I appreciated that Pawrade was very communicative throughout the process, which helped ease some of the stress of getting a new puppy. That said, my overall experience was mixed. My puppy ended up being very expensive, with transport costs bringing the total close to $5,000. The very next day there was a sale, but I wasn’t eligible for it, which was disappointing. Another frustration was timing. I was told my puppy was ready to travel, but then had to wait two weeks before the transport date. The transport company itself did a great job—once the date arrived, everything moved quickly and smoothly, and my puppy got here safely. However, upon arrival, my puppy was diagnosed with giardia. For being on the higher end of the cost spectrum, I expected better preparation and health assurance before travel. In the end, we are very happy with our puppy, but I do feel that for the price point, Pawrade could improve on timing, transparency, and overall value.

This was a great process. I had looked online for pug puppies, and I think honestly the site made the process easy. The pictures were great, the people who answered the phones were wonderful and very knowledgeable. We received our dog with all the information on her vaccinations and we have already had our vet check. The dog is beautiful (maybe even better in person than the pictures and videos!). Breeder was great with information and seemed very eager to make a smooth transition with the puppy. Highly recommend.

I was nervous about having a puppy and how this all would work, but Pawrade made it very easy for me every step of the process. They had people available to answer all my questions and they were very quick to follow up every time I messaged. Our puppy is a dream. He has been so much fun and a great addition to our family!

The person that took my money was great. The sale was fantastic. The after sales service was the worst of any vendor for any product I have ever experienced. Phone calls that went unanswered. Messages that were not replied to for days. Transportation companies that were not provided with the correct information. Breeders that were told not to contact the future owner directly (but thankfully did so so as someone competent could make sure the pup got home). All done with an aura of incompetence, the likes of which I have never seen. I will never use Pawrade again. Nor will I ever recommend it. Shame on you all. You should be ashamed of calling yourself a friend of dogs.

Very disappointed in the way my puppy looked when she got here. I bought a six month old puppy. She never had a haircut hair was growing inside her ears that she had two ear infections. She was dehydrated and lethargic. Had to take her to the vet the next day to clear her ear infections and only to find out, she hasn’t had any of her shots You had told me she have her shots that she would be fine and that is not the case you sent me a sick little puppy that has cost me more than $450 at the vet to take care of her on top of the money that I paid you for the puppy the 750 to deliver her so no I do not recommend you to anyone now I have to pay for all of her shots which should’ve been included in the price of the puppy you did not vet this puppy or the breeder very well

This is a legit team that works together from the breeders and pawrade to getting them to their new home and tracking them as they come home. It takes time to arrange all the pick ups for the puppy and it’s hard to be patient, but they kept in touch with me the whole entire time. Great teamwork.

I think the customer service is best before the sale. Seems like replies were faster then, definitely not good on the weekend before we were scheduled to pick him up. I tried to call after my messages were not answered, but could not get anyone to answer the call! Finally, someone else got back to me about his vet check being approved. I would much prefer to work with one person. Amber was great to work with, very responsive. The others not so much. This will be the only dog I purchase through Pawrade.

I have never purchased a pet before and certainly would never think I'd purchase one from a business I found on the internet. However, I fell in love with a cute little black puppy I saw on Pawrade and took a chance. Everyone said I was going to get scammed but something about this company seemed more legit than any I had visited. They went out of their way to obtain detailed information about me and my household. They gave me details about the breeder and everyone involved in the puppy's care. Once payment was made for our new fur baby we received constant communication concerning our puppy. They gave great support from beginning the process to even after our puppy arrived. Customer service is at it's highest level with Pawrade!
