old then as well as the parents and right away he asked the breeder and sent it to me. Mary, their customer service liaison, sent me all the information I need to know in preparation as well as any last minute reminders for Nala's coming. Also, when I asked for a follow up on the puppy, she sent me a cute video of Sara running around the house. And lastly, Denean their travel concierge, keeps updating me about Nala's flight schedule. We're very thankful for everyone's help. Sara is such a bundle of joy. We love her so much. She's very active and so sweet. She loves to cuddle. Trusting Pawrade is the best choice.

Pawrade was wonderful to deal with. I was super skeptical about the whole online thing but I just fell in love with these two golden puppies. Everyone I spoke with or emailed with was super nice and very helpful. The drivers who brought our pups to us were wonderful. I am so happy we decided to go with Pawrade- I know it seems like it could just be a Pandora's box of issues (I don't trust anything!) but it was just wonderful. And so easy!!!!

Staff is very helpful. Had trouble opening invoices and documents. Terribly disappointed about the "pampered" ground transport. Sadie arrived smelling absolutely horrible (like they hadn't cleaned any crates in the back of the huge van in months), with diarrhea (I was forewarned about that), and with fleas! I really wanted to recommend Pawrade to my friends but not anymore.
Response from Pawrade.com:
Thank you so much for alerting us about your experience with a 3rd party transporter. We wish you would have considered rating Pawrade's service versus the transport company's level of service. We hold our transport partners to a high standard and this is absolutely unacceptable. In all transparency we had an issue with one particular USDA licensed transporter the last couple of days causing us to BAN THEM from our network. Please reach out to our claims department and we'll absolutely seek reimbursement of flea treatment from the transporter on your behalf. This is also not an indication of your breeder or anything related to Pawrade other than the fact a transporter started operating at a poor level. On a side note, we hope Sadie will bring you endless puppy kisses for a long time coming.
