We have the sweetest little puppy thanks to Pawrade. I wasn't sure what to expect...of course I hoped for the best and that's exactly what I got. The communication was outstanding. I received emails and calls, and super quick answers to any questions that I had. Every part of this process was easy and supported. We just came back from our wellness check with out vet and he was deemed "PERFECT", and of course the little nugget stole everyone's hearts at the vets office.

Very pleased with the process .. everyone I interacted with was super help and genuine .. communication throughout was great, they answered my questions in a timely manner .. I received my puppy and could tell he was taken care of through the travel process too
Everything went smoothly, and I received my puppy (Emma) with no problems. She’s as cute as she was in her picture on the website. Pawrade was easy to deal with, and it only took a couple weeks for me to get my puppy. All the people were very helpful. I would recommend Pawrade if you are planning to get a puppy.

Faith handled her ride home pretty good. She did have an issue with the leash?? and I have a couple of questions regarding her rear legs. Right now I am happy. she just laid down by me. Good!!! I know it will take time to bring her around but she will and i am glad.

The process for the most part was easy. I was fairly concerned when we needed to upload a photo of my ID on both sides AND the last 4 of my social security number. This was a really sketchy process. I understand you want to confirm identity, but I only need to include anything on my social security number with financial institutions. I think you need to re-think that process. Since this transaction, that included my phone number, I have literally started to get spam phone calls. I have not had spam phone calls ever with my phone in over 20 years. Maybe a fluke, but make sure you ask if anything you supply is shared ever. This would have been 5 stars without the sketchy ID process. The Cavalier King Charles Spaniel we got is healthy, and an extreme joy! He has come home to a 2 year old Cavalier KCS, and a 16 year old mini-pin. He has immediately adapted!

I am very pleased with my new puppy and the outcome after dealing with Pawrade. I found the whole lack of information about the breeder particularly disturbing. The secrecy seemed to be, and worried me, about being a scam situation. Although Pawrade folks tried to answer questions for me, they often ignored the exact question I had, or took many days to find an answer. I was very leary about the entire buying process all along the way. Info on new puppies, and how to handle and treat the new home life was very thorough. All is well that ended well.
Every thing was great, so many nice people to help with getting my puppy, sbe loves to play and likes all her new toys and bed.
We are extremely happy with our puppy Kenna!! She is a quality dog and we received A-1 service from start to finish. The care and compassion that Pawrade shows to the puppy and the new owners is second to none. When you say you are going to do something it happens. This builds trust that we find very rare in todays business dealings. The thing about this transaction was that it didn't feel like a business transaction, you made it feel very warm and freindly. Every person on your team was caring and extremely professional. It takes a caring team to make happy customers and you have certainly proved that. Overall we are very happy with our puppy. We travelled 1600 miles to pick her up. The Concierge team were very supportive and helpful, and were patient with my questions and requests. I just wish we had more videos of her playing with her siblings or mom, so I could see how she was being socialized and prepared to be adopted. Also, I was hoping to have a smallish dog, but the way she is growing, she may not be a minipoodle mix afterall, rather a medium size dog.

So this the 1st dog we had flown. I think he's doing well. He did look rough and smelled really bad. I understand he might of have peed on him self but he was just plain out dirty. He had the gunkiest crud in his eye. I did mention about dis droopy eye to the rep idk maybe week or week in a half. I will have the vet check him out. He's a beautiful dog and my other dogs was okay with him too. I'm like the crazy dog lady. Lol. His flight was good so that's why ya'll got 5 stars. Thank you again as he is my 3rd and final dog from pawrade really just anywhere. 3 is enough 😆
