Peter made the transaction go smoothly. Transportation was delayed 3 weeks due to weather. Email communication was timely, however contact phone number for the travel coordinator and the travel contractor were not answered. We finally received a beautiful, healthy pup.

My only issue was that size of my puppy. He was advertised as 5 lbs and was delivered at 11.5 lbs. I asked for most recent pictures and weight but did not receive that and was provided an excuse that the breeder was not home at the time, now I know why! My experience with the Pawrade team was great. Each support person was very informative along the way. The Transporation of my puppy was well Coordinated. My puppy was delivered in a crate that had food and water for his travels. After a 3 hour flight, he wasn't too distressed, just nervous of all new things which is to be expected. I did a lot of research and had many many options and specifically choose this puppy based on the information the breeder provided like.. parents breed and weight. I'm concerned that this puppy will be 30lbs which is exactly what I don't want. He as definitely taken care of by the breeders. I would advise everyone to request a FaceTime, current video or pics before making a decision.

The initially planned air travel was cancelled due to the cold weather. Shannon, the Travel Concierge suggested that I change to the ground delivery. It was a long drive, but the location tracking app works well and Mick arrived with full of energy.

The transaction and drop off of my "Pippa"and "Chicklet" was flawless. It was a pleasant experience and I recommend Pawrade totally! I bought "Chicklet first and was so happy with the whole process . I went and bought "Pippa"(formally known as Pocket Baby". I recommend Pawrade completely!

The entire experience was great! The staff at Pawrade gave us detailed information and instructions every step of the way. Duke arrived on time and handled the ride home to Spotsylvania from Reagan very well. We are extremely appreciative of the time and care the entire staff devoted to helping us. Everything went fine. The tracking using Life 360 was excellent and enabled us to know where our bundle of joy was and when it might be making it to our home. The delivery was on-site, and the driver was amiable.

I was skeptical about purchasing a puppy through an online service, as most people would be. However my experience has been excellent. Everybody that I worked with to purchase my little Yorkie was both helpful and knowledgeable. Everyone responded quickly, kept me informed and I received my little girl yesterday. She's perfect and we renamed her Olive. Everyone from Peter who helped me locate my perfect Yorkie to Laura who helped me work through the paperwork and frequently asked questions to April who delivered my puppy yesterday we're all professional. Thank you.

I got a healthy, smart labradoodle at 8 wks. She was transported by Stanford in excellent clean shape. The process is relatively smooth. A little slow on responding to present puppy weight for crate etc purchases, but worked out fine. Excellent rapid responses from Dan. Makes sense different reps with purchase process but a little irritating. Paperwork seems a lot but relatively easy. Received all documents as stated. Thinking they process 100's of pets. Well done

I have purchased three other dogs in the past and this was the first time I went through Pawrade. This was the worst experience I have ever had and will NEVER use them again. First, my dog was transported when I requested she be flown. Second, the driver is not given pictures of the dogs being delivered, and gave my dog to another owner. Third, she arrived at 2:30 am on a Monday morning. Fourth, she arrived sick (which I was told occurred after she was delivered to the wrong person). The driver took responsibility right away, but Pawrade blamed them and couldn't be bothered to call me. How awful!!

We have spoken in great detail with Stacey regarding this issue and have refunded her travel expenses as a token of good faith. We know your initial request was to have your puppy flown, however due to temperatures and flight cancellations you were comfortable with switching to ground transport to avoid further delays. The driver did indeed make a mistake and delivered one of Missy's littermates to you instead of Missy. Once this mistake was realized, we quickly worked to ensure you received your correct puppy. We sincerely apologize for this mistake and all the troubles it caused!
