I was skeptical, but what a great experience. Professional staff, daily contact for updates throughout the process, and a great breeder. At no point during the adoption did I feel like I was not being provided everything I needed. It was apparent the puppies health and welfare was paramount from the beginning, and that was a great feeling. I could not reccomend Pawrade more, and I'm very hard to please! Lol

The service with Pawrade was exceptional. They kept in constant contact & they were able to answer all of my questions. My heart is so full with my new Cavapoo puppy Kylo (formally known as Ringer).

After months of trying to find a corgi in the city for months but only to find out a long wait list or worse a puppy mill I landed on pawrade.The staff here was amazing and supportive and was able to get me everything set up before Jimmy ( now miles)so he has a happy home.

The process or picking and purchasing was easy. There was always someone available to answer a question. The only reason this is not a 5 star review is because of the transport of the puppy. GPS tracking was not available as advertised, the communication with the driver was spotty, and the ETA was not accurate/ updated without asking for an update. However, the driver upon arrival was very nice and informative. At the end of the day we got a great puppy.

Our puppy is here he is healthy and happy we love him, the moment we see him come in by the door all the family was very happy and kids are very excited to have I'm in our family.
Everyone I dealt with was wonderful. It took a little bit to get my pup because of reasons out of anyone's control, but through everything everyone was helpful and friendly, even with all of my crazy questions, and we received our sweet girl yesterday healthy and happy! Thank you very much Pawrade! I have already recommended all to one of my family members!
This experience was really stressful for me as it was near the holidays. Regarding constructive feedback, I would recommend communicating the actual travel arrangements once monies have been paid. Since not an everyday type of purchase that is made, it would have been comforting to know a high level expectation for travel and/or timelines. Understand during holidays would be some delays, but felt not much communication after payment rcvd. Would have flown to pick him up myself & /or drove. Wasn't aware designated transporters utilized and/or how puppy going to arrive. Didn't receive any info on travel or attempt to coordinate times. Transporting puppy via vehicle vs plane could make sense if direct route, but feel cruel to be stuck in car 4 days vs 9 hours. Should have alternative modes of transport or given options. Travel always changing days/times. Transporter AWESOME, responded promptly & w/pics. Was apprehensive about this being a scam all the way till end.

We purchased a Beagle puppy from them in June of 2021, and didn't even get to take her home. Immediately after picking her up from the airport we noticed DOZENS of ticks covering her body, as well as a tremor in her hind leg. We took her straight to the vet where she had to stay overnight. They believe she had Distemper when she was younger, that left her with nerve damage and the resulting tremor. After being spayed, the vet also noticed this infection also cause developmental issues to her teeth, that will cost hundreds to thousands to repair to prevent her from being in pain. It has been 7 months and there has been no communication from PetPay/Pawrade since September on reimbursement which THEY PROMISE on their website with their "Health Guarantee". We are doing everything we can to give our beloved puppy the best chance in life and this whole situation has been expansive and stressful. I would not recommend Pawrade to ANYONE.

We are so in love with our Shiba Inu. He arrived quickly, happy, and healthy.
Dan was exceptionally helpful. He called back when he said he would and was quick respond to messages. I would definitely recommend this service to find the right fur-baby for anyone. Love my new fur-baby!!!
I am very impressed with all the care and precautions taken with this important long-distance transaction. Obviously everyone cares very much for the welfare of these pups. Ferdie, now Nemo, arrived safely and happy and is fitting in very quickly!! He's a love!!

At first I was going to leave a three star review because it was quite the hassel dealing with all the separate people had like 4 contacts at pawrade, one at petpay, and then the delivery. It got quit confusing at times and still not sure I did everything. But I will say that we receiveded a happy healthy absolutely great puppy. And I can't thank them enough. But I do think there is room for improvement. Maybe one contact and a document with all the details on one page not going back and forth with pawrade petpay and delivery service.. but I'll give our pup a five star he is exactly what pawrade said he would be and we love him!! And I will use them again and do recommend their services.
Wonderful experience overall! The staff was very professional. They consistently kept me informed about my fur baby and the process on getting him home to me safely. The transporters are very caring and kept open lines of communication/ pictures- on the progress of my fur baby during the trip home. I highly recommend this company .
Pawrade was amazing throughout the process! With the snow storm, we had to change how he was transported a number of times. I sent so many emails and Tina and Renee helped with everything and responded almost immediately, every time! Renee - you made it so so easy for me and I am so grateful for your time and for always being so happy and polite and helpful! Definitely a 5 star experience. We just got the puppy and he is so beautiful. I can't wait for my girls to get home from school! Thanks a million

The Pawrade experience of purchasing a puppy was easy and there was lots of communication about any questions we had. The only complaint was about the transportation, there was some miscommunication about when Milo would be picked up and delivered which made us a bit nervous, but it was eventually cleared up and we received Milo right at our doorstep. We took him to the vet within the 72 hours required and was given a clean bill of health besides a small amount of stress colitis from travel, which is to be expected. If they improve their transportation service communication they would definitely get 5 stars.
We got a puppy from parade.com. The Who process went smooth.
