We are in love. Sienna is now called Annie. She is adjusting beautifully. She is the newest star of our RV Resort. Absolutely the best. You did a fabulous job preparing her. Couldn’t be happier. Thanks from the McClellan’s

Good stuff: the staff communication and follow-through were excellent. Our puppy arrived in good health and seems to be well cared for. Good to know stuff (Pawrade did not respond to my request to address these issues before I wrote this review): I'm not confident that we weren't provided a puppy from a mass breeder. Red flags ahead of time include not being able to visit the puppy at the breeder, or being able to see the parents by video. I'm also concerned that I was told the wrong location of the breeder (by 25 miles). When I went to pick up the puppy, locals indicated the actual northern Indiana region of the breeder is notorious for puppy mills. Finally, my pre-purchase communication and the "no puppy mills" marketing led me to believe we were dealing with a small-volume breeder. After purchase, we received the breeder's address, and Google Maps indicates it is a large operation with construction adding more. Hopefully this helps you decide whether to proceed.

WOW WOW WOW! Pawrade was fantastic getting me the most adorable puppy in the world from half way across the country from me. My new Wheatie is the most adorable and sweetest ever! Pawrade made the process so simple right down to managing the car transfer of him door to door from the breeder to my home. EVERYTHING went really really great and we have a new family member we all ADORE. THANKS for making this all happen so quickly and efficiently. Gretchen, Archie and Rockie....our new boy!
The process went very smooth, the delivery and communication , But I arranged to offer the breeder Less money he/she agreed to but when I went to check out it was the original price. I also dis not want the extended warranty 250.00 but that went through they did agree to refund that , but not the other 550.00 which I thought they agreed to. So for that reason I would give less stars.

The adoption process was very easy. My only negative experience was with the Wags on Wheels transportation of my puppy. She travelled from MO to Houston to Mississippi to the Panhandle of FL to the West Coast of FL then to South FL before comoing to Atlanta. That was WAY to long of a journey for a young puppy IMO! I would NEVER use their services again!

We absolutely love our new puppy - she’s perfect in every way! The process was so easy and so exciting having a puppy delivered - like Christmas morning. The communication overall was good - There was a lot of good, quick response in the beginning. Communication got a little more delayed as we got closer to getting her but still good - a little choppy during her delivery, but still decent. I would have liked a little more pictures with buying online - just difficult to try and figure out their personality and get a good feel for what they look like. Overall, it was a great experience and I would definitely recommend to a friend. Thank you, Pawrade, for connecting us with our new puppy. ❤️🐶
This was one of the easiest and best transactions I ever had to take part in. The wat you kept in touch with me and called to give information about my puppy was wonderfully done. If I had questions they were answered in good time. I mean I would do it again if I ever want a second dog and I would give your information out to any of my friend and family looking to get a puppy. Thank you soooo much. I am in love with my little guy just after 2 days with him. Thank you you for filling the missing part of my life after losing my boy last year.
