Super quick responses! After we found our new puppy it only took a few emails and calls to make all arrangements. Breeder was also very responsive!
I have never purchased a Puppy before online. I was very worried. I can not believe how easy pawrade made it. They were in communication every day till I received my puppy. I would ask a question. They would respond immediately. I am so impressed. Everything from start to finish was easy including the flight arrangements. And I could t be more happy with my fur baby. They use reputable breeders. I had two poms. They were from a friend. Backyard breeder. What a difference ! I have only had my new Pom 3 days but I can tell the difference. I highly redeemed pawrade!!!!
A very easy process to pick out a puppy. Generally the communication was good, but I did have a few questions that went unanswered concerning how long the time was between my puppy being picked up and delivered to my door. Other than that I was satisfied. My puppy is very sweet.

My little girl hit the ground running straight to her blanket, took off w/ it then grabbed every toy she could find. She instantly knew she was home! She is so beautiful & a snuggle bug. Her name on here was Lily & changed to Ms Scarlett Lilly Sassypants & her little Frenchie butt fits her name perfectly! She has 2 Yorkie brothers who aren't to sure of her crazy ball of playfulness, but they watch her & are teaching her how to walk on leash. Her driver Michael was great, he kept me updated & took great care of her along w/ her travel buddies.
I love my puppy, Mollie. It took over 3 weeks to transport her by air due to the weather. I recommend that should you purchase a pup during the winter months & fly her, have her escorted by a Nanny.
The initial process was good. However, the communication was poor, at best, with my points of contact when it was time to pick up and after. I called Melissa around Monday or Tuesday and I still haven't received a call back yet. This is not the first time this happened either. Another issue I have is Ava did not have all of her shots although they told me she did. When I took her to the vet they said she was past due on her shots. But in order to follow the no shot rule I had to wait 10 days. Ron

Pawrade is the best most reliable pet service. My experience to getting my sweet smart perfect Cavapoo puppy was flawless. Pawrade made me feel secure while waiting for my little girl and kept in touch with me. The Ozark Mountain Pet Transport brought me my puppy last night at 9pm and the two men are very professional and polite. I'll recommend Pawrade to anyone who is looking for a new pup. Great process
Pawrade actually did very well. Answered all my questions promptly and kept me informed throughout the process. Since I've never purchased a puppy this way before, I didn't realize the amount of time it would take from time of purchase to time of arrival to my home. It was two weeks from the time I paid in full, before he was in transit and five days of travel. We are very happy with our new fur-baby, but, between the timeline of purchase to delivery, having to complete line items for Pawrade, PetPay, Metlife insurance, and vet at exact times made it a little stressful. I don't know that I would purchase a puppy this way again.

All is great so far. We are traveling home from picking him up. It is an 8 hr drive and breeder did not give us any food. He is very calm and sweet. Wants to be in myl lap and sleeping.
I could have not been happier to receive my little Nitro. We have bonded very well, and he loves his older brother Scooby who is 13 The best thing I could have done for me and Scooby. Great service, we would always choose the nanny service for Long trips to forever home. To have the constant communication and well taken care of pet with breeder and nanny is worth it! Thank you to the team that helped us our new family member get to us healthy and safe.
I love the puppy and the breeder was awesome. I have a problem though, receiving the info that she uploaded for me such as Twinkles health records and his pedigree. I liked the service however, she would send pictures and videos upon my request that didn't actually get forwarded to me right away. Other than that I was really grateful to feel secure that I was not being scammed by disreputable breeders it getting a puppy mill puppy. The dog is super well socialized and healthy. Thanks! Please do reach out with my pedigree or info on how to access the records the breeder sent. Thank you. Also info on how to register was not offered or discussed.
