Overall a pretty smooth process. Most of the team provided fast and efficient responses and were very friendly and informative. However, I was picking up the puppy myself and needed to book a hotel and no one wanted to give me the exact address so I could ensure I was picking a hotel as close as possible as well as make sure I could get a hotel without waiting until the last minute. They did not want to give it to me until 2 days before pick up which is not sufficient to ensure you have a hotel to book. I had to email several times asking before I finally got the information so I could relax that I had a place to stay over night.

I was skeptical, a little worried this wasn't real. I've now had my little "dood" for 2 weeks and I am so in love with him, Leroy, renamed Benji. We will definitely be using this process if/when we decide to add to the family again.

I was nervous at first and all the customer service support to the delivery driver communication put me at ease. Our boy left on a Monday and was in our arms by Thursday happy as can be. If I could give Pawrade 10 or 20 stars instead of 5, I would! This company and it's caring people are truly amazing! From the immediate response to my initial inquiry all the way through to the delivery of my puppy was incredibly easy and very professional. The in-depth instruction of the step by step process was spot on. But, the most impressive part was how very important it was to them that the pup was healthy and happy and honestly represented. The specific instructions as to my responsibility after receiving my new puppy were another sign of their ongoing care for the pup's well-being, including a free 30 day health insurance policy. I cannot recommend them enough! Thank you, thank you, Pawrade!
