Sweet Potato
My husband and I just received our Shih Tzu "Sweet Potato" on Saturday, we changed his name to Oliver. Pawrade was amazing to work with! Of course we were a little skeptical at first, there's so many scams out there, Pawrade is legit! Everyone was very polite, nice, courteous , helpful, and professional. We could not be more happy with everyone involved in getting us our fur baby to his forever home! He was healthy and happy. Fit right in within 5 minutes of him being here. Big thank you to all of you!!

Overall my expectations were met. We love our new dog but realize we probably should have waited until spring to get him! He's doing very well with potty training already. Some details are not clear like signing up for his insurance coverage. Also not clear if I should notify you when he had his first vet appointment within 72 hours. Since this was emphasized I am surprised there isn't an easy way to notify.

Such a great process! I just received my new puppy, Bear, this morning and he is adorable! Completely transparent process the entire way through with communication on transportation options, payment options and details on the breeder as well.
This was a great process! Pawrade kept in touch with me the entire two weeks I was waiting for our puppy! I received so much instruction and assurances. It was all a very seamless process.

I wrote a long review and when I submitted it it said error. My entire experience with Pawrade was fantastic! Staring with Janell's kindness and guidance. She was unbelievably helpful and made me know that choosing Pawrade was the absolute right decision. Between Monica and Renee they got me so prepared for Howard it set my mind at ease. I kept saying to my husband "this is unbelievable, I cannot believe how helpful every one is. Janell got me on my way and Monica and Renee made sure the transition was smooth. I have told everyone about my experience of getting my little guy. I felt as if you all were as happy for me as I was. I could never thank you enough!! Only suggestion is that when someone is traveling to get a pup the breeder give him a bath. Howard had poop on his feet and in his fur. He smelled so bad we stopped at the next exit to bathe him. He smelled horrible. Thank you from the bottom of my heart for this perfect puppy.

Puppy is awesome and more adorable in person. Communication with Pawrade was good and Pup was in my arms 9 days after purchase. I'm not a patient person so that part was really hard on me. After 4 days of travel, he arrived extremely dirty and covered in feces. The courier drivers were very nice but it apppears they made no attempt to clean the puppy during his voyage. The good news is that the puppy was not traumatized and was very happy upon arrival. I don't know how the other dogs did. I was very skeptical of the process but at the end I received a beautiful healthy puppy now named Bogey. The only reason for low review results was due to the transportation process. Minimal communication and very dirty upon arrival.

When I first saw an AD about Pawrade and saw my puppies picture on there it was love at first sight. She is sooo sweet and gentle just like how her breeder described her. The waiting was the most anxious part for me. But as soon as I held her in my arms everything suddenly faded away. Pawrade customer service was on top of communications whether it be day/night. And the delivery guys were awesome at making sure my pup got to me safe. If you are looking for a special companion say no more. Thank you for bringing such a wonderful gift to my life.

Couldn't be happier
Puppy is not a shihtzu. He is a large puppy that weighs 11 lbs already. He has no features of a shihtzu. There is a dispute over weather shots we're given.
Beautiful and happy dog. Everything went smoothly and I couldn't be more pleased.
Thank you Pawrade! This experience has been outstanding. We welcomed a beautiful cockapoo. Our children are thrilled. The puppy is smart and responsive. The staff was caring of him every step of the way. They answered all our questions, provided guidance and support, and connected us with a fine doggy nanny who drove the puppy right to our home. Pawrade did a great job with the process of getting the puppy ready for us and with the financing! We ran into a little bit of trouble transporting though. But overall, a good job and we love our puppy.
Thanks and bravo to PawRade for their support and guidance in the adoption of my fur-baby Bailey, renamed Brûlée. They practically "held my hand" throughout the entire process which was completed in less than 2 weeks. You guys are awesome!!!! I'll be back.

I can't tell you how happy I am to get my little Yorkie-Poo called Sarah. The transition was seamless, and she arrived at my house after a 3-day drive happy, frisky, and with lots of kisses. I'm calling my adorable angel 'Buttercup'. Thank you, Pawrade, for helping me find exactly what I wanted.

The customer service I received was incredible. I will use Pawrade again and also recommend anyone to use this service to find their ideal puppy with zero hassle.
Emmy (formerly Downey) is a bundle of joy. The process of getting him was really easy, and the delivery was very fast. One thing I do have to complain is that sometimes the representatives don't reply or refer me to professionals regarding medical questions. Additionally, Emmy was severely underweight. On the posting he was said to be 10 lbs, but when I took him to the vet, he was only 6.4 lbs, and traveling for a day shouldn't make him lose almost 3 lbs, which is a concern to me. Other than those, I'm very happy with my puppy.
Easiest process!!!! So helpful!! I will and have already recommended them to family and friends.
I am SO in love with my puppy. I am so happy that I trusted in Pawrade!! My heart is so full.

We are happy with our sweet baby boy. He is precious. I bought the gel and dog food you recommended. The nanny hand delivered him to me at the airport. I received all of his paperwork. He goes to our vet on Tuesday. He is receiving so much love! We appreciate how caring the breeder is. I received so much information before Tucker arrived. Thank you !
