I would have left no stars, but I am leaving 2 stars because of the excellent customer service from Paul and Sandra. The frustration with dealing with others and also this very confusing website are the reason. Also, the Ozark Mountain Transport was also terrible. Our puppy was supposed to arrive on February 18th, according to Shannon. The communication is terrible. So we were then told that Jack would leave the following Wednesday and arrive on Sunday, February 27th. We waited all day Sunday then called the Pawrade number at 1:30pm. I don't remember who I spoke to but you should have a record of that. She said she would look into it and contact the transport company and would get right back to us. That NEVER HAPPENED. So I looked up Ozark and spoke with David who indicated delivery would be around 10pm. I told him I was not willing to accept him at that hour. He agreed to call the next morning 1 hour before arrival. He did not do that either. I had to call him to find out where he was
Pawrade gives excellent service. Great communications in a very professional manner, made the whole transaction seamless, and simple. Great to see how much concern they showed for the well being of my pup. Paperwork handled easily. Received delivery of my pup quickly and professionly in a short amount of time. Highly recommended. Pawrade was great to work with. Lots of communication on how to care for and help our puppy adapt to his new family. The transport driver, Mark, was professional and caring. Dallas seems to have settled in quickly. He is very active, loves playing with his new toys = especially his mini tennis ball - but is most excited about being outside exploring the snowy back yard!
Such an easy and thorough process. We are extremely happy with everything - especially the adorable, healthy, playful puppy we received as our new family member! Thank you!!

We were really excited based on Pawrade's reviews, and hopeful that it wouldn't take long to receive our puppy. The travel turned out to be a nightmare though, and we ended up having to make a road trip to go get our baby ourselves. We absolutely adore her, which made the headache of it all a little more bearable.

I knew from the first moment I saw Tatum he would be the perfect fit for our family and I was right. He is the best gift I could have ever given my sister and she's so happy. He's such a playful happy boy and we can't wait to watch Him grow and learn

Everything was perfect right from the start till I got my fur baby home . One of the best service providers in their area of expertise . They kept me in the loop with every detail and travel update. Thank you from the bottom of my heart for bringing my fur baby safely to me .
Destiny
I was not sure about purchasing a puppy online. I called another service first and did not feel comfortable. When I called Pawrade, Sara answered my call. Sara was so friendly & helpful she made me feel comfortable from the beginning and did not mind my daughter or myself calling her with questions about Destiny an adorable minature schnauzer. From the beginning of the process to the end, everyone we spoke with was friendly, helpful and kept us informed of the process. We opted for a travel nanny to fly with Destiny. Bill was awesome, he kept us updated throughout the journey and sent us pictures of Destiny between flights. The breeder sent food, medical documents and a hand written Thank You card. Destiny was well socialize, healthy, playful and loves to cuddle. Destiny's name is now Lily and she has been loved from the moment we met her. I would recommend Pawrade to anyone looking to adopt a puppy.
