Communication was a little slow at first, but maybe I was expecting too much? Anyway, our little one arrived on Easter Sunday via a transportation company and we couldn’t be happier! Kudos to the breeder too! She is very relaxed around noises and settled in the first night. Very unusual for a puppy. I knew she was meant for me after I kept searching for a puppy like her, but closer to Maryland. There was some reason I kept going back to her and thankful I did! ❤️❤️❤️ She had a long trip from Indiana and is pure joy!

I bought Chloe (formerly Anastasia) and she is a wonderful little baby. The purchasing process went very smoothly. I paid the $800 for the "concierge" service to get her from Missouri to Philadelphia, PA. I guess I didn't read or understand what that really was but I was NOT expecting it to be a van filled with crates of puppies to be delivered along the way. Chloe had to endure being in that cage from Friday night until she was delivered Sunday night at 8:30pm. I was so unhappy the entire wait. I will say that she was perfectly fine when I did get her and she has brought so much joy to my life.

At 1st I was a bit skeptical about this purchase but I couldn't resist that look in my baby's eyes when I first saw her online, I just had to get her. I waited a week before making my final decision, logged into Pawrade every day just to see her. When I finally decided she was the one I contacted someone at Pawrade and unfortunately at that time she disappeared from the available puppies which honestly broke my heart because I was so determined to get her but to my surprise 2 days later there she was again. OMG I couldn't beleive it, and that was the final draw she was meant for me! I immediately contacted my Pawrade representative and begged her to please contact the breader so she wouldn't be sold to anyone else which she did and I am so grateful for that. 2 days later I paid the amount in full for this beautiful baby. I was then told it would take about 2 weeks for the whole process but it took a bit longer than that, almost a month. When I finally received my baby she was perfect

Everything went just as it was described to me and I am thrilled with my new puppy; he's adorable. The only issue I ever had with Pawrade is I could not open their e-mails, and I don't know why. Trust me when I tell you this puppy will be very well taken care of and loved. Thank you so much for making this a pretty easy purchase.

I could not be happier than I am right now. My puppy arrived (as promised through consistent texts and phone calls) promptly at 7 am, clean, bright eyed and wagging his tail a mile a minute. The communication from my first inquiry until the delivery has been fantastic. The men who delivered him were friendly and excellent in keeping me posted during their journey. Gregory (renamed MUFFY) has settled in nicely as a little furball with cyclonic energy. He's so loveable & is constantly wanting to be lying on my legs/stomach while in the recliner watching a movie or a ballgame. Perfectly at ease during nighttime hours with no whinning or barking after the first night here. And quiet as a mouse until I say good morning MUFFY. Then his tail begins to wag & continues to wag for the better part of the next 12+ hours. And just like a two year old child he's into everything exploring or underfoot. Afterall he's now the 'BOSS' of this house now...

We have our puppy and he is wonderful. Response to questions was good, however, could have been faster. The number I was given to call always went to voice mail and sometimes it took more than 4 hours to get a response. The responses were always an email. Service employees were kind and knowledgable. The puppy was in good shape from the travel. The drivers were courteous.
