I recently adopted my beautiful little Shichon puppy, Gia (formerly Vicki), and the entire process was seamless from beginning to end. Gia arrived safely via ground transport with the most gentle and loving handlers, which immediately put my mind at ease. At just 10 weeks old and 3 pounds, this tiny little girl has adjusted marvelously to her new home. She is eating well, had an excellent vet check on Friday, July 10, and has already become the princess of our community! She has many "aunties and uncles" who have completely fallen in love with her. Gia is everything I could have hoped for—loving, playful, sweet, and absolutely precious. She truly is a gem. A heartfelt thank you to my concierge, Donna, who guided me every step of the way, and to Ashlee, my vet liaison, who answered my many questions with patience, kindness, and expertise. And, of course, a huge thank you to Gia's breeder for raising such a wonderful little girl.

The Pawrade staff was helpful but also created some confusion in delivery. I asked to pickup on a Friday but they said that wasn't possible so I paid the 749 delivery fee for a weekday delivery. They called me at 1630 on Friday and asked if I wanted to pickup the puppy I went and picked up the puppy but they only refunded 649 of the delivery fee. The breeder was excellent and I would highly recommend this breeder. The delivery fee miscommunication aside the puppy is healthy up to date on all shots and has a good temperament.

Great service, well managed, wonderful pup
I didn't know what to expect going in to the adaption, however everything went smoothly from the start, beginning with picking out my baby to delivery a few days later. All my questions were answered from my first inquiry to the time I was informed that my puppy was on her way. There is plenty of information provided along the way to help you prepare for your new puppy and what to expect upon arrival. I found this extremely helpful and cut down on some stress knowing that the health and welfare of the puppy is of the upmost importance. I thank the staff of Pawrade and all the individuals who participated in bringing my best friend home.
I am not happy that I was sent a puppy who is a known breed for hair in their ear canal who had duel ear infections and yeast. The breeder should be discontinued from Pawtade. Very poor and added expense with vet bill. After I already paid 3K delivered. Disgraceful

AFTER AGREEING TO GET ROSITA AKA ROSIE VIA AIR PLACE IN ASHVILLE, NC SHE WAS STUCK IN THE AIRPORT FROM 5AM TILL HER ARRIVAL AT MIDNIGHT IN ASHVILLE. I THINK THERE SHOULD HAVE BEEN BETTER COMMUNICATION AND OPTIONS FOR GETTING THE NEW PUPPY. SHE COULD HAVE FLOWN DIRECTLY INTO CHARLOTTE DOUGLAS AIRPORT... ROSIE IS DOING GREAT AND IS FINE IN HER NEW HOME.

We received our puppy. He was supposed to be a 2 pound Yorkshire Terrier a week ago. Cute puppy but weighed 8 pounds when we received him. No way his parents weighed 7 and 5 pounds. We spoke at length about need for it to be a small dog. Very unhappy with breeder vetting process. We are doing DNA testing to see what exact breed we got.
The Pawrade experience was new to me. Everyone I spoke with were very kind in assisting me. Kudos to Donna and Ashlee. Very happy with Duke Ellington, AKA Vinny.
Our nanny was great. Communication was pretty good. Overall a positive experience.

We got the sweetest little yorkie. Her name is Lexie Rose. The people at Pawrade were very kind, helpful, responsive, and encouraging. Everything went just as it was supposed to! This is the second puppy we have purchased from Pawrade in the last two years. They are very good at coordinating and assisting with any questions or concerns.
Chloe is a love! She adapted quickly and snuggled with all of us. Everything is perfect! Eating, drinking, pooping, peeing, and she loves to play. The only thing that was hard was waiting for her until almost midnight!
I am beyond impressed and thankful for having found Pawrade. The communication has been excellent and the care they took in transporting my little Gus from Indiana to NYC was impeccable. We had a wonderful experience with Pawrade! Our Maltipoo puppy was originally named Abu, but we renamed him Fred. He traveled all the way from Arkansas to San Francisco and arrived healthy, happy, and well cared for. Fred is now an 8.5-pound bundle of joy with the sweetest personality. He's incredibly loving, playful, and has been in great health since coming home. It was clear he had been well cared for before joining our family, and the transportation process went much more smoothly than we expected. We couldn't imagine life without him and are so grateful for such a positive experience. Thank you for bringing Fred into our lives!
