Our sweet girl arrived just as Pawrade said she would. She is healthy and beautiful. Communication from Pawrade was great and the extra pictures and videos of my puppy were great to get while waiting for the puppy express transport to take place. 👍

We are extremely disappointed with this shopping experience. We chose to purchase our dog through your platform out of trust, but unfortunately, we were deceived—the dog we received is not the one we ordered. This behavior is unacceptable and severely damages customer trust.

Very pleased with my new fur baby. He reminds me so much of my previous Puggle. A little concerned he was itching and scratching his ears. They were dirty and needed cleaning. Had his first bath this morning. Will have his wellness check on Thursday as that is the earliest my vet could see him.

We are so pleased with Pawrade and everyone they employ. We loved how they were available for any questions. We loved all the detailed instructions they provided every step of the way. The liason they provided was so wonderful answering any questions tat came up. The ground transportation delivered our baby in 2 days and took great care of her along the way. She is sleeping through the night which is a Godsend. Our baby is happy, healthy, smart and a total delight.

We received our Shih Tzu puppy Saturday night and overall the experience was great!! The staff at Pawrade made the whole process seamless. Great communication, very helpful concierge (Cynthia to be exact), and a wonderful transportation team. I was apprehensive about buying a puppy online, but I couldn't be happier with Pawrade and more importantly, my new puppy!

Great customer service each step of the way during this process someone was available to answer questions and give me reassurance everything was going accordingly. The process took about 1-2 weeks to complete from the purchase to our puppy Marley (Kevin) to arrive at our doorstep!!

I am someone that has been scammed $1,000 for a puppy on line. I was incredibly nervous to try to do this again online. Fate wouldn’t let me forget this little love that I have now. Against the advice of my family, I tired again. Every single person I worked with was incredibly helpful and assuring through this whole process. Everything happened exactly as they said it would. Tula, my cocker spaniel was delivered to my arms by two compassionate women who loved her all the way here. Tula is healthy and adjusting very well.
