This was my first on line transaction and I was very nervous but all.the "puppy people" from the first phone call to the delivery were patient,knowledgeable,friendly and were genuinely happy for the whole transaction. His transport and delivery was pushed back by several days which caused me to have to take more vacation days than planned in order to give him the best start in his new home. Otherwise it was a great experience.

I am concerned that the 16 week old puppy I adopted was rehomed. She is displaying terrible separation anxiety and since she was relatively older than most puppies on your site, I am concerned that she was previously adopted and returned. Also, her nose shows evidence of poor crate training in that she has rubbed all the fur off of it. This animal was clearly not cared for properly in her early months.

Communication was terrible after I purchased. It was hard to get in contact with the team that was over financing and travel. I left several messages in the chat and it took days for someone to get back. I called about 10 times before someone answered my call. Overall, I love my puppy but the communication is severely lacking. I wasn"t even told whether my puppy was picked up by the transportation company and when she"d be arriving. When I called to get more information, no one got back to me for almost 2 days. I then got a call less than an hour before my puppies delivery that she was on her way. The petpay department purposely kept spelling my name wrong after I corrected them twice- extremely rude and upsetting. The only person who deserves 5 stars is Joseph, my puppy concierge who helped my pick out my puppy and ultimately reserve her. He contacted the breeder on my behalf and all questions that I had. Joseph is the best person in this company and deserves a raise!

Please note that in the beginning Please note that in the beginning, they responsive to ensure they get you to signcontract. After that delay delay delay. My pupwas not up to date on vaccines. He could notgo outside. Pawrade made it about money ofvaccine instead of the health guarantee thatmy pup would be delivered with all vaccines at age appropriateness before it's arrival. TheyGASLIGHT and SCAPEGOAT you. Goingaround in circles. Pawrade is breeder one sided and buyers are left as nothing but "have a wonderful day." A contract should not be one sided and breeders should have obligation to ensure they are following pawrade guidelines. How can a pups health be guaranteed at arrival if buyer started vaccines late????? But I received, it'a your responsibility now. BUYERS BEWARE! (And they"ll respond with a generic message saying how they made this right.)

Most a great experience. Everything was straight forward as far as the whole process went. My puppy arrived happy and seems to be very healthy. I love how he was up to date on all his shots before I got him. The delivery drivers were super fast and friendly when they arrived after a long journey. My only complaint is the communication aspect. Puppy concierge was very quick and responsive before purchasing my puppy. However, afterwards it wasn't as good. Some messages were never responded to, and others were responded to days after (during normal business hours/days.) The whole process as far as the required insurance trial was frustrating, because I was just told one day I wasn't eligible and the 3 days after I got the dog that I was. Besides that, I am very happy with my puppy and glad I chose pawrade!

The experience with Pawrade was excellent. Once I reserved Ava, the team at Pawrade were great at communicating the next steps. I think the breeder could have offered current pictures and weight while I waited, but I do understand, they have more puppies besides mine. The white glove delivery did take longer than expected, but they were great at letting me know. I took Ava in for her vet appointment and they said she was in excellent health.

I have had 3 black puppies and this is the best puppy ever, he goes in his crate around 1030 and sleeps till 7 and does not make a peep, he is close to being housebroken, only 1 accident in the past two days and his temperment is incredible, he is fantastic in a word.

First of all I will say this has nothing to do with the dog we picked. We love him! Here is why Pawrade gets a 1 star: The unresponsiveness is unprofessional. When a questions is asked that is important it should not take 3 days to respond. If I did that at the place of my work I would be fired. That is our first problem. Our second problem is how Pawrade sent our puppy to the WRONG address adding an additional 3 hours. To say I am angry is an understatement. How dare Pawrade put an animal through an additional 3 hours of travel. To add onto this problem you interrupted many peoples work day due to Pawrade"s mistake. The best part of all of this is BLAMING the poor driver, saying the he messed up when in fact I spoke with the driver and have proof of Pawrade"s mistake. Blaming a third party is beyond unprofessional. Own up to your mistakes. We spent a lot of money to have our dog travel and Pawrade was not even willing to compensate just stuck with how this was not Pawrade"s fault.

While an apology may not alter the outcome of your experience, we extend ours with all sincerity. We want all of our customers to experience a 5-star experience with us. We do work with trusted, third-party transporters and while it may appear we were not as involved, we certainly were. Our transporter in this case did notify us the day the pup was to arrive of the bad address (in our conversations it appears they were in contact with you as well) and our travel rep was able to determine the address error and have that corrected within 4 minutes of notification. This was a booking error and was beyond our control. The delay was communicated to us as an hour, however, your transporter may have had other delays from the route that elongated the original estimated time of arrival. While we cannot guarantee arrival times, we do know that there is a level of anxiety in that additional wait period. We are happy that you love Leroy so much already and he will for sure continue to provide love and happiness within your home. We are wishing you nothing but the best memories with him.

We love our new Toy Poodle puppy "Irie", thanks PawRade and PetPay! She arrived 3 days ago, happy and full of energy. She quickly adapted to her new surroundings, which we carefully prepared ahead of time. She is eating, drinking, peeing, and pooing quite normally. Obviously she was in good health which the Vet exam confirmed later the day she arrived, except for having some ear mites which the Vet treated immediately. A friend told me that all puppies have ear mites, so I guess that was to be expected. We are excited to start our new life journey with "Irie". Thanks to PawRade and PetPay for such a thoroughly professional manner of bringing puppy and new owners together with a feeling of confidence in the process.

I wish I could give 4.5 stars, because overall I had a great experience getting our puppy through Pawrade. First, and most importantly, it's clear they truly vet their breeders. Our puppy arrived happy, healthy, and adjusted really well with our family. The Pawrade team was very helpful at ensuring I had most of my questions answered and my concierge was always available by phone or text. My only constructive feedback would be around the travel of getting my puppy home. There are great options: Ground transport, air, or air-companion. But when I was trying to determine what to do and what would be safest for my puppy, it was hard to get clear answers. I understand that much is outside of their control and hard to determine, but I wasn't able to get an answer of how long ground travel would actually take, or if an Air companion would be available. I would recommend Pawrade 100%, but would consider flying out to get the puppy yourself if you can. We love our puppy!!
